We got the standard room (one full bed I believe). The room was very small. The bed was hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a floor. We could not find the remote for the tv (we never asked since we were not in the room most of the time). It was nice to have a mircowave and fridge but when we used the mircowave, it would not stay on longer than 2 min and the fuse would blow out. It is in good walking distance to Disneyland. We were able to walk back for lunch and dinner (although I would not recommend that! Too much walking!) When we asked the front desk person for fast food restaurants, he was not able to tell us of any! We found one in the phonebook that was on the same street as the hotel! Overall, if you are looking for a place to crash while you are in Disneyland, this is a good price and distance (for walking). If you want a little more, I would not recommend this hotel.

In all of the rooms I've been in trying to plug in any electronic device, even the grounded plugs, don't stay plugged in. All of the A/C and heating units work very good.

This hotel was really nice and cute on the outside but the rooms are really small and and the carpets are dirty and torn. House keeping does a great job of cleaning. The front desk boy was very quiet did not even greet me and my family. The door keys would not work. I had to go to the front desk four times to have them reset. The worst thing about my stay was the beds. YIKES!. I have stayed at cheap motels many times and have stayed in uncomfortable beds BUT nothing compares to these beds they are HORRIBLE my back as well as my family members hurt the whole stay. Please spend the extra 10.00 a night somewhere else. trust me I thought the people who wrote the reviews were exaggerating but people they are not. Hard beds it what they have. I looked in several other rooms and they all have these awful hard beds. my son is 3 and he was complaining and kids never care about that. The hotel was cheap, so I did not go in expecting the Bellagio, but seriously. The beds. I can only compare the beds to a professional wrestling ring: fabric covered plywood on springs. I really think you could injure yourself if you sat down too quickly. Might bruise your coccyx. The shower was just ok. The toilet didn't work - we had to fill the tank with water to make it flush. One funny thing about our stay though, there were 2 TV's in the room - one was bolted down to the dresser, and there was another one right next to it that was not secured. Guess which one worked? The unsecured one! And we had a Zenith remote for a Phillips TV. I'd give it a 5.

As we arrived to the hotel we noticed how clean it looked. The Customer service rep was very nice, he answered all of our questions. We called him a couple times and there was no negative attitude from him. Unfortunately, we had to try both keys in order to get into the room (one key did not work). The carpet was stained/torn but nothing we couldn't walk on. It was nice to see a microwave and refrigerator in the room. As we moved through to the bathroom we noticed a hair dryer. Pretty nice but, the towels were very small and scratchy. One wash cloth was damp. The air conditioner worked well but, in order for us to change the temperature we had to climb on the dresser to reach the controls. The chairs in the room did not make us tall enough to reach. They were in bad condition and holes in the seats. It's evening time now when preparing to go to bed we realized that the beds were extremely hard. To get our minds off the beds we thought we would watch some TV. The TV worked great only if we got up and turned it on. The power button didn't work. We are now leaving the hotel and check-out went well. Overall, we rate our visit a 3. Suggestions to future guests: Bring your own towels and wash cloths. If you drink coffee you'll need a coffee pot.

We choose the hotel because of the convience of it being so close to the Convention Center but after staying we would rather have stayed somewhere else even if it was further! First of all the teenager working the desk seemed uninterested and unfriendly. Then after giving us our electronic keys, we went to the room which was located in the back corner and the doors surrounding had paint pealing. The keys would no work with the access swipe and we had to return to the front desk three times, each time explaining that the door would not open. The woman at the desk only gave us a bored look and tried reprogramming the keys, never once offering to come to the actual room with us. Of the four card keys they ended up giving us, only two worked buy on-and-off at that. Sometimes it took 5 to 6 swipes to actually get the door open. And the door only shut properly when slammed. Second, while the room was clean and smelled nice, there was damage to the furniture, doors and bathroom area. Paint was pealing, part of the bedside table had missing panels, several parts of the bathroom counter looked unfinished or damaged and the shower sprayed very strongly and the water was never hot. The sheets were cheap material, as was the itchy, harsh bath towels; the largest towels offered were about the same size of my dish towels at home. Not to menition the small cockroach I found in the bathroom one night. Honestly the best part about this hotel was the close proximity to the convention center. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. The price was outrageous for the quality of the room and the disinterest of the staff. I have stayed at several hotels in the same area for around the same price and have never stayed anywhere as bad as this hotel. I will not be returning.
