We reserved 2 rooms to celebrate our kids Birthday by going to Six Flags. We arrived early Saturday morning and the hotel staff was very plesant, gave us our parking pass for 2 vehicles and advised me that our rooms will be ready around 12:30, he even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him around 12:30 to make sure rooms would be ready in […] case we needed to leave six flags, as my daughter ended up hurting her foot the night before and we were unsure if she would be able to handle a full day at six flags...turns out she did and we all had a wonderful time! My family and I had a great time over there. Very clean, high quality service. It is just about 10-15 minutes from Atlanta, GA where to can to see almost everything you want. You must have a car to go out from the hotel otherwise it will be difficult to go around the area. The staff was amazingly courteous and polite. Go and see yourself!

Our trip was because we were going to Six Flags.This would be the only hotel I would ever again stay when I go back to Six Flags. The hotel is clean, our room was very nice, and having a pool and workout room available was perfect. My favorite part of our room was how comfortable our bed was from the plush pillows to the awesome bed linens.

The room was, for the most part, clean. However, we found HAIR in our refrigerator, an ant and another type of insect in the bathroom and toenail clippings in the window sill. We left a note for the maid service to please vacuum the window sill and upon return, it appeared to have been done, until we noticed the toenail clippings on the floor. They […] apparently just dusted them out of the window sill! Which made me wonder if they vacuum at all! Unbelievable! And the hair in the refrigerator was not just one - it was a small clump. Very disgusting! The beds seemed clean and comfortable enough, but we were so grossed out by the other things that it was a little difficult to be comfortable. The close proximity to SixFlags (the reason for our visit) was VERY convenient. We were able to save on parking and just walk there. However, when looking for a place to eat one evening during our stay, we drove for almost a half hour and found nothing but a Subway and a Wendy's, and I would describe the area of town as less-than-desirable to find those. No sit-down restaurants to be found anywhere nearby. However, we never got on the Insterstate to look. We thought we'd find something close. Most of the service personnel at the hotel were nice, but I wouldn't describe them as overly friendly. If we go to SixFlags again, I don't believe we will stay at this hotel. But indecisive for now. For the Wyndham name and the cost of the room, I expected a lot more from this hotel. :( Read more

While the hotel is very convenient to Six Flags and the staff was very friendly, it desperately needs renovating. Very old and dingy decor, floors were filthy. There was mold in the shower and stains on both the shower curtain and one of the comforters. Breakfast buffet ends at 9 am, so we didn't get to try it.

This was the best possible place to stay if you plan on going to Six Flags in Atlanta, free parking and the front gate is within walking distance. The staff was friendly enough but very compliant with any request we had. Clean room and very comfortable. We already have plans to go back to Six Flags and stay at the same hotel.

We couldn't find anyone to check us in-it was late at night and the desk was empty. Luckily, we could hear someone snoring and decided to call from our cell phone to wake him up. Once in our room, we found dirty socks. On the 2nd day, we got no clean towels, clean rags or even toilet paper stocked in our room. Not a great stay at all.

You may leave your car parked at the hotel and walk only a block to the park. This saves about $16.00 a day in parking fees. The pool was clean and almost empty each time we went out to swim. They have replaced the hot tub with a game room, which was a little disappointing until we discovered a combo Ms. PacMan/Galaga arcade game--bye-bye quarters! Take advantage of the free breakfast each day; during our stay they had scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles (you make yourself in the hot iron provided), an assortment of cereal, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, milk, coffee and juices. Room was nice and clean. Pool was great for children and game room. Very close to park was awesome. We were able to walk to park, leave for lunch and a nap and then return to the park. How cool was this...higlhly recommend. Had to drive a few miles for a good restaurant .
