"Wifi in rooms" was nonexistent. When will hotels wake up? I don't need a phone or tv or even breakfast. I need internet. Toilet full of mud/dirt and lid off sitting on tub. I guess it shows they had been maintaining it. Rest of place was obviously cleaned recently.

Arrived late and staff was not very happy about us getting in so late after long travel day. Rooms were clean and met just what we needed. Breakfast was very basic.

The staff was very pleasant after we had rode our Bikes 525 miles that day in 100+ weather. Check in was quick and thorough. One bad thing happened that day to motel, the power was disrupted by lightening and the water main broke in front. Inspite of this, the staff was cheery and helpful when our room A/C was not working very well. They brought us […] fans and apologized, even though it was not their fault. The A/C started working in the middle of the night so we didn't have to move to another available room that the staff had ready for us. The local policeman circled through the parking lot to check on our bikes regularly. There was a Great Mexican family owned resteraunt next door. I would stay here again if in the area. Read more

Hotel was good. Not much around as far as restauants, etc. A convenience store, a couple of gas stations, a pizza place, a mexican restaurant. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, sticky buns, and cereal. Not a great selction. Overall, you get what you pay for and the price was right.

Whle this little hotel is on the road to nowhere it was very clean and comfortable. Travelers on I-70 in Missouri should really consider it a bargain. I stayed here one night going to a nearby state fair. the staff, or lack there of, wasn't the friendliest but I didnt mind. The lobby was so hot which had us worried but our room was nice and cool. Service at this hotel depended on whether the manager or other staff helps you. The other staff is much more helpful and straight-forward. The manager made us uncomfortable and came across as rude and his English was nearly incomprehensible...even for a language teacher. The staff needs to speak english better. They were were not friendly at all. They acted like they were scare of people. The breakfast was lame. Cold cereal, biscuts & gravey, boxed prepackaged rolls. It's listed on the hotel accomodations that there is a work out room....there is not, it says continental breakfast is until 10am....they closed it before 9:45 the first morning we were there and they were upset that they had to get the milk out so that we could at least have a bowl of cereal(breakfast consisted of 2 different kinds of cereal, honey […] buns and biscuits and gravy(warmed up no doubt)....no juice or any other drinks other than coffee...not even a pitcher of water. Hotel was very clean. Probably could use some updating but was very comfortable. Was'nt on the outskirts of Sadalia like it said on the web site. Breakfast was OK but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit (apple, bananas, oranges).
