This has been the third time in a row staying at this hotel. It is an old facility I remember from growing up here, but completely updated and renovated. Never in my life have I ever been so pleased with a hotel stay. We are from California and the staff spoke very good English and were very helpful with our planning every day events. The meals were excellent. You could take a 5 minute walk to the airport. Underground to the city was close and quick. We would definetly recommend this hotel.

It was the perfect place to relax for a day before travelling home to the USA. From the environment, to the SPA facilities, technology and the dining experience, this hotel has it all. Especially for folks like me who enjoy and are used to Marriott level of service and quality. It also helped to be in close proximity to the airport.

The room was very clean, typical high quality for a Marriott, and with free wi-fi. The restaurant is in the hotel and serves a good range of food that was very tasty to eat. Was hard to find due to unfamiliarity of streets and the area. Once found, found excellent service, quick walk or (shuttle service) from terminal 1. Hotel is only a block away but amazingly secluded - without the typical airport noise - hard to believe airport is so close. hotel and shuttle services and assistance excellent.

If you are flying into or out of Hamburg this is a great place to stay. The AC is cold, the hospitality exactly what you would expect from a Courtyard by Marriott and made for a very relaxing and temperature appropriate last night's stay in Germany after a week long tour around the country.

I am not the type to write reviews about anything, but I really needed to express my feeling about this hotel. First of all, the complementary car parking is not free as stated on the website. Then I noticed the the ventilation in the bathroom was not working, and the shower door was broken, as well as the shower waste pipe was blocked. I contacted […] the reception, and they promised they would send someone to take a look. BUT NO ONE CAME!! The receptionist was a very cocky man, and I don't think he knew what customer service was. Whats wrong with smiling?? Also I have been in many hotels over the years, both cheap and expensive, but this is the first hotel that doesn't give complimentary tea/ coffee in the rooms. We had troubles finding an airport hotel in Hamburg that could accommodate an infant. I like Courtyard by Marriott hotels. This brand has consistently pleased me, and the airport hotel in Hamburg was no exception. Upon check in we were offered a free upgrade to a larger room that could better fit an infant cot (which was provided free of charge). The […] hotel is two minutes from the U-Bahn station if you have the time to explore Hamburg (the stop itself is many away from City Center or Hamburg Harbour). The neighbourhood has grocery stores and restaurants, none of which we had the chance to try. We checked out early the next day and used the free shuttle to get a quick ride to the airport itself. vi har haft en ok ferieoplevelse pga venlige og imødekommende tjenere/ picoloér. Hotellet er smukt, men lidt nusset møblement i lobbyen. De har hjulpet med oplysninger som var nødvendige. Vi havde forstået i papirene man kunne hæve penge på hotellet, det var ikke tilfældet, så første problem opstod da vi opdagede det, og skulle til at rekvirere taxa […] uden en mønt på lommen. receptionspersonalet og personalet som hentede os i lufthavnen, gav os ingen oplysninger overhovedet. Så vi anede intet om transferéns længde, eller hvor man kunne få mad og lign hvis man ikke havde all inclusive. man kan ikke købe vand til værelset nogensteder, det skal man hente inde i byen.
