Overall the hotel was nice. It could have been a little bit cleaner, but that may be me being picky. Carpets seemed a little dirty. However, I'd still stay here again. Close enough to being downtown without be too close.

absolutely wonderful staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping folks. All showed genuine hospitality, and were both competent and quick to help. Room was nice. One lightbulb was burned out and the toilet had a tiny leak. Otherwise, everything was in perfect shape.

For the most part all of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly with the exception of two people. The front dest person Jackie was rude and the housekeeping on Sunday and Monday was rude. But our overall stay was great.

The staff was friendly. 15 minutes after I checked-out I realized left my phone charger in the room and when I returned housekeeping had already turned charger to the front desk and attempted to contact me. Stayed Fri pm-Mon am & had a double bed room. A good size for two adults, a preschooler, & a toddler. Our pack-n-play for the toddler fit in easily with the furniture. It was very convenient to […] all of the places we needed to be. It's a great location if you had a loved one in a hospital--Baptist Health & AR Heart Hospital are within a few mi. The cons were that the pool was outdoors--a slight bummer. The noise factor from other guests. You could clearly hear normal conversation if someone was walking past the room. Glad we didn't stay during a game or convention! When I checked us in on Fri night, the clerk mentioned breakfast, but didn't specify that it had specific hours (6:30-9:30a). We arrived downstairs at 9:31 (literally), and it was already broken down. :( The final con was that we didn't have housekeeping come by on Sun. We left for church at 9:30, stopped back by briefly to pick up something around noon and housekeeping was down the hall, and returned for the night around 9pm to a trashy, unmade room & no clean towels. The night clerk did ask if we needed anything, but at that point, we were just exhausted from the day & needed to get our kids in bed. We were still happy with it overall, and we do plan to stay there again, should we need to! Read more

TV didn't work even after the storm passed and sky was clear. Housekeeper came very early and knocked forever if you forget to put the do not disturb sign up. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and nice elegant decor. Great breakfast & friendly staff. I would stay again. And I am the biggest germophob ever.

The hotel name, overall ratings and cost factored into the decision to stay at this hotel. The ratings did not meet expectations. The hotel was OK. The room was clean, despite the faint smell of urine coming from the bathroom. The location is off a major street and traffic is heavy and somewhat noisy at times. The breakfast was convenient.

It's a nice hotel but the front desk has been a problem the last 2 times we stayed there. This Time we wanted to order a movie from our room. Since it was paid thru Hotels.co we gave them an imprint of our credit card so they could charge incidentals..like movies on demand. The screen said to call the front desk..we did..they said "ok they'll put it […] through"..they didnt..we had to call three more times for us to be able to watch a service, which was the only reason for going to the Hotel ~instead of the always pleasant Hampton Inn,across the street. The stay was great. The A/C didn't blow as cold as it should have by day two. But other than that everything was nice & clean, the staff were nice & the rooms were comfy. I didn't have to travel far to see the sites, except for Little Rock AFB which I didn't mind.

On seeing our room we thought it was very clean and nice. When we got back from Dinner we had to get a room key for my father-in-law. The front desk person was in the guest computer room. We were trying to rent a movie and it said to call front desk..no answer. So we called back and put it on speakerphone.It must have rang for 10 min. There was a knock […] on the door..we thought it was hotel staff. It was my Father in law saying the phones must not be working because he's been trying to call the front desk and no answer. My husband said no they are just playing around and..he'd go downstairs. The front desk guy was in guest computer room again ( with his cordless phone by his side) My hiusband finally flagged him down. The staff member said.."oh, the phones must be down"....NEXT ISSUE: AT 4:30 AM husband and F-I-L had to go to airport. Right after he left you could hear 2 or 3 staff members in the LOBBY laughing and talking like it was a party. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor where we were and I could hear the NOISE FROM MY BED. At just before 5 AM I opened my door and said "PLEASE BE QUIET! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP! It was quiet after that...but itwas the last straw in ruining our stay in your nice hotel. We'll probable going back across the street to the Hampton..never had that problem in the 10 yrs we've been going there. Read more
