I was staying here while the National parks were closed due to the government shutdown. Being at this hotel was the only good thing about not being able to visit Grand Teton National Park. It's one of the best hotels in the franchise. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is incredible, the people are SO NICE, the property is gorgeous, it's a short ride […] into downtown Jackson....there is not one negative criticism about this hotel. The outdoor pools are perfect, the spa is wonderful as are the ladies who work there. I cannot WAIT to go back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Possibly the best place in the rockies"
Our experience in Teton Village was the best I have had since I was stayed in Bariloche, Argentina in the Andes mountains some fifty years ago. Enough said.Genuine Expedia guest review

Lovely hotel, everything was top-notch, but as would be expected from this caliber of hotel any incidentals were extremely expensive, including parking and breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Best food and bar environment in Teton Village."
Bar drink by the fire is nice even in summer. Westbank Grill dinner is good. Fitness Center could have a indoor swimming pool to match 5 star hotel standards even better.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great ski vacation."
It was a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the ski slopes. If going skiing and renting out skis, would consider renting when you get there. They have their own custom fit service. Can also get lift tickets at hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A great destination."
This is one of those rare properties where the perfect stay begins with the door man that greets you until the moment you check out. The staff is superb and interested only in making certain that your stay could not be any better. The food, the physical plant, the views, the bed and the bath products are all top end.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel staff was fabulous. There was no stuffiness or pretentiousness that sometime goes along with a high end hotel like this. The whole team was very helpful and super friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
"worth the price"
Even at the hotels.com rate, this is one expensive hotel. Still, they earned it, especially with service that was off-the-charts impressive. If you want to splurge, this is the place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We visited the Four Seasons during off-season. We enjoyed our stay, but the pillows were extremely full/fluffy. Also, we had construction workers working on the roof right outside of our balcony. I wish they had placed us in a room where people were not performing hotel upkeep. These were not major issues for us, and we didn't find the need to complain […] to hotel staff. We appreciated that the staff was accommodating and allowed us to use the Fitness Center outside of normal operating hours. We also enjoyed numerous apples and cups of coffee. "Well worth the investment!"
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for a week during October, 2011. The room was fantastic. Every area of the resort was beautiful. The staff met all of our needs with a smile. The food was delicious from breakfast to late night dining. We will definately recommend this resort to our friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Child Friendly Resort"
03/07/14 Kara C NYC
Our family travels often and we were so pleased with the level of comfort and service provided for children and babies at the Four Seasons in Jackson hole. We traveled with 3 families, each with a child under 2. When we checked in, each room had a welcome sign, Johnson and Johnson amenities, a children's book, snack cup and Cheerios, along with a nice crib and refrigerator set up. I have never seen this in any hotel before and it was just so welcoming. The little touches were so meaningful, including a nice wooden changing table in the main hotel lobby bathroom complete with all sized diapers and wipes . We used the ski school daycare during the day and the babysitters offered through the hotel were just extraordinary. My daughter cried when she left. I wish all hotels accommodated children as well as the four seasons in Jackson hole . For a family on the go, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
"Luxury, at a cost"

Pros: The rooms are spacious. The lobby is huge and inviting for socializing. The ski-in/ski-out location is the best in Teton Village. The West Bank Grille is an excellent dinner option. The Handle Bar is a happening bar. Cons: This place is expensive. You'd do just as well to stay nearby and use them for their food options. That said, however, I would say the only improvement should be their breakfast--it is quite slow and expensive for the price you pay--and also the pancakes come out hard/crispy and the eggs are a bit crunchy. I wish it were more of a good, fresh, hot buffet for the prices they charge.
"Beautiful Ski Resort Hotel "

Finally checked this resort off my bucket list-- Definitely worthwhile! Would also love to go in the summertime. Pros: ◻️ great service by the outdoor pool. Loved the smores! ◻️ beautiful outdoor pool area ◻️ cool fire pits / seating areas outside ◻️ evening entertainment in lobby ◻️ very friendly service at front desk, concierge, bell staff ◻️ great location, especially for skiers Cons: ◻️ intermittent blasts of scalding hot water in shower ◻️ no shop in hotel to by drinks/ snacks ◻️ unstocked mini fridge in room, not very cold. ◻️ only 3 bath towels provided in room ◻️ no resort info provided in the rooms ◻️ lockers in spa were given out in one area it seemed, so the few people in there were stacked upon one another ◻️ nickel & dime you-- no free water on the room, & charged for higher speed internet access ◻️ room service kind of slow
"It's True: This is One of the World's Best"

Exquisite stay. Pitch-perfect, anticipatory, authentic customer service experience. I honestly did know such service existed at hotels in the U.S. Rooms were beautiful, romantic, perfectly clean; nothing looked worn or used. Location in the mountains, steps from the lifts/gondola is perfect. Restaurants and room service are pricey, of course, but the food is excellent. Concierge one of the best in the world; team worked expertly and efficiently to book all excursions and answer questions. Wish they used Precor Ellipticals instead of cheap Matrix brand, but many hotels get dinged for this. S'mores and drink services in the hot tubs was a nice touch; as were the warmers for the towels and robes while we bathed. Hot tubs could have been larger, but minor point. Reception, room service, housekeeping - everyone was very professional and anticipatory. One of the finest stays in a U.S. hotel in my lifetime. Have already begun researching additional Four Seasons properties to try in the future.
"Amazing even by Four Seasons standards"

This was my first trip to Jackson Hole. I've been a long standing patron of The Four Seasons, this property is one of my favorites. Amazing location in the heart of the village, true ski and out privileges with ski butlers, rustic yet luxurious suites, fantastic on site dining. No need to ever leave the property.

This is clearly the finest hotel in Teton Village. We stayed here during an epic powder week and the experience couldn't have been better. We stayed in a suite and while expensive it was definitely worth it. My only concern is that it is a little "pickled"
"Excellence all the way."

Best hotel experience I have ever had. The beds and linens are outstanding. The finishes at the resort and in the rooms are tasteful and warm. The lodge resort atmosphere is done perfectly here. We enjoyed our fire place and balcony. The pool was warm enough to enjoy with snow on the ground. Customer service was excellent. They set up a crib for my son complete with very cute hunter green moose linens and a complimentary FS onesie. I would go back in a heart beat.

I have been to many nice ski resorts but this ranks right up there as the best overall experience. The service was perfect, food was great, spa very nice, hot tubs/pool was awesome. Despite Presidents' Day weekend the resort didn't feel too crowded. We traveled with a 5 year old and 8 year old boy. Ski school was convenient walk. My only criticism (not of the four seasons but of Jackson Hole) is that it is a challenging mountain to ski ( great for me, but not great for skiing with young kids assuming you want to ski with them and not put them in ski school). I am comparing this to previous family ski trips to Deer Valley where the slopes provide more ability to ski blue runs with young kids. If you have experienced skiers, Jackson Hole was amazing!
"Simply the best skying resort in the world"
02/15/14 JRGNY Nueva York
Jackson Hole is by far the best skying place, I would say in the world but I have really only skied in Switzerland and Colorado. As to the hotel, it ranks right next to the skying. It is simply amazing, everyone is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite big and so are the bathrooms with a huge shower and separate tub. You find all the luxury of the four seasons and the ambience if a ski chalet. All the restaurants are superb, as well as base camp where they put your boots on and off everyday. Whoever claims they have ski in and ski out its impossible to match the Four Season's proximity to the lifts. And finally to top it all off the outdoors jacuzzis are amazing, and the friendly waiters brings s'mores and drinks to the whole family. Simply this is the place to go!!!
"A Must Stay!"
02/12/14 MegJones2014 Key West, Florida
This is our second year at the Four Seasons here in Teton Village. This is a true ski in and ski out resort. The ski concierge are so accommodating and make getting you ski boots on and off and complete joy! Everything you need is right here at the resort. From the restaurant, Westbank Grill, to stepping outside and skiing the mountain. Our family stayed at the residence this year-the 2 bedroom suite. It was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and just an overall pleasure. Room service was quick and delicious. The housekeeping was wonderful as well. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Hands down best place to stay!
