All they had was toast, fruit, and cold cereal. Their website said waffles and we were hoping to save money by eating there for breakfast but toast and an apple just doesn't work when you're staying for more than a few days. They didn't even have skim milk. Had to ask for Conditioner (they don't supply it) and more soap.

The rooms were clean, and that's all you can say about the hotel. The tour person was only there to sell her tickets and had no recomendations or suggestions. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no hot water in the sink and the shower was luke warm at best most of the time we were there. Don't count on having breakfast there either, the lay out makes it impossible to get near the waffle maker on the weekends and they didn't have yogurt, bagels or muffins just stale bread for toast, and they were usually out of ceral and fruit. During the week they didn't offer waffels, but they did have fruit then.

Room was good, quiet except for the a/c that buzzed, they fixed it right away. If you're going for the free breakfast, be prepared for Fruit Loops and Toast (Waffles on Sundays only). The hotel was close to Universal, but no free transportation there, we had to pay $20 roundtrip to the cab company; however Disney shuttle was good.

The hotel was conveniently placed for all theme parks and shopping malls. Our room was on the top floor and the view over the lake and surrounding area was great especially at night was fantastic. Our room was a good size and very clean. The only down side was the time of breakfast which was 6.30 to 8.30 which was fine if you needed to be out very early but a bit too early if you wanted a later start to the day. Overall though the hotel was very good value for money.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel with our 2 kids for 4 days..I can honestly say that I did not expect our room to be as clean or comfortable as it was (considering the price that we paid). We were thrilled to see that everything was in good condition. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a great view of the city. The only issue we had during our stay were the roudy people staying next door. Since there was a connecting door we could hear everything. Thankfully, once we called the front desk, they took care of everything and called the room next door and asked them to keep it down. We visited the pool one evening, but we only stayed for about 5 minutes because the water was so cold. All in all, it was a great hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was my biggest pet peeve. We called ahead to see if we could check in. The first person to answer the phone was very cordial, then I guess the manager got on the phone and she was very rude. So rude that my wife decided to hang up the phone and we drove up to the hotel and she had me go in to talk to them. Needless to say their tone changes when you got an angry customer in their face. It was like pulling teeth to get simple answers such as are our rooms ready? Finally the hotel rooms...bleach city...one door handle came apart. this was nice for the price, but it didn't leave a "good" impression. I'll be back to Orlando- but I'll be staying elsewhere.

It was in a brilliant location, right on International Drive with easy access to the I-Ride Trolley. The hotel is round the corner from 'Wet n Wild' and a short bus ride away from other main attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. On the downside, breakfast was extremey busy and crowded unless you went down very early. There was not enough seating for everyone. On a few days there were choices of waffles or bagels, but in a weeks stay they were only available once. Otherwis it was just toast and cereal. Another downside was the internet connections in the room, is was very very poor. We tried a few times to go on the internet but the signal was so bad that we couldn't open up the webpages we wanted to go on.

Then I spent a good 10-15 mins on hold just to talk to the help desk. Also the security of the area wasn't that great because every night we ended up with 2-3 fake restaurant flyers under our door. The Hotel was excellent for the price we paid. Only 3 problems I found our whole stay there... 1. The fan is the restroom didn't work. So, after taking a shower you would have to wait to 5-10 mins. before getting ready in there. The bathroom mirror would fog up. 2. The restroom at the pool was always closed. Very inconvenient to have to go to your room everytime. 3. I would have also liked a bar. That way when we wanted a drink we didn't have to go to the store.
