      Close to all all the shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Would definitely go back.

      Liked the hotel, first room, the bathroom too small for comfort. They did change our room without a problem, for a room that was slightly bigger with a larger bathroom. We were very satisfied. I would consider this hotel again. It is so close to trams and the main station. Also department store across the street. Very quiet for a downtown hotel.

    This hotel is far from the city of Zug, but you can walk to the train station that takes you to Zug. The rooms are clean and comfortable but not at all fancy. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, though not inexpensive.
