"Outstanding 5-star hotel"

I was nearly dumbfounded to get this hotel at such a competitive price. Our client stays there so we were willing to pay the best rate I could find. I didn't know hotels.com has connections outside the US. I even called the hotel to make sure they would honor the reservation. This hotel stay made a 15 hour flight incredibly gratifying. They take 5-star service excellence to a whole new level.

The attentive and personal service given on the Horizon floors is excellent. The views from the top floors where the Horizon Club is located are remarkable. The rooms are very well proportioned and for once are as good as or perhaps actually better than they appear on the web-site.Nothing is too much trouble for the well presented staff.

everyone nice and friendly basically have to use taxi or rental car...some places to eat close, besides the restaurants within the hotel, which are very nice, but pricey

"oriental experience in the city"

what a lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived we wanted for nothing, from door women to room service to fabby bars. This hotel couldnt do enough to help. The attention to detail was exquisite with the restaurants being authentic down to the morrocan band and the atmosphere was great. Ikandy bar was second to none, the music, the lighting, the mood were all perfect, with little reason to move from the hotel why bother! it could be brought to you! being situated in the city it was a little away from the attractions but taxis are cheap and it is worth spending the cash just to be at this fabby hotel.

We enjoyed the inclusive facilities provided by the Horizon Club. Inclusive breakfast, good snacks for lunch and early evening drinks.While the hotel is situated on a busy road away from shops taxis are ridicuously cheap. Would not hestate to use again but then I always feel about Shangri-La Hotels.

Vi hadde 7 perfekte dager på dette hotellet i påsken 2009. Veldig bra rom, perfekt frokost og utrolig personale! Vi har bodd på flere hotell i Dubai...men dette var det beste hotellet til nå!
