    Internet connection was not working despite rebooting in-room modem various times. At almost midnight management suggested I change room to get connection so had to use lobby. The telephone handset was dirty and greasy - unclean. Otherwise the room was OK. Neighborhood of Avenue Louise is great for shopping but 25euro by taxi from center of city.

    The hotel was only 5 blocks from a friend who has lived in Brussels for 25 years. I had not checked about breakfast. It was not included and their buffet was 27 Euros which was expensive. Room and all was very nice. Old but with character.

    Old hotel and decor a little tired and the armchairs look 'over the top' but they are comfortable. Can highly recomment the restaurant for dinner....not really cheap but obviously an excellent chef. Parking secure but 20 euros a night a but 'heavy' I thought.

    The hotel is in a classic style, which makes it very special and nice. We had free wi-fi in the room! Which was very important, as I had to work from there. Room and hotel itself was always clean and nice. Our bath in the bathroom was very old and scratched. The neighbourhood itself is great, but it looked very strange to us, because there were prostitutes […] around the corner. Which didn't bother us, and we even left our car just next to them, but it's just strange. The paring in the hotel is 22 EUR per night, which we found very expensive, but we were always able to find parking next to the hotel free of charge. There is also Careefour store next to the hotel, where you can buy water and basic things. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!! I loved those! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!     Very old and tired interior. My room was big enough but the decorations were well passed their best. The TV, internet and bedside lights did not work. The buffet breakfast was ordinary, despite being very expensive.

    Décoration un peu désuète mais non dénuée de charme... Rideaux et moquette obsolètes! Salle de bains vieillotte. Bien que situé sur l'avenue Louise, loin du centre (pour s'y rendre à pied), cet hôtel est calme. Belle salle à manger, confortable au coin du feu. Petit déjeuner très cher.

    Très bon accueil et personnel vraiment serviable (pas de connection internet au 10ème étage, le personnel nous a changé de chambre aussitôt).Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. cadre superbe. De plus par le site, nous avons eu une chambre immense à un prix vraiment raisonnable. A recommander.

    Prettig hotel in luxe uitvoering met leuke binnentuin.Kamers perfect verzorgd en goed ingericht. Geen achterstallig onderhoud zoals in zoveel hotels alles prima in orde. Uitstekend ontbijt onder de kroonluchter in luxe sfeer. Aanrader voor de juiste deal voor de zakenreiziger.

    Ik snapte meteen waarom er een aanbiedingstarief geldt voor dit hotel. De ontvangst is donker en niet uitnodigend. De gehele inrichting is dan wel in een 'oude' stijl maar het materiaal ziet er ook echt oud uit. De kamer was netjes maar ook niet meer dan dat. De airco was belabberd en die heb je echt wel nodig. De Wi-Fi is dan wel gratis maar nog langzamer […] dan de oude 56K modem die ik 10 jaar geleden had. De douce was slecht; kapotte doucekop waardoor de helft van het water op de muur terecht kwam, bovendien sta je in het donker want het douchgordijn laat veel te weinig licht door. Er was te weinig bediening in het restaurant dus je moet lang wachten voordat je iets kan bestellen/afrekenen en de prijzen veel te hoog (7 euro voor een glas bier). Parkeren vraagt men 22 euro voor per dag, terwijl je 2 straten verder gratis mag parkeren. Het beste van het hotel is dat er een tramlijn direct voor het hotel langs gaat en je dus makkelijk in het centrum komt... dan kun je zoveel mogelijk tijd buiten het hotel zelf te verblijven. Ik kom regelmatig in Brussel maar hier ga ik niet meer overnachten. Read more

    L'hôtel est très agréable et dans un joli et chic style art nouveau. Néanmoins, il a besoin d'entretien, notamment aux salles de bain. Les chaises au restaurant ne sont pas très confortables et le menu n'est pas très varié mais la cuisine est bonne, voir très bonne.
