"A bit disappointed."
I had higher expectations. Our lake view room had a bunch of tall trees between our window and the lake, so the view was a bit disappointing since you had to try to find a space in between the branches to be able to get a view. The food at the lodge sounded fabulous, but when the plates arrived and we tasted the food, it too was disappointing. The place […] is ok, but we expected much better. Also, note that you have to walk outside to get to and from the pool. In warm weather this is no problem, but in cool weather you need to be ready for it. We paid more at this location than for any of our other accomodations during our trip, so we expected it to be nicer. It is not worth the extra money to stay here. We were very happy with everything. The staff were always pleasant and responsive. We requested a specific room and were told they would try to do that, and did. The view of the lake was great and we found the quality of the food in the restaurant was outstanding. We have stayed there before and were pleased that the hotel and accomodations were still […] very good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Too expensive, no laundry facilities ,no microwave nor fridge,no cell phone signal and no wifi.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent get-away close to nature"
An excellent chance to get away from it all & immerse one’s self in family & nature. Far from civilization but the hotel/resort has all the amenities of modern life to roughing it consists only of being away from the hustle & bustle of the daily grind. Clean hotel, lodge, resort in a majestic setting. The lodge’s restaurant serves a very good, very […] expensive & limited fare. Bring picnic fixin’s & snacks. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Everything was fine"
Keep in mind that this hotel is older and rustic. That being said our room was just fine. It didn't have the Egyptian Cottan sheets that a 5 star place might have but that was ok. The room was clean, the wi-fi worked and the food was good!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved Lake Quinault!!!"
The room was small and the amenities were rather sparse, considering the price of the room. On the other hand, it's not surprising it's more expensive, considering the location. Loved sitting in the lodge with comfortable couches by the fire in the evening. Great location, close to hiking trails with lots of things to do (boat rentals, etc.). Food in […] the lodge restaurant is exceptional (though expensive). Even if you are not into hiking, the drive along the South and North forks of the Quinault river provides amazing views of the rainforest. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lodge Dining Room"
Since there are very limited dining choices it is absolutely gratifying to find the food and service is top notch. It allows guests to enjoy the lodge and area more without that worry. This is our third time to the lodge and it has not lost its appeal. We will return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not impressed"
Lake Quinault is a beautiful location and there are several wonderful hikes in the area. I would not recommend staying at this Lodge because the walls are paper thin and we could hear what the couple next door was saying even though they were not loud. It is a closed economy for breakfast and dinner, and dinner prices are $30 per plate. The nearest […] place to eat is over a mile away by narrow road (not safe to walk at night) and was $20 per plate. I recommend bringing your own food. They do have a pool, but no jacuzzi, and a game room. Service was so/so. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"nice hotel but too expensive"
i stayed one night in the lodge. the rooms were clean and comfy. my only complaint is that the price for a room was very expensive for what you get and it doesnt include breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
"quinault lodge, olympia national park"
a must stay in olympia national park. The accommodations are spartan but appropriate for a park setting. The lodge and grounds are spectacular and well worth the visit. the lodge has a naturalist, not a part service employee, who conducts a free 2 or 3 hr hike through the park, something i thoroughly enjoyed, altho it may not be of interest to all. […] Relax at the lodge and enjoy a beautiful setting. The lodge is on the national historic register. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very quiet after few hours driving ..."
View on Lake Quinault erases minor problems ... Just I'm not sure that standard of rooms was equal because different buildings there are. Anyway mine was OK.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Best Accomadation in Olympic National Park"
Great room, great food, great people... Also stayed at Sol Duc Hot Spring Resort, not bad, but this has much much more.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lake Quinault"
The Lodge is right next to the Lake. It is well kept but the walls are quite thin. We can hear our neighbors talking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A View of the Lake"
Hotel provided a room reasonably priced with a view of the lake, including a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. Common areas were attractive, including a warming fireplace with comfortable chairs. Breakfast was terrific. All in all one of our most memorable stays.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Snoozy lodge for older people, limited connection"
The lodge was very quiet and peaceful and sits right off of the lake. Staff is generally very nice and want to help. Roosevelt Room for dining has good food but on pricey side. But you won't get better food within 30 miles. Wireless connectivity is limited so plan ahead if this is a must for you. AT&T worked OK on EDGE network in some parts, but not […] inside lodge or room. T-Mobile was on ROAM the whole time. There is a single WI-Fi hotspot in the lodge area, but none in the room. Not saying that all this is bad, just plan for it if it's important for you. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

beautiful setting, pricey but necessary stop doing a loop of the Olympic Penisula. Make sure you eat at the Salmon House...even better view and good food.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great getaway to relax"
Best part is the main lodge, relaxing by the fire. Food was terrific but only restaurant was in the main lodge, so would be tough to stay for an extended period! Perfect for the weekend and we were fortunate to have some sunshine during our visit. Rainforest is beautiful; walk by the water would be difficult for elderly or children due to debris on […] trail. "Quiet nights at the Lake Quinault Lodge"
This rustic, charming old lodge was a nice change of pace. The room was small, but comfortable with an unbeatable view of the lake and mountains. We really enjoyed the very informative van tour of the rain forrest lead by Mike. The restaurant was good, but overpriced. The large, fireplace warmed lobby was our favorite place to spend the evenings, reading […] or visiting with other guests. I really enjoyed my swim in the indoor, heated pool late one evening. "The Lake Quinault Lodge"
The original lodge is beautiful, but the annex, where we stayed is desperately in need of updating. Even the television was old and did not work properly. The beds and linens were uncomfortable and very worn. The furniture, lamps and artwork were mismatched and very, very dated and not in a good way. The food service in the lodge was mediocre. My breakfast […] was served cold. The quality of the dinner fare was better, but the lighting and atmosphere in the room overlooking the lake was abismal. The room needs updating. The service, on the other hand, was good. Very friendly. The lodge is beautiful and the location outstanding, but my sense is that it is very poorly managed. The front desk personnel were poorly dressed and unprofessional. The wait staff seemed bored, with the exception of one of the dinner staff. If a few improvements were made to the physical buildings, better linens and amenities, and better training for the staff, it could be a great place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fantastic"
The lodge has great food, and the walk from the room is very pleasant and relaxing. The lake is beautiful with the hills in the background. I did not have the chance to try the pool or sauna, but if I can make it back, I surely will try them, they looked great. Many activities, a wonderful fireplace, great area to hike, canoe, bike ride or just enjoy […] some wine and amazing food. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Family Fun on Lake Quinnault"
Lake Quinnault Lodge was the final stop on our family trip around the Olympic Penninsula. The room was great and had a view of the Lake. The swimming pool and sauna were a high point for the boys too. The only word of caution is the Roosevelt room restaurant. The service and food was great, but it's a little more expensive than you might expect at a […] National Park/Forest Lodge. Don't forget to make a reservation for dinner as they DON'T take walk ups. Call before you get there. We'll be going back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"very relaxing and romantic!"
We truly enjoyed this experience. The food is wonderfull, the view is amazing, the pool refreshing. If your are looking for a place to take a romantic partner, this is it. Families will enjoy the atmosphere and the lake, however it is pricey.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lake Quinault Lodge is nice for a National Park Lodge"
The main lodge is a nice as other National Park lodges we have stayed at. Big open lobby with lots of rock, stone and big trees used for construction. The room we stayed in, a Lakeside Room, was in a building built in 1990 and didn't have the charm of the main lodge, but overall it was very nice. The Roosevelt Room, the on-site restaurant, was excellent […] for all meals, including dessert. We loved that you could get a glass of wine and bring it to the lobby and sit by the fireplace. Overall, not quite the same level as Glacier National Park lodges, but still very nice and much closer to our home. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"great lodge"
I love staying at NP lodges, and this is a great one. WOuld like to go back and do a family reunion there. Restaurant was good - breakfast even a good deal. Nice pool and gameroom for my kids. Good location. Rooms are typical NP Lodge, so nothing to write home about, but that's not why we stayed there. I'd recommend it. Lake Crescent is a better lake, […] so stay there if only one choice. But this is still really nice. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lake Quinault Lodge - Beautiful and relaxing"
I'll start with the bad... since there is very little of it; The rooms are dated (at least the lake side rooms). Now for the good; the dated rooms are comfortable! The location is unbeatable, lake side and quiet, in a quiet little village area of Quinault. With in 5 minutes are several places to eat, however I recommend the Lodge restaurant for breakfast […] and dinner (didnt try it for lunch as we were out and about). It's high quality, and child friendly. The game room, while also dated was fun, the pool was very warm, they have several different types of boat rentals, and the lobby and grassy slope facing the lake are great places to relax. Right next door is a ranger/welcome center, with great info. Across the street is a small (very) store with good ice cream (also serves all 3 meals). There are several hikes of different lengths nearby. Overall I was impressed by the lodge. After reading the reviews I was unsure what to expect, but I would definitely stay again, no question. "Ren top"
"Just OK, location is excellent!"
We stayed at Lake Side View, 3rd Floor. 2 Queen size bed, with a small balcony. Room size is big enough, but the building itself is old, the carpet looks well-used. It looks like an old style motel. No telephone in a room to call front, you have to walk and talk face to face. Location is very good. Lobby space in front of fire place is really cozy. I […] recommend to book dinner just after you arrive in summer period. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"one night"
spent one night in lakeside room. we arrived after 10 pm, and drawback was that we couldn't get any food anywhere. not any restaurants open. Only some snacks were available. in hotel room other bed's cover was dirty and the room was bit cold. otherwise our staying there was good. Hotel is maybe little pricy compared to our experience being there.
