I love the location and the overall appearence of the hotel. We stayed in a pool villa and it was very nice overall. However, there were several details that made it less than ideal. One was the bed - too soft and lumpy. The other was the A/C noise and direct air flow on us. If the bed was new and more comfortable and the A/C was quite with indirect […] airflow, this would have improved the "hardware" experience significantly for us. Also, sometimes the food service was too slow. We come from a major city with super fast service so our expectations are high, but still, 30 -35 mintues to wait for our meals was too long. We stayed 4 nights in the Banyan Tree at the end of an extended visit to Thailand and we were not disappointed with the hotel or the standard of service-it was exactly as you would expect from the Banyan Tree group which is a top end hotel group. If I had a negative comment it would be that the rooms are a little tired.

The Banyan Tree Phuket has been around a while so it is showing it's age, but the Thai's do an excellent job at keeping the hotel spotless. We stayed in a deluxe two bedroom villa which had a private pool and spa and were very happy with the quality and size of the room. All five showers (1 by the pool and an indoor and out door one in each bathroom) […] had great pressure but there was very little pressure from the bath tap so it took a long time to fill. The airconditioning took a bit of getting used too, either too warm or too cool. The kitchen was useful as we were travelling with two children, but we mainly ate at the local restuarants on the beach. We used the buggy service instead of using the free bikes as our kids are not competant cyclists. The hotel is located in the Laguna area so you have access to the other hotels. We went to the Angsana and the Canal Village shopping precinct on the free shuttle bus. The shopping on the beach is good for cheap stuff but is about 25-30% more expensive than Patong Laguna Phuket is a upmarket resort, a visit to Patong or Phuket Town is necessary if you want cheap shopping and night life. Do not use the hotel transfer extra on Expedia, Powersnorkel were terrible. On our way there the driver didn't know the way to our hotel and on our return to the airport the driver was adequate. Not the usual friendly Thai way. Book your hotel transfer direct with the hotel. Overall a beautiful holiday in a perfect location. Read more

This was our third visit. And the hotel is exactly as it was on our first visit 13 years ago. Of course there are new, flashy hotels but the with the Banyan Tree you get quality and amazing service. The villas are decorated in traditional Thai decor and are very colourful. They are extremely private and you could sunbathe by your pool with 100% privacy. The hotel layout was good, room well maintained and staff provided a high level of warm service. Breakfast selection was satisfactory and food tasty especially the Thai food. Only problem was the immediate neighbouring village did not have much food variety for local food. The Thai food at the village was OK, nothing to shout about and expensive.

Great time. Breakfast good and rooms lovely. The hotel had a lovely feel and the addition of a baby elephant i saw every morning made it that much more special. Spa facilities amazing and the beach was stunning. All in all a great hotel in a beautiful setting - one to go back to for longer than 2 nights.

Folks, you can see the place for yourself on the web. Its beautiful, it aint cheap...but I have never felt so relaxed after such a short break! What was interesting was how proactive the hotel can be. There was a big Indian wedding taking place during the first 24 hours we were there; they were thoroughly obnoxious, having taken over the hotel's beachfront area and playing music so loudly that the bass thumping could be heard a quarter mile away in the hotel lobby. As we checked in, we thought there must have been a gym class going on near reception , not a party down at the beach! The staff were clearly miserable about the situation. But here's the thing - the hotel upgraded us to a massive villa on the other side of the property, and gave my wife and I a complimentary massage - we didnt ask for this, and we are certain that this was to make up for the disruption due to the wedding (which also included some of the onsite restaurants being unavailable). So it worked out great for us, and 24 hours later the wedding party were gone. (oh, and I dont use the word obnoxious lightly - there is NO reason to play music that loud when the lunch it was catering to was long over, nobody was dancing where the DJ was, most people had left the event - we went down to see for ourselves, it was so loud that their guests had mostly moved down the beach so they could hear each other talk!) 一直长草BANYAN TREE酒店，这次去普吉终于实现了梦想，赶上HOTELS九折活动一晚才1907元，酒店太贴心了，结婚5周年，在预定时希望能把床布置的漂亮一点，没想到酒店送了一瓶酒还有小礼物，酒店周边的环境很美，我预定的是豪华房，其实是酒店最低端的房型，170平，有户外按摩浴缸，超喜欢，酒店的洗漱的小包可以带走的，很喜欢。可惜只住了一晚，可惜没有升级，可惜周边吃饭太贵了，在LOTUS吃的那顿饭，4大人2小孩，4500多铢，龙虾比巴东贵了快2倍，Laguna地区的小费确实很高，不过还是很喜欢这里。

噂通りのすばらしいホテルでした。 現実を忘れさせてくれる雰囲気にしばらく時間を忘れてしまいました。 ホテルは確かに少し古い部分もありますが、それをカバーするだけのメンテンスがされています。 海は少し波があるので、思いっきり泳げるわけではないです。 なので泊まるならプールビラがいいと思います。 SPAも申し分ありません。３時間のロイヤルバンヤンを受けましたが、あっという間に終わっちゃいました。ただ、SPAはちょっと高いかも。。。 でも、また是非行きたいホテルです！

少々古くなっているのが気がかりですがそれ以外はgoodですね。ただ事前にホテルに車の迎えを依頼したんですが到着時未着。空港の掛りに聞くと確かに名前はあったのですが・・。仕方がないのでタクシーでホテルへ、まあ急ぐ旅ではなかったのでどうということはないのですが・・。往復の送迎代はホテルの好意でフリーにはなったのでいいのですが・・。素晴らしい休日を過ごせました。感謝！

夫と子供二人（5歳、2歳）の4人で5泊しました。　部屋も清潔ですし、広さもキングサイズベッドで4人で寝ることができました。ホテルの方が、2歳の子用にとベビーベッドを用意してくれていたのですが、十分大きく、上の子が寝たり、下の子が寝たりと十分利用することができました。 ちょうど夏休み時期だったので、子供連れが半分近かったでしょうか。海外のかたで子連れも非常に多かったです。慣れていると思われ、ホテルサービスの方々の子供への対応も非常によく、色々気遣って先回りして動いてくれることも多かったです。 食事はホテル内は押しなべて高く、朝食のビュッフェ以外はほぼ外で食べました。 近くにローカルシーフードレストランが二軒あり、うちロータスというところがコスト的にも雰囲気的にも味的にもよく、半分以上そこで […] 食べました。ホテル内は定期的に小象が庭に来て触ったりえさをあげたりもできますし、ラグーンエリア内はフリーでボートやシャトルバスが行ききしているのでその中で十分すぎるくらい楽しめました。 特にこのホテルのプールは、宿泊者以外は入れないようにしているうえ、多くの部屋がプールつきであまりホテルのプールを使わないのかいつもすいていて、流れるプールもあって子供が毎日プールに通って驚くほど数日で泳げるようになりました。 プールサイドでは、スタッフの方がタオルや、冷えたペットボトルの水とおしぼりを人数分持ってきてくれます。また、毎回ミントウォーターのスプレーも持ってきてくれて、体や髪にかけるととてもリフレッシュできます。 ひとつ難をいうと、部屋のライトが暗めというところでしょうか。 リラックスできて確かにいいのですが、子供は寝る前や、少し部屋で休んでいる時など持参した絵本を読んだりしたがるので、せめてひとつだけでも明るさを調節できる読書灯的なものがあるとうれしいです。 ライブラリーも充実していますし、日本の小説や絵本やプーケットの旅行雑誌もあるので、借りてプールサイドでのんびり読んだりすることもできます。 またぜひ行きたいと思います。 Read more

Очень хороший отель по качеству обслуживания и расположению. Очень вежливый персонал и красивая территория. Виллы с бассейном это идеальный вариант размещения. Территория очень большая, но при этом всюду ездят багги и кораблики для доставки уставших туристов. Большой выбор кафе и ресторанов. Отель оправдывает своё название полностью. Всем советую.

プールヴィラに泊まりました。 プライベートプールのある贅沢な感じや、開放感がとてもおすすめです。 そういうわけで、ここに泊まるならプールヴィラ以上の部屋をおススメします。 理由はプールヴィラ以上でない場合、バンヤンツリーの楽しさが減少する気がするから。 普通のヴィラに泊まるなら、同価格帯のJWマリオットの方がいい部屋だと思います。 何もしないダラダラ派におすすめのお籠りリゾートって感じですね。

ゆっくりしたかったのでパトンビーチ周辺ではなく静かなエリアのこのホテルにしました。 泊まった部屋は一番安い部屋で、ロビーの近くだったため車の出入りの音がけっこう響きました。（場所によってはすごく静かだと思いますが）夜中もパトンで飲んできた人達が深夜に戻ってきたのか声もよく聞こえてしまう部屋でした。 また朝５時前に隣の家族が大ケンカしていて目が覚めました。英語圏ではない国の人達で３０分ほどどなり声が続き寝れませんでした。 室内は雨季ということもあってか蚊が沢山いて刺されました。殺虫剤、蚊取りマットは ありますが外で過ごすことはありませんでした。掃除の時はドアを開けるためその都度蚊が入り込みます。 スパは個室でアウトサイドで行いましたが、この時にこの旅行で最大数の蚊に刺されました。（１０か所以 […] 上）蚊の多い時期なのに蚊の対策が甘すぎでした。妊娠中の妻が出来るメニューもあり、日本語メニューもありました。雰囲気がいいだけに残念でした。 部屋の清潔さは古いのかトイレや洗面所もあまり清潔感はなかったです。 外に浴槽らしきものがありますがはだしで踏み入れることはできないくらい汚かったです。隅にキノコが自生してました。ジャクジーも清潔感はなく利用していません。 シャワーの出は良いし暑いお湯も出ます。 ホテルスタッフの対応などは良かったです。バギーもすぐきてくれました。 周りに食事するところがなかったのでホテルで２度食事しましたが値段程の美味しさははなく、パトンエリアのホテルにしておけばよかったと思いました。 ほかの部屋タイプには泊まったことがないので比較できませんが、部屋の清潔感のなさなどでもう利用する気にはなれませんでした。 もし利用するなら、蚊の少ない時期をおすすめします。 Read more

pool villa大.服務好只友善,要求哥爾夫球車接送時,5分鐘內必到,唯一未能得到late check out是不太滿意的,而沒有工共交通工具,自駕是最方便的,附送的早餐一定要吃,目的是令你不希望吃午餐,而每天的節目一定要參加,大部分的節目是免費,同時有免費單車可租 (3小時)
