The breakfast was the worse since going there 3-4 times a year. When talking to the manager he stated batter okay though the waffles never cooked. The juice was water.

Motel was quite run down. The management seemed to want it clean but not the best job of it. We definitely paid more than what the stay was worth. Old decor, old TV, and just needs updates. Good thing we were as tired as what we were and only needed a place to sleep.

Our stay was expected for a Days Inn. I think the pool and jacuzzi was a bonus. Continental breakfast was well stocked. The rooms were adequate with tv, clean linens, and towels. Shower had mold covered with caulk and two pillows were well past their use. Front desk clerk was a bit too nosy for my taste watching every time I left my room.

The hotel was ok for just an overnight stay but if I had to stay in the area again I'd choose a different hotel. My room was dingy and didn't look nice due to normal wear and tear. Replacing the carpet wound be a big help. The 'breakfast' was sub par. There wasn't much to choose from and what I did eat wasn't fresh.

The hotel met all our needs. We'd spent almost double per night when staying in Salt Lake and I was much happier in Evanston. Basic breakfast, but variety. A little tough to get to unless you are just pulling off I-80 for the night. Warm pool and great staff.

First room had dirty bathroom fixtures and smelled so strongly of room deodorizer that we asked for another room. second room bigger and cleaner so did stay. However, heater was either on with fan blowing or off. finally turned off as quite noisy and temperature dropped until in middle of night had to get up and turn on. also drapes did not keep out […] light from parking lot. It has been a long night. I wished I had insisted on refund from hotels.com and gone to another hotel. Hopefully the breakfast will be ok. First desk clerk quite curt, but second fellow very friendly and did try to assist with the room change. From this experience we will probably never stay at a Day's Inn again. Read more

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, well organized, and the breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. The night was quite and we slept well. We had a very clean room and our supplies were replaced by the staff. Thank you for the great stay.

The visit was ok. we did not experience any problems, however, I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was no sausage, hot eggs, or any form of hot protien. I got the impression that they had a better breakfast.

We missed the one entrance they have because it was dark and hard to see but once we got there everything was great! Staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again!

This hotel was ok. If you don't plan on swimming or using the hot tub that is. They were both green and the room smelled moldy. The hotel room itself was fine and good for the price.

Pool needed maintenance. Hot Tub had a film floating. Room appeared to be missing furniture. Shower head could have used some Lime Away. Breakfast staff were rude and seemed put out, could not keep up on coffee demand. Next time we will stay at the Best Western.

For the price, the hotel was fine. We stayed there for a softball tournament. Owner/Manger was extremely friendly. Facility is dated, but clean. No funky smells. Overall, I would stay there again.

Just an average hotel but for the price what can you expect? Staff very helpful, room very nice and large. They were very proud to inform us it was a  Tempur-pedic bed but having never slept on one we found it very hard and the pillows were small and flat. Also it was a  shame about the light coming under and around the door all night and through the […] curtains from the pool area. We jammed towels under and around the door the second night and a pillow to hold the curtains closed. We used the hot tub and pool which was nice but things a little worn in the pool area. Breakfast standard - toast, cereal, eggs, yoghurt etc in a very small area, lucky they weren't too busy.  Evanston isn't an ideal holiday destination but when you are visiting family this hotel is a great budget option. The hotel is old but very clean. The staff were all very hospitable. I asked for some extra pillows and blankets and the guy at the front desk promptly brought them to my room. Not much to say in favor of staying here except the price was low. Even with that, you're likely to be disappointed if you're expecting something inviting and cozy. Given that Days Inn is a chain, so you'd expect them to keep a better eye on things.

Great place to stay! Room wasn't quite ready but they rushed to finish so we could sleep on their new "Temperpedic" mattress -great sleep!! Breakfast was extensive. The staff is very proud of this refurbished motel and they should be. Right price, convenient place w/choices for dinner spots.

This hotel had carpet that was rolling up, the bathroom panel door had a large hole on the top of the door and boxes stacked at the end of our hallway. Wonderful staff that I watched go above and beyond for thier customers, lady had a dead battery the manager/owner went out and jumped the car for her then took her to get gas when they discovered she had also run out. Rooms are older but very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub working.Beds were comfortable. Pets allowed for small charge. Breakfast ok, waffle […] maker, donut, cereal and yogert, but if you want more you get 10% off at resturant next door. Lots of room to park U-Haul and trailer.
