it served it purpose. for an inexpensive stay...i was impressed. the only things it could improve on: room had double occupancy and there was only one towel, and to me...there could have been an assortment of fruits instead of just papaya....but truly otherwise... it was a nice stay. FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE...

The best experience in Monterrey, Mexico for a business trip. Excellent room, clean, comfortable, big room, only except for the young man in the check in who delay a little when I was the only customer there. And the distance from downtown is an additional problem if you have not a car

Room was filthy, no coffee or water supplied (had to ask at front desk for both), so-called "full breakfast" was just a continental (and a lousy one at that), and the neighborhood was straight out of a scene from "Mean Streets". Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Todo muy bien en cuanto a limpieza del hotel y calidad en el servicio salvo un detalle que al llegar al hotel tenian problemas con la energia y no podian asignarme la habitación debido a que la computadora no prendia

muy buena, el hotel es comodo, limpio, bien ubicado, lo unico es que anuncian un desayuno incluido y no dicen que es desayuno continental, el papel higienico es de muy mala calidad, olvide mi pasta dental y no tenian en el hotel.

El personal es muy muy amable, la atención es muy rápida el restaurante es bueno y económico. Lo único que faltaban toallas en el cuarto. El cuarto está bien equipado tiene secadora de pelo y plancha. En relación al precio está muy bien. Lo recomiendo
