The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They even let me use the Hotel computer to print off boarding passes when the lobby computer printer wouldn't work. The hotel is very clean except we had a horrible spot on the carpet which I covered every night with a washcloth to not look at it. The breakfast is very meager - they ran out of items and were slow to restock. I would only eat there if I had no other choice. Not great selection. Overall it's an economical and clean place to stay in the area.

Biggest Problem is that without a rental car, had to depend on hotel amenities and service. All of the vending machines were e empty, Also, had to get an early take off and use local cab service. Warning, cab services are unreliable. Hadley Mass. does not have cab services like in big cities like NY. Recommend Celebrity Cab Service if you have to use a cab service.

If the point of my stay didn't include sleep, I would recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. For people who don't mind having a breakfast of carbs and weak coffee, the free breakfast would be a benefit. The main reason for my low rating is all about the bed. I couldn't get comfortable. I woke up several times a night in pain and needing to shift positions to alleviate the pain. By the third night I found a more comfortable position and was finally able to sleep -- or I was just too exhausted to care.

We liked the hotel and I think it's a bargain for what you get. It's convenient to shopping and to 4 of the 5 colleges in the region. Only problem is that we asked for a wake-up call and didn't get it and didn't get an apology. So bring an alarm clock. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the region. For some reason it doesn't appear on the lists of hotels which the colleges put out?

The hotel exceeded my expectations and was a great bargain considering the prices of surrounding hotels. Very clean and new feeling. The free breakfast was a step more substantial than I expected. They offered frozen french toast and waffles, that we could toast, along with English muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, etc. The seating area for breakfast is limited, so go early or eat in your room. The King bed was comfortable! On this Friday night, we heard noise from the halls and the next room since a group of teen kids were taking the place over. The noise insulation could have been more robust. The stairs (if you don't like elevators) are the best Hotel stairs I've seen. (carpet, wood trim, etc). They were not like the ones you see on some scary movie.
