The fact that it was graduation weekend didn't help as far as cost per night. Even though we only paid $107.00 per night, other hotels in the area we either booked or WAY outside the price range. It appears that people actually live there. Indoor furniture and cooking grills on several front porches. Also saw many large breed dogs coming and going . There was moldy water damage on the ceiling and the carpet was filthy appearing . I would not recommend this hotel to a friend

The GPS took us to the other side of the highway and we called the hotel for further directions. The man said it was next to the BP gas station and there are two BP gas stations, one on each side of the highway! The entrance is being torn down, demolition and rubble everywhere. you cannot see the hotel from the road and the parking lot is very dark. […] It is exactly as the other guests have commented. I was not expecting much when I booked this hotel for a one night stay since the hotels we wanted in the area were all booked. It was mid-night and we were too tired to drive further to find a hotel brand we usually use. We know this hotel was not highly rated when booking it but there was no hotel in the area available at the last minute and for around […] $100 a night. The late night check-in went smoothly because I called Hotels.com to book and Hotels.com informed the hotel we would be arriving after mid-night. There were people hanging around in front of our room at 2:00 am in the morning. Our room door lock is almost broken and we can hear conversations from next room. I did not feel safe. I woke up multiple times to safe guard my family. The non-smoking room smell like smoke. The tub is clogged. We did not use the shower at all. It was gross. When we arrived they only had 1 of 2 rooms we booked & claimed they were full. They did find 1 for us, albeit on the other side away from our group. They didn't have enough towels, so we had to use ours twice & the last day were stuck using 2 hand towels after showering. Their towel racks were rusty so we couldn't keep our towels there. The shower faucet didn't […] work well so we had poor water pressure. House cleaning started at 9 am, & if you weren't ready you did not get service. They did not have proper bottom sheets so they just used two top sheets, but those didn't stay tucked very well. The carpet appeared new, but that was little consolation for the fact we did not have a fridge like the other room or the other problems. We were locked out of each room at least once even though our reservation was for 3 days. One time was very late & we met a lot of resistance from the clerk bc he didnt show the room as occupied. Of the few positives was that it was near a great mall & food options and close enough to our destination by the U of F. We weren't expecting much for the price so it wasn't bad enough to leave, but it did cross my mind. I won't return unless there were proof these issues had been resolved. To be fair it did seem they were in the middle of an intense renovation, but if you're unable to meet basic accommodations don't accept the reservation. I only expect a clean bed & a shower when I get a hotel. This place had a hard time providing those. Read more

The hotel assigned us to their "storage room". We opened up the door to a dirty room with garbage in it. We went back to the front desk and showed them a picture of the room and they spent an hour trying to squeeze us in somewhere because they were over booked. (It was Fest weekend) When they finally gave us a room it smelled like mold mixed with wet […] paint and had no towels bigger than a wash cloth. Upon leaving the handle also fell off the door. The whole experience was quite comical but after standing on your feet all day for 3 days at a music festival it'd be nice to have a decent place to sleep seeing as we paid for it. Sheets on both beds had stains on them. Towels were old and tattered. Dust and old dental floss on the floor in the bathroom. Lamps with blown lights. Drink machines with no drinks and no power.

The room and hotel in general was clean. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and informative. The access to the stadium was quick by a cab ride. The only suggestion we have is for an extra blanket and pillows in the room. Other than that we were satisfied.Thank you.

I jsut needed the room for the night, and it was fine for that, however the service was appauling. We could not call the hotel using any numbers provided, we could not go to the website, the phones in the room only gave a busy tone when you tried to do anything except use an outside line. other than that, it was pretty good for the price.

The hotel was closed by the time I was there around 11 pm. I have Bo idea why a heel might be closed. No one was answering the phone even though I have made a reservation . The hotel was very noisy, since early in the morning people were screaming in the hallways. In addition, the pillows did not have any covers and the rooms did not have any phones to call for service or in case of an emergency. That was a little bit scary.
