"first class comfort at a first class price."
there were a couple of room issues which were addressed, but were minor in the grand scheme.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our stay was generally very good with some qualification. The issues: housekeeping did not provide tissue box replacement and accidentally took some of our items out of the room; some of the rooms had significant problems like motor noise and another bugs. I think it is odd not to have any bar in the room so you cannot get a drink after 2 am unless […] you purcahse it at the store. The concierge was very helpful, but were not clear about cost of some trips, on the one hand we were given a cost including 2 people, on the other for a different item the cost was per person but it was not indicated as such so that was a bit of a surprise. 3. some of the staff was not so polite about having a service dog, and we were aggressively questioned about it by a bartender, not the Japanese female bartender, who was excellent. The hotel food was above average, but not great. Outstanding people were the hotel manager, Jenny at concierge, and the Japanese bartender who’s name I am embarrassed to have forgotten. The hotel addressed all of the above concerns immediately and to our complete satisfaction except the last one, and the no room bar. I suggest they train the staff in service animal etiquette, provide some level of room bar, and improve the food. Overall, very good, and I would stay here again, but for Four Seasons, which is a zero mistake level of service, probably not quite where the should be yet. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nothing short of amazing!!!"
Everyone was helpful! Lots to do, restaurants were incredible! We ate at the The Handle Bar, Westbank I think is what it was called, Coulor at the top of mountain, Teton Thai, taco truck and the Cowboy Resturant! Every place was amazing from service to food!! Atmosphere of hotel, rooms and outdoors next to none! We will stay longer next trip!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Most Luxurious Hotel EVER!"
What a find! This hotel was gorgeous, well-appointed, and comfortable, but what made all the difference was the staff who knew our names and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and fun! We got recommendations for everything from restaurants to sight-seeing expeditions. We will definitely be back to experience this "heaven-on-earth"Genuine Hotels.com guest review

My daughter has a little accident skiing. Staff hotel try her as a grandma . Next time in Jackson will be our hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
I was staying here while the National parks were closed due to the government shutdown. Being at this hotel was the only good thing about not being able to visit Grand Teton National Park. It's one of the best hotels in the franchise. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is incredible, the people are SO NICE, the property is gorgeous, it's a short ride […] into downtown Jackson....there is not one negative criticism about this hotel. The outdoor pools are perfect, the spa is wonderful as are the ladies who work there. I cannot WAIT to go back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Our experience in Teton Village was the best I have had since I was stayed in Bariloche, Argentina in the Andes mountains some fifty years ago. Enough said.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great ski vacation."
It was a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the ski slopes. If going skiing and renting out skis, would consider renting when you get there. They have their own custom fit service. Can also get lift tickets at hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A great destination."
This is one of those rare properties where the perfect stay begins with the door man that greets you until the moment you check out. The staff is superb and interested only in making certain that your stay could not be any better. The food, the physical plant, the views, the bed and the bath products are all top end.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel staff was fabulous. There was no stuffiness or pretentiousness that sometime goes along with a high end hotel like this. The whole team was very helpful and super friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
"worth the price"
Even at the hotels.com rate, this is one expensive hotel. Still, they earned it, especially with service that was off-the-charts impressive. If you want to splurge, this is the place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We visited the Four Seasons during off-season. We enjoyed our stay, but the pillows were extremely full/fluffy. Also, we had construction workers working on the roof right outside of our balcony. I wish they had placed us in a room where people were not performing hotel upkeep. These were not major issues for us, and we didn't find the need to complain […] to hotel staff. We appreciated that the staff was accommodating and allowed us to use the Fitness Center outside of normal operating hours. We also enjoyed numerous apples and cups of coffee. "Perfect Honeymoon - Excellent Service"
12/14/14 Court71686 Court71686
This was our first stay at a four seasons and it was incredible! The service was over the top - ski boot concierge! S'mores at the hot tub! Room service! We had one of the best massages ever at the spa. We also borrowed a complimentary car and drove to the Elk reserve in town for a sleigh ride - wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer!
"Expensive but worth it!"
12/04/14 drchrisdmd Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
Normally this hotel runs about 2-3 times the price as the 2nd, 3rd ranked hotels in the area but I have to say, it's worth the price. The location, service, amenities are fantastic! My wife and I came out for a business meeting that was held there and fell in love with it. We stayed at the #2 hotel in the area last time which was nice and less expensive but didn't enjoy our parking lot view. I don't think any room at the 4 Seasons has a bad view. If you want to indulge yourself or for a special occasion or simply because you like the best, stay here!
"Another great stay at Four Seasons!"
11/28/14 BranNewareAtl Atlanta
This was our first experience at Four Seasons, Jackson Hole and it did not disappoint. We have stayed at several other Four Seasons and the level of service and amenities take a vacation to the next level. The rooms are really nice with a fireplace, nice size bathroom with a separate tub and shower. We had upgraded to a mountain view room and we had really nice views. It's a 7-10 mile drive into Jackson Hole, so just keep that in mind, if you don't have a car. There are market and restaurant options in Teton Village if you are there without a car. I would certainly stay here again. That comment itself is really the essence of a good review.
"Luxurious accommodations, convenient for touring Grand Teton National Park"
11/11/14 BalboaIslandTraveler Newport Beach, California
The Four Seasons Resort, Jackson Hole is a beautiful and extremely comfortable luxury resort. Located at the base of the Grand Tetons, 5 miles from Grand Teton National Park over a rough, bumpy road for part of the drive, and 12 miles from Jackson Hole over well-paved roads. It is a great location for touring Grand Teton National Park - we spent several days doing that on our own - with lots of great wildlife viewing, including moose (several sightings at close range for extended time periods), buffalo (one sighting, lots of buffalo at very close range for an extended period of time), elk (several sightings, not real close in proximity, and usually at dusk - lots of great bugling), pronghorn (numerous), otters (one sighting of several, not real close), black bear (one at dusk), coyote (for an extended time - it appeared well fed, healthy, beautiful coat - not scrawny like in Orange County, CA) and numerous birds (eagle, white pelicans, Canadian geese, heron, numerous ducks, and more). If you plan on spending a lot of time in Jackson Hole, staying in town may be a better option (try the very comfortable and reasonably priced Rustic Inn, on the edge of town on the road in from the airport. Although touted as a base for touring Yellowstone National Park, the resort is 129 miles from the South Gate - not a great option if you want to spend extended time / days in Yellowstone. Our room at the Four Seasons was large, luxurious and comfortable, the common areas were extremely nice, and the dining was excellent at breakfast and dinner. We were there in late September, but it looked like a great place for skiing - you can get several lifts right outside the door and can ski down to the resort - the hotel looked well set up for winter sports. We would definitely return.
"Our go to hotel in wyoming"
11/04/14 funtraveler30 new jersey
We rarely go to the same place twice, but have been to this hotel three times over the course of 6 years and we love it. We typically spend one week at the hotel and then spend a week at a ranch. There is so much for families to do at and around the hotel and the staff is exceptional. The room choice really does make a difference. We prefer a mountain facing room as it brings a lot of energy seeing everyone out and about. The only negative is that the pool seating is limited so it can be difficult to find chairs if the resort is busy. In the past, they had music on some nights in the lounge which they didn't this past summer. We hope they bring that back! Overall, we love this hotel.
"Four Seasons is the best"
10/30/14 Guzzisailor Garmisch, Germany
I can afford to stay at luxury hotels as often as I would like. But staying at Four Seasons has given me a reason to save my money so my family can be pampered and feel special during our vacation. I will be back.
"Perfection in an American Alpine setting!"
10/27/14 DavidLindahl Yorba Linda, California, United States
Everything about this stay was Four Seasons PERFECT! T Food, room, staff. I honestly can't think of a way it could be improved. I called down to room service one day and ordered some food. What I ordered was generally made in a particular restaurant that hadn't yet opened for the day. The response was, "Mr. Lindahl, it may take a few extra minutes, but we'll be happy to make that happen for you!" I love this place!
"Best hotel experience ever."
10/23/14 vkbloodworth Nashville, Tennessee
I have never had a better hotel experience. The staff was happy and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; Jackson Hole is a beautiful area to visit. The concierge offered us some great choices for sight seeing.
10/23/14 MSPAN888 Los Angeles, California
It is beautiful here in October with an array of fall colors around, crispness in the air, impressive tall snowy mountains in the backdrop. The rooms at the Four Seasons are reasonable this time of year before the ski season, perfect place to spoil yourself while checking out the nearby national park and scenic drives. Rustic decor for the rooms, we had a suite with pullout coach in the living room. Lovely fireplace, Nespresso machine, Mighty Leaf teas. Turn down service will put a flask of water and glass on your night stand, special herbal tea in the living room, refill any used items. Very nice touch. You are only steps away from the ski lift. Our room had two patios to step out to. They even offer a free car for you to drive based on availability. I have not even began to explore what other things they offer since we are here for meeting, but the food, drinks, accommodations and services offered here are worth the luxury price. You will not be disappointed.

First class hotel, spectacular scenery. Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park are but a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel provided great advice for horseback riding, dinning and touring.
