My son just was ending an internship in Prague and I decided I couldn't miss the chance to visit. Booked my room in the Aria through Hotels.com. I got a fantastic price (I thought) for a great hotel. The initial tour of the hotel by Merrick (a trainee) at the desk was great. He gave us great insights into the city and pleaded with us not to miss the […] gardens attached to the hotel. To call them gardens is a gross understatement. Absolutely beautiful terraces and views of the city. Great concierge service by Diana (?) and others. It is difficult to only rate this hotel as five out of five because it desires a six or higher. The service is beyond excellent. Everyone is helpful to an extent rarely seen in the hotel business. TheIr music theme ranges from the decor to the library of CD's you can use in your room to an IPod linked to your in room computer with music from Sinatra to Mozart. The park at the back of the hotel is tranquil and has views of downtown Prague you only see in city brochures. The terrace restaurant has an equally compelling vista but it is the food you will completely enjoy. From a well recommended local wine to a dessert that looked like a record and tasted like heaven, the meal was top notch. The chef and servers were in perfect harmony. As we left very early in the morning for the airport the staff had packed a breakfast for us that was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is away from the crowd and quiet. This is an excellent hotel: the staff are extremely friendly and courteous and the food is of good quality. We had a junior suite which was roomy and comfortable: the hotel is well placed for all the sights of Prague and surrounded by good quality restaurants and cafes. The hotel was first class. Our only gripe was that the full breakfast cost 25 euros which was a lot if you just wanted a croissant, continental breakfast at a cheaper rate was not offered. In fact, the price of meals in the hotel was rather high, although excellent quality.

Vi ble møtt i døren og bagasjen ble brakt opp på rommet mens vi ble vist rundt på hotellet. Etter omvisningen fikk vi en gratis drink i baren. Vi fikk rom i 4 etg ut mot veien men det var ingen skjenerende støy om natten. Badet var stort med både dusjhjørne og badekar. Stuepiken kom 2 ganger pr dag! Alt var rent og pent og det tok oss bare noen min […] og spasere ned til Karlsbroen. De hadde en egen ansatt som satt i musikkbiblioteket og svarte på alt du måtte lure på. Parken bak hotellet var stengt frem til 1 april så neste gang reiser vi litt senere på året så vi også får oppleve og sitte ute og nyte utstikten. Benyttet oss av hotellets egen bil tilbake til flyplassen og det var ikke så mye dyrere en taxien vi tok til hotellet. Read more

今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番気に入ったホテルです！ まず、ホテルの外に着いて写真を撮っていたらちょうどそこにいた従業員の方がすぐに見つけて荷物を運び込んでくださいました。 フロントに行くと何も言っていないのにすぐさま「○○様ですね？」と言われてびっくり。日本人は他にいなかったせいだと思うけれど、名前を覚えて待っていてくださるとは、驚きです。 かなり早めに着いてしまったにも関わらずスムーズにチェックインでき、ラウンジでウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。 その後「お疲れでなければホテルの施設を案内します」と言ってくださり、CDやDVDが借りられるライブラリーなどを案内してもらいました。 部屋は、女性一人なのにこんなに広いお部屋なの！？と思うぐらい広々。 驚いたのは、テーブルの上にはリンゴやぶどうなどのウェルカムフルーツが用意してあったこと！皮付きのままでナイフも置いてあったので、好きなときに食べることができました。 大きめのテレビはiTunesと連動していて好きな音楽を選んで流せるシステム。また、ライブラリーで借りたCDも聴ける。デスクには自由にインターネットにつなげられるPCが別に置いてありました。 また、２人掛けソファと１人用ソファ、テーブルが置いてあったおかげで、歩き回って帰って来ても家にいるようにくつろぐことができました。 無料のミネラルウォーターのペットボトルとチョコレートは毎日補充され、おかげでそれを持って外出できたので水を買わなくて済みました。 バスルームは非常に清潔で申し分なかったのですが、唯一、シャワーの水圧が低かったこととたまに突然お湯が熱くなったり冷たくなったりしたのが少し使いにくかったです。 朝食のビュッフェは、驚くぐらい充実していました。また、無料のホットミールメニューが豪華で、そこから注文すると専用に作ってもらえました。 12月31日から３泊したのですが、31日が空いていなくて、とりあえず2泊分だけこちらで予約しました。ホテルに直接交渉したところ、31日の予約も受けていただき、New […] Year's Eve Partyのお知らせをいただいたので参加し、一人旅でしたがとても楽しく過ごすことができました。 唯一残念だったのは、ロビーラウンジが夜は喫煙可能だったこと。 私はタバコにアレルギーがあるので、通るだけでも少しキツかったです。 でも、そんなことを差し引いても余りあるぐらいの素敵なホテルでした！ またプラハに行ったときには是非こちらに泊まりたいと思います！ Read more

到着当日，入室できる時刻より１時間程前に着きました．街をぶらつく気力がなかったので，時間まで待つことにしまたしたら，そうしたら，ホテルの従業員によるホテル案内とホテルの使い方の説明がありました．このような経験は初めてのことで，大変感激しました．また，部屋の豪華なことにも驚きました．朝食が宿泊料に含まれておりました．日本のホテル程度の内容と思っていたのですが，量･質ともに十分でした．玉子料理もリクエストでき，この量･質ともに十分でした．Welcome drink もあり，プラハのビールを堪能しました．宿泊料に対し，サービスの内容が予想以上だったので，法外な料金請求を警戒しながらのチェックアウト手続でした．プラハには恐らく二度とは行かないと思いますが，もし行くのならまた宿泊したいホテルです．

Fantastisk hotell som har perfekt beliggenhet i hjertet av Praha. Kort vei til alle severdigheter og enkel tilgang på kollektivtransport hvis man ønsker å benytte seg av dette. Gratis Wifi, flaskevann på rommet hver dag, ipod, høytallersystem, leie av dvd og cd er noe av det vi satte ekstra pris på. Vil helt klart bo her neste gang!

Perfekt beliggenhet, rent, store rom, hyggelig og upretensiøs betjening. Bra frokost, gratis ettermiddagste. Tilgang på en fantastisk UNESCO-fredet park i bakgården. Meget bra restaurant i hotellet med helt utrolig utsikt hvis man spiser på takterrassen.
