"Most Luxurious Hotel EVER!"
What a find! This hotel was gorgeous, well-appointed, and comfortable, but what made all the difference was the staff who knew our names and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and fun! We got recommendations for everything from restaurants to sight-seeing expeditions. We will definitely be back to experience this "heaven-on-earth"Genuine Hotels.com guest review

My daughter has a little accident skiing. Staff hotel try her as a grandma . Next time in Jackson will be our hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
I was staying here while the National parks were closed due to the government shutdown. Being at this hotel was the only good thing about not being able to visit Grand Teton National Park. It's one of the best hotels in the franchise. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is incredible, the people are SO NICE, the property is gorgeous, it's a short ride […] into downtown Jackson....there is not one negative criticism about this hotel. The outdoor pools are perfect, the spa is wonderful as are the ladies who work there. I cannot WAIT to go back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great ski vacation."
It was a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the ski slopes. If going skiing and renting out skis, would consider renting when you get there. They have their own custom fit service. Can also get lift tickets at hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A great destination."
This is one of those rare properties where the perfect stay begins with the door man that greets you until the moment you check out. The staff is superb and interested only in making certain that your stay could not be any better. The food, the physical plant, the views, the bed and the bath products are all top end.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel staff was fabulous. There was no stuffiness or pretentiousness that sometime goes along with a high end hotel like this. The whole team was very helpful and super friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
"worth the price"
Even at the hotels.com rate, this is one expensive hotel. Still, they earned it, especially with service that was off-the-charts impressive. If you want to splurge, this is the place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We visited the Four Seasons during off-season. We enjoyed our stay, but the pillows were extremely full/fluffy. Also, we had construction workers working on the roof right outside of our balcony. I wish they had placed us in a room where people were not performing hotel upkeep. These were not major issues for us, and we didn't find the need to complain […] to hotel staff. We appreciated that the staff was accommodating and allowed us to use the Fitness Center outside of normal operating hours. We also enjoyed numerous apples and cups of coffee. "The Highs and Lows of our Stay"
09/18/14 TheDecorator99 Crystal River, Florida
Our stay at the Four Seasons in Teton Village was a mixed bag of the good, the bad and the ugly. First, THE GOOD: beautiful hotel, GORGEOUS room; large, nicely furnished, balcony and fireplace. Bathroom was top notch. THE BAD: housekeeping. I ABSOLUTELY HATE when I come back to my room at 3 in the afternoon and my room has not been touched. This truly is my #1 pet peeve when staying at hotels. Having to call down and complain, leave the room while its being cleaned is such a drag and quite frankly really ruins the feel good I felt towards the property. There also wasn't any wine glasses in the room. Yes, really. THE UGLY: Eating at The Handle Bar restaurant. The oysters were milky and the chicken was raw. The staff there really didn't care. Fortunately, the hotel manager was fabulous and we were pleasantly surprised when we checked out that he had taken the meal off the bill. One tip: if you use Amex points for gift cards to stay here, BRING THEM! I went to alot of trouble registering each and every one of the 20 cards on the Four Seasons website before we left. When checking in, they had no idea what this was and told me I had to have the cards. Luckily I remembered to bring them...otherwise THEY would have seen ugly! ;-)
"White glove skiing and everything!"

The Four Seasons is a complete treat for skiing. The young men in the ski rental shop essentially put your boots on for you, walk you to the door, hand you your skis and you are on the slope. No walking, climbing steps, just utter convenience. Of course, all of this pampering along with the ideal location come with a price. It is crazy expensive. But, if you can afford it, the place is perfect!

My family and I stayed here in August for a week. My son was welcomed with a stuffed animal and book on his bed which made him very happy!! Our room was beautiful and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The staff was excellent ! You will not be disappointed staying here.

I can't say enough great things about this resort. Absolutely beautiful. Went there trying to recover from an illness and this is just what the doctor ordered. While I couldn't ski, it was like heaven sitting on the balcony for hours just taking in the beauty. The suite was stunning and spacious. The staff was friendly and there to take care of your every need. The food was plentiful and and every meal was over the top. The suite was stocked with coffee pods and everything you could think of. Most comfortable bed I had ever slept in including my own. Can't wait to return!
"Outstanding customer service!!!"
Overall the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful decor throughout, great dining, and nice atmosphere. Planning another trip there this month!!!!

My wife & I plus our Son & Daughter-inLaw stayed 5 nights at this hotel whilst exploring the Grand Tetons & Yellowstone National Parks. This was an excellent base to stay for 5 star luxury combined with friendliness & excellent service. The location was unsurpassed as well. Facilities at the hotel with restaurants & other services. If you want to eat elsewhere , the town of Jackson is close with some excellent cafes including one organic cafe. In winter aq ski resort & Spring/summer when we were there caters for every taste. Could not speak more highly of this resort hotel.
"It does not get any better than this."

Everything about the 4 Seasons in Teton Village is superlative: the welcoming porter/door staff, bell staff, parking staff, reception staff, hostesses and wait staff in The Handle Bar and Westbank, pool staff, spa staff, concierges, telephone staff, cleaning staff, have I left any staff out???? Furthermore, the facility itself is among the very best I have ever experienced and we tend towards 5 star properties so we have seen very high standards. Others have called this place: spectacular, and I agree 100%. What's more they have an impeccable location: right at the base of all the cable cars/trams/lifts/etc as well as the trails, bike runs, mountain events, everything on the mountain side, and then on the town side, they are a very short walk into the Village, and a modest drive into Jackson itself, both of which put them in about best of all worlds as well of course as being virtually surrounded on all sides by the magnificent Grand Teton National Park itself! The Village is adjacent to one of the last large working cattle ranches in the valley, with the actual Tetons themselves seemingly within arm's length reach, and the 4 Seasons is right there in just about the best place that could be attained. Add to that great rooms, great staff, great amenities, great food, great views, great service, and you have a combination that not only provides outstanding enjoyment for the guest/s but at a level that can only make the best hotels in the world envious to try to match, let alone exceed. Wow!
"Can't say enough!"

This is a top notch, first class hotel! Now not inexpensive, if that is what you need! But you will treated so wonderfully as far as every customer service they offer. Front desk, concierge, bartenders, waitstaff, restaurant staff, front entrance staff and bellman, housekeeping, operator, managers and assistant managers, all treated us professionally and handled many questions. Definitely tell they love their job. Our group of 30 plus had a wonderful business visit. Would stay again!
"Best food and service you will find at any hotel anywhere!"
08/23/14 Andrew L New York, United States
i just got back from spending 6 nights at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole with my family. All is can say is "wow". This place is spectacular. From the décor, the food and the service, this hotel is top notch all the way. Every meal that i ate at the Four Seasons was simply delicious. I have never seen a hotel that prides itself so much on service. Here are a few examples. When our suite was cleaned every morning and every evening for turn down service, the house keepers made sure that they left Four Seasons bookmarks in the book pages that my children left opened. They also leave cleansing wipes next to your Ipad if they look dirty. When driving back to the hotel after a day of white water rafting, the parking valet would not allow me to carry the wet towels and insisted that he would return them for me. It was truly 6 days of pampering that I am missing now that I am home!

We had an amazing trip to Jackson Hole in the fall. The sky was a deep blue and the foliage golden. The scenery here is amazing, we went into the Grand Tetons national park. The hotel service is second to none, the rooms are spacious quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are immaculately clean and comfortable. There is a choice of restuarants around the hotel if you want a change. The ride to the sirport is relatively short 15-20 mins. This was a treat for us and I would love to return and spend more time touring the region. I cant speak too highly of the hotel and the staff.
