The Bockenheim neighborhood is cool and trendy with loads of shops and highly rated restaurants. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram or subway station ... a very quiet and peaceful location. The facilities are old, but well-maintained. My room had modern bath fixtures, a safe, and working a/c heating, windows, blinds. The staff was attentive, upbeat, and helpful. I'm going to stay at Hotel Imperial Novum Frankfurt Messe am Palmengartenagain in the future.

This was a cheap and convenient option for spending a night at Gatwick Airport. The hotel is right next to the North Terminal, but also opposite the train that links to the South Terminal, so it should be perfectly fine for both. The rooms were adequate and very clean, and I got excellent service from the staff. I would recommend it to anyone.

While the ambiance around this hotel is not great, it is in close proximity to business and airport hubs. Staying here when flying in or out of Frankfurt is suggested. Hotel is very well suited to the business traveler.

I checked in late in the evening at about 22:00. My rooms was a smoking room with a very strong smell of cigarettes, although a non smoking was requested. When asked for another room I was advised they were full and could not do anything. Although they still had many check in to come so why not swap with another arrival. I booked a double and was suprised […] to see a single duvet on the bed. I requested a double duvet the next day but was told they had no such thing so instead got another singly duvet! They only have German TV channels but when speaking to the barman he informed me that most their guests are non German. Avevo prenotato una tripla e all'arrivo ho trovato una doppia neanche molto grande con l'aggiunta di una branda e questo è il motivo per il quale ho dato tre nella camera. Per il resto molto buono sotto tutti gli aspetti, buona spa con piscina e ottima cucina.

Ein Komfortzimmer war gebucht aber nicht mehr verfügbar. Das Zimmer lag genau gegenüber des Lifts und der Motor des selbigen die ganze Nacht bei Betrieb zu hören.

Hotellet egner sig primært til personer på farten. Ideel beliggenhed tæt ved motorvejen og i kort afstand til Frankfurt lufthavn. Området er ikke interessant - det er præget af en kombination af erhvervsvirksomheder og boligetagebyggeri. Rüsselsheim som helhed er en uinspirerende by.

Fenster undicht, Klimaanlage defekt, Glühbirne ausgebrannt. Umzug in anderes Zimmer: Fenster wieder undicht, Glühbirne wieder ausgebrannt. Putzfrau bestätigte, dass Fenster überall schlecht sind. Hotel wirkt alt und abgewohnt, für die generell hohen Hotelpreise im Raum Frankfurt könnte man sich mehr erwarten.
