The Bockenheim neighborhood is cool and trendy with loads of shops and highly rated restaurants. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram or subway station ... a very quiet and peaceful location. The facilities are old, but well-maintained. My room had modern bath fixtures, a safe, and working a/c heating, windows, blinds. The staff was attentive, upbeat, and helpful. I'm going to stay at Hotel Imperial Novum Frankfurt Messe am Palmengartenagain in the future.

My Stay at this Hotel was okay, but the older gentlemen of the evening staff say 3pm to 11pm shift was Very, Very, rude to customers. My room had insect or rodent traps under the beds. The morning breakfast staff was very polite and professional.

We prepaid for three beds in both rooms on a non smoking floor. Each room only had one full sized bed each and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We complained and they gave us two new rooms on a smoking floor. One had a full sized bed and the other had three beds. My wife and I were so creepted out buy the place we and our four kids slept […] in the one room with the three beds. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was in a bad neighborhood. It was close to the train station and metro (the only plus). The hallways and hotel was old and dirty. The room had stained carpet and the walls were dirty. It was not worth what I payed. Dirty and cold.

As family of 2 adults & 3 kids, we had booked 2 triple rooms. There were no triple rooms available when we arrived. So one of the kids stayed alone in a single and us parents with one kid each in two different double rooms. Not exactly as planned. Good location, rooms and breakfast were ok for the price.

The best part of this hostel is nearnes to the train station and few miles to the airport. Its a good place to pass one night if you need to catch a train the next day. I needed two things only, a room with internet access and breakfast. I paid for both days internet access on arrival. OK in lobby, but not in my room. Refund was refused. Breakfast very basic. Not a place when you want to stay a substantial amount of time in the room in order to work. I would not return

We occupied a three person room while we stayed at this hotel. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and accomodating. When we arrived in the room it was clean. The room was small but it was what we had expected. The room has no air conditioning but the hotel has a fan provided in the room. It was a little noisy during the night as I suspect that […] they may be a few clubs down the block, but the hotel is in such a good location (only half a block from the Main Train Station). 中央駅からすぐの場所にあり、オペラ座へも徒歩で１０分程度。道路の向かいにはスーパーもあり便利。目の前の通りにはトラムが走っており、オペラ帰りの夜間の一人歩きにも不安を感じさせない適度な賑わいがあり、周辺の環境も良好。部屋はヨーロッパの街中にしては比較的ゆったりとしており、冷蔵庫、ミニ金庫付き（部屋によってはバスタブもあり）。朝食も不満なし。フランクフルト中央駅近くの定宿として、お勧めします。

Etwas herabgekommen! Wände dreckig, wandhacken abgebrochen, fliesse im bad kaputt, staubig im essbereich! Unterm Bettlacken und matte dreckig (Haare etc) Nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel kann man definitiv mehr erwarten!

中央駅から徒歩5分かからない好立地ですが、入り口がアジアのバックパッカー用安宿という雰囲気。エレベータホールはいつも暗い（電灯は点く）。エレベータの前のドアを開けると狭いところに４つのドアがあって、何かの寮みたいで寂しい印象。部屋の中は意外と快適です。案外大きなバスタブもありました。扇風機が置いてあり、もしかするとエアコンに問題があるのかもしれない。もともと空きがトリプルしかなく、広かったからかもしれません。配置図を見ると部屋は３タイプかける2の6部屋が各階にあるようです。部屋によって風呂の感じが違うかもしれません。また部屋は市電通りに面した側で、夜は酔っぱらいが多いらしく騒がしいですが、窓を閉めると大丈夫でした。欧州らしいビルが向かいに見えます。ネットはフロント申し込めば１時間無料（もしか […] すると何回かつながるかも）のパスワードがもらえます。朝食は質素ですがついていました。また韓国料理店が入っていて韓国の旗がなびいているのは何だかなという印象でした。TVも韓国番組が入ります。そういう関係なのでしょうか。 Read more

とにかく駅から近いこととこの値段で朝食が付いていたので満足です。ただ近所の雰囲気はあまりよくないので　女性には勧めません。近くにスーパーもありますが駅の地下の売店も利用できます。

Slitet hotell precis vid stationen. Ok att sova på. Mina kollegor hade något som liknade bajs på väggarna. De andra hade ett så litet rum att man rörde sig i 360 runt sin egen axel. Vi hade en säng var så knarrrig och sönder att att den kysste backen när man satt i den även fast sängbenen var rätt höga.
