The rooms were nice and updated. The service was excellent & friendly. It had all the amenities that we needed. The only disappointment was the sauna was not working and the hot tub was not very hot. It was cold & rainy so it would have been perfect after being out whale watching.

Very friendly check in staff. Got a free upgrade to the top floor because our room was not ready. The view of the surf from our balcony was fantastic! If you love the ocean, you can not go wrong with this hotel.

At check-in, two guests ahead of us were experiencing frustrations; but the desk person handled the situation well, I thought. We got our room seamlessly.

Great location in Newport OR near bayfront shops and restaurants. Right on the water with great view of the bay. Room has wireless internet and little kitchenette.

We had a studio on the 3rd floor which has a excellent harbor view and we enjoyed watching the sunset. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time here. The room was extremely comfortable with a full kitchen, balcony and 1 1/2 baths. My grandgirls loved seeing the fishing boats return with their catch and to watch the filet work and entire food process. Thanks for this rich experience in the comfort of our cozy condo.

upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who seemed eager to assist. Parking the car in the adjoining underground parking lot that was clean and easily accessible to the elevator was a relief after a long drive. Opening the door to the room offered a view down the hallway to a balcony that overlooked the bay. To the left was an entrance […] to the bathroom and the bedroom which also had a half bath. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you needed to prepare your own food to include spices and even a meat cleaver! The experience was like home away from home except that at home we don't have the view of pleasure crafts and fishing boats that filled the dock. Something was missing however, the musky smell of fish was noticably non-existant. Walking along the boardwalk was truly a pleasure. Looking at all the boats and dreaming of how nice it must be to lounge in comfort inside some of the nicest boats i have seen. All without the nausiating aroma of dead fish made our stay at the Landing one of the most enjoyable in recent memory. I would remommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Read more
