Hotel staff very friendly. nice lobby, good breakfast with fresh fruits and no plastic dishes. After complaining about the size of suite we were sold for 5 persons (definitely too small and not a fair sale) we were given complimentary upgrade to a two bed room suite by the manager which was very much appreciated. Free parking and free wireless internet are very convenient as well as close access to highway and airport.

Free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly, and hotel was well-maintained and clean. Shuttle provided by hotel to points of interest and cruiseport. Definite return stay next time catching a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Location.
Located in the heart of Miami, this Four Seasons hotel overlooks Biscayne Bay. The property is conveniently located less than a mile from the Miami Convention Center and is just one mile from Bayfront Park and the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts.
Hotel Features.
The Four Seasons Hotel Miami features a variety of recreational facilities including three outdoor swimming pools with spa tubs, sun decks, and a 50,000-square-foot health club. The onsite full-service spa has 10 treatment rooms, a dry redwood sauna, and a steam room. Massage and beauty treatments are available and a gift shop features spa products. Dining options include casual poolside venues, seafood and international fare, and 24-hour room service. This Miami property also has 14,931 square feet of conference and meeting space, including banquet facilities, breakout rooms, and a ballroom with audiovisual equipment. The staffed business center is open 24-hours a day and Internet access is available for a fee.

This 70-storey tower hotel features 221 guestrooms and suites. All accommodations are outfitted with 42-inch flat-panel televisions with premium cable channels, DVD players, wired and wireless high-speed Internet access (fees apply) , multi-line phones with voicemail, laptop safes, and refrigerated minibars. Edge, Steak & Bar - A modern indoor-outdoor space, Edge Steak & Bar offers an eclectic, affordable menu of high-quality, interesting cuts of meat, indigenous seafood and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. With a sleek sensibility and contemporary style, the restaurant exudes elegance and relaxed comfort in equal measure - from the stylish dining room and bustling bar to the outdoor terrace and two private event rooms.
Bahia - Casual poolside dining offers light meals and signature frozen drinks. Ideal for cocktail receptions.
The hotel offers a 50, 000 square foot health club managed by Sports Club/LA. The fourth floor facility provides modern fitness equipments with classes by certified trainers. Also available are two swimming pools. The main pool is set in a landscaped outdoor terrace with shaded alcoves, cabanas, and umbrellas while the second pool is located under the shade of palm trees at Palm Grove. Chilled towels and frozen fruits are offered free at the pools.
Offsite recreational amenities include nearby Crandon Park and Doral Golf Courses, both world class with 18-hole championship courses. The Brickwell Tennis Club is also near the hotel and feature seven clay courts.

Here for Art Basel every year and this accommodation was the best yet. Great service, wonderful room(suite), and convenient to Miami Beach and higher quality than anything available on the Beach. Plan to stay here evry year we come for this event.

"Acess to Wi fi"
Only one thing was disappointed - Internet acces via Wi-Fi was unstable and Too much slow even in premium accounting(((

The hotel has superb ammenities and fabulous service! It is an outstanding and luxurious experience - a pleasure! Great pool with sun block, fruit water, plush towels, cabbana's and even a port a crib.

As with all Four Seasons, the hotel common areas and staff were superb. The room was a bit smaller than you might expect but well-appointed. Nice views of Biscayne Bay. Food service by the pool was spotty and disorganized. Rates are pricey.

I have stayed many times at this lovely property but this is the first time I have been very disappointed. In prior visits, you were made to feel like you were at home. There is a definite change in attitude. The staff was distant and spent more time talking with each other then interacting with guests. The hallway carpets were dirty and need a good […] cleaning. Four Seasons Miami is always exceptional. And the gym (LA Fitness) is fantastic. A couple of things I noticed this time: Housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and still came every day. Had a great stay here. The service is impeccable and the rooms/decor are modern, clean, and comfortable. Great for business and leisure travel, it is an understated elegant place. Though it is a little pricey, they really do care about customer service. And the gym (LA Sports Club) is huge and fabulous. The ambiance of this hotel is wonderful -- an amazing collection of art and sculptures, but unfortunately, the entire time I was there, the public areas were over-airconditioned! From the moment of arrival to the moment and throughout the entire stay, the hotel delivered impeccable service in all areas, from Valet to Pool Side, Concierge to Room Maids.
