Nice location. It was really nice to have a lanai. Excellent free local coffee in the lobby. The place was a little dated, but quite clean. Excellent value. I would stay there again.

Overall we were very satisfied. The property is beautiful and very peeaceful.Our only disappointment is the size of the veranda, balcony area. It's so small that two people cant sit outside the room and enjoy the beautiful views. ridiculously small!

Located in a larger resort setting which includes a golf course and residential development, the grounds of the entire complex are stunning. Add to this the beautiful bay on which the hotel sits with a well protected bay, and the setting is great. We wanted to visit both the Na Pali coast in the north and the Waimea Canyon in the south so his centrally located resort served us well. Outside the resort, the town of Lihue is OK, but not the hotels strongest attraction.

This studio unit has a queen sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, full bath, large lanais, overhead plantation fans,cable TV and VCR and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a lovely large pool and jacuzzi and Webber gas grills at the Cliffs Resort. The unit comes completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave over stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. All linens are also furnished including an extra set if needed.
