The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the hotel staff are friendly and always available. The breakfast is good and abundant. The only drawback I'd have to say is that the wifi in the room is chargeable.

Nice, clean but 1 sad point is delay in checking in.After long hours of driving, the last thing you want to hear is " sorry sir, your room will only be available in another 1hr time"

this is a nice hotel, i would like to say, they have a very friendly staff. i called their operator for a defective kettle replacement, end up they replaced it with a new kettle in a very short time. it was really a nice experience.

We are staying in the deluxe room. The shower room is so small that while you are soaping, you have to stand out of the shower area if you don't want the ceiling shower head to rinse you. "Fint hotell - tvilsom beliggenhet"
Vi var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, god service, ok frokostbuffet, fine rom, flott bygning. Men vi var ikke spesielt fornøyd med beliggenheten til hotellet. Vi fant nærområdet støyende, skitttent og forfallent med mye trafikk og vanskelig for fotgjengere å komme seg frem. En del uteliggere hadde opphold rundt hotellet.
"プドゥ・ラヤバスターミナルには近く便利"
思ったよりはロビーは広く綺麗でした。お部屋は角部屋でしたが裏側で、学校が真下にあり早朝から深夜までうるさかったです。タオルもバスタオルのみでそれもかなり傷んでおり古く、清潔感はありませんでした。シャワーヘッドは固定式です。 ただＴＢＳバスターミナルへのバス乗り場がホテル前で、利用するには大変便利だと思いました。 プドゥ・ラヤバスターミナルも2～3分です。 セイフティーボックスも備え付けてありました。
"Ancasa hotel KL"
Très bon hôtel, bien situé et offrant de bonnes prestation. Le personnel est très sympathique, même si il n'est pas toujours au courant des démarches à suivre (par exemple pour les stations de bus...)
