I thought that the hotel was a relatively good value and offered good service. During the booking process, I chose a room with a king-sized bed, and after making the reservation I requested through hotels.com a quiet room. When I checked in, the desk clerk said that, because I had requested a king-sized bed, I was being upgraded to the "executive wing" of the hotel, which turned out to be in a separately locked corridor. Since the bed size was specifically a part of the reservation, I doubt that caused the upgrade. I would guess that the request for quiet caused it. It was a superior room with a sitting area, and it may therefore be worthwhile to make such a request along with the reservation. My only other comment is that the breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing special. There was a shortage of healthy choices for breakfast but, judging by the way most of the guests were loading up on the pancakes, eggs and pork products, the breakfast seemed to be serving its market.

When we walked in we thought - WOW! This is a BIG room! It was clean - it was nice! The Beds were very comfortable! We would not have been able to afford this hotel at normal rate - but we got a discount. However, it is worth the normal rate! The only thing was the breakfast was the same thing everyday! It was still better than some hotels breakfasts but I would have liked some different things; rather than the same egg caserole, hashbrowns, bread, and cereal. Otherwise our stay was nice and we enjoyed the hotel!

Service was great and the rooms were very clean. We were upgraded to the executive wing which was nice. The rate included a breakfast which was skipable-rubber eggs and cold waffles but as I usually just do toast and coffee anyway it was fine for me. Only real complaint are the awful beds-some kind of thing where you "set" your side of the bed. If two people sit on the end of the bed, it flips up-you could get dumped if you are not quick. Because each side is settable you actually sleep in a hard edged box-if you like to sprawl across, forget it. And the bottom sheets wont stay on. Spent two nights-woke up several times trying to reset the thing and still woke up sore the first night. Second night was better but still a bit sore. Now that I think about it, maybe skip Radisson until they change beds.

Hotel lobby is beautiful - well lit and welcoming. Room was fairly dark, furniture was not clean and toilet would not flush. when front desk was notified - the response was "I am not a plumber and housekeeping is closed". After a shiort conversation - I was offered another room - come to the lobby and pick up the key. No assistance to help move offered and certainly a lack of concern. 2nd room was dirtier than the first. It was late and i was not interested in moving again. Hotel was relatively empty - however room was right next to noisy elevator. Also was placed in a wing that was full a group of folks partying.

The hotel staff were pleasant, and the service was great. The general appearance of the hotel is fine, and it is located near a shopping mall and in a business park, making it convenient for business trips. The only problem I had was with the airconditioning unit. It did not have a thermostat, so I had to get up and adjust it several times during the night. And it was EXTREMELY noisy due to a rattle in the plastic grill. I had to prop my briefacse against it make it quiet enough to get to sleep.

This hotel was only "okay." The staff was very nice and accommodating. I didn't like hearing the extremely close trains at 5:30 and 6:30 in the morning. There was no bathtub in our room (I do like to take baths once in a while) and the shower stall was old. I was not in a wheelchair accessible room, and still, the bathroom counter heights were very low. But, the rooms were kept very clean. Plus, the room itself was very large. I was dissapointed that our wireless laptop computer would not connect. Even after a technician came by the hotel to give it a try. He said the hotel needed to update their software. It never did work. There was, however, a computer in the lobby for general use. The Fusion restaurant next door offered hotel guests a free breakfast buffet. It was nothing special - "free food" and "quality" don't always go together. But the dinners there were very good. All in all, it was a decent hotel, good location for us, and reasonably priced. (I did learn I don't want to buy a Sleep Number bed!)

With regards to the pool, it was awesome that you could go into the pool at an hour day or night (at your own risk of course). However, the site said the pool was heated; the times that i went into the pool it was chilly. I wish the pool heater was running at night; it makes sense to not have it on durinng the day in the summer but at night its a bit chilly out.
