The hotel offers every comfort at this price you need for a one week trip to Rome. The room is very quiet, clean and spacious. From the the top-floor balcony there is an awesome view above the rooftops to the pinea trees at the horizon. The staff is very friendly and fluent in english too. Great hotel for the price! Service: Excellent service. Everyone there was really amazing and incredibly helpful, often offering additional information or helpful suggestions. They assisted with taxis, directions, transportation (tickets and stops). Very very helpful. Breakfast: I believe it was 6 euros for the European breakfast (a preset tray with […] 3 small pastries, coffee, and perhaps one other item) or 13 euros for the American buffet breakfast (bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereal, pastries, cheese). I am not sure it was worth 13 euros for me, but there are not many other options nearby since all are at least several blocks away. Room: Excellent room. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a closet, the bed was comfortable, the TV had a few English stations to get the news (not something in other places), and the curtains were blackout. We were right off the lobby and expected it to be loud but were pleasantly surprised to not hear anything during the night. The only negative was the shower - it was a little high to step up into and the glass only covered part of it, so water did sometimes spray out (common in Europe). Location: The bus is about 3-4 blocks away, slightly uphill, and there are several lines that take you directly to the Termini station (about 15 minutes without too much traffic). One of the best hotels that we stayed in on our trip. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms was amazing and the breakfast was great for a hotel as well. Staff friendly and helpful, would defi Italy stay again. Location is also pretty good, transport to all the sites is easy via public transport and taxi.

Arrived late in evening to find entrance is round the side of hotel due To refurbishment of main entrance. We Were given no warning of this. Took twenty minutes to check in. Bis auf kleine "Schönheitsfehler" können wir das Hotel für einen Stadttrip empfehlen. Das Hotel ist in einem schönen, ruhigen Stadtviertel gelegen, was günstige Cafe- Bars (externes Frühstück) und Restaurants bedeutet bei sehr guter Verbindung ins Zentrum: 3 Min. zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt ist die Metro Station S. Agnese/ Annibaliano, mit dem Express […] Bus Nr. 80 gelangt man auch direkt ins Zentrum ohne Umweg über Termini; weitere gute Buslinien sind über die Via Nomentana vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe. Die Hotelzimmer sind ansprechend gestaltet: angenehm geräumig, Klimaanlage indiv. regelbar/ auch ganz auszuschalten, 2 Flaschen Wasser/Tag umsonst sowie Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas weich, jedoch im Vergleich mit anderen südländischen Hotels noch durchaus akzeptabel. Nach außen hin ruhig, nach innen leider rel. hellhörig. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, jedoch mit lückenhaftem Touri-Wissen (z.T. keine Kenntnisse aktueller Veranstaltungen, falsche Preis-Info für Taxi zum Flughafen). Eigene Internetrecherche zur Absicherung ist hier hilfreich. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es wegen der vergleichbar hohen Preise nicht mitgebucht haben. Insgesamt hätte man für ein Hotel im Süden bei dem hohen Standard auch vier Sterne statt drei in der Landeskategorie vergeben können. Read more

Wir bekamen wie gewünscht ein Zi. für Raucher. Sehr großzügig mit Klimaanl., Fernseher, W-Lan, Wasserkocher, Safe und Minibar. Jeden Tag wurde die Minibar mit 2Flaschen Mineralwasser bestückt (kostenl.). Es wurde jeden Tag Miniport. an Tee, Milch, Zucker und Kaffee aufgefüllt (kostenl.). Unser Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen und es war himmlisch ruhig, […] das Hotel liegt aber sowieso in einer wenig befahrenen Straße, so daß es allg. sehr ruhig dort ist. Ganz oben auf der Dachterasse kann man abends noch wunderbar sitzen und auch etwas trinken oder essen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wir sind oft zu Fuß ins Zentrum gegangen ca. 10-15 Minuten Zwei Blocks weiter ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg liegt die erste Haltest. an der Via Nomentana Expressbus 60 in kurzer Zeit direkt in die Stadt, man kann aber auch andere Busse in der Nähe oder die Metro nehmen ( nicht weiter wie 3 Minuten Fußweg) Jede Menge Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants, die alle bis spät abends geöffnet haben machen einen Aufenthalt auch rund ums Hotel interessant. Ein kleiner Tip von mir: verzichten Sie auf die ganzen Empfehlungen im Netz von guten Restaurants-gehen Sie lieber in eine der vielen Pizzerias ohne Tische-dort bekommen Sie frisch zubereitete Pizza für 4 Euro, das gleiche gilt für Cafees. In den Restaurants werden Ihnen andere Preise als Tourist abgezogen und das Essen ist auch dementsprechend... Wir hatten für 7 Tage gebucht und würden gerne wieder kommen. Read more

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage, die Zimmer sind mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und gut gepflegt. Das Mineralwasser im Zimmerkühlschrank wird vom Hotel gestellt. Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten von der nächsten Metro, dafür aber in einer ruhigen Lage. Zu empfehlen für Gehfreudige (was in Rom generell wichtig ist). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotel liegt in ruhiger Wohngegend. Es wäre gut zu wissen (Vor der Anreise!), dass von Termini die Buslinie 84 bis in Hotelnähe fährt. Wir wussten es nicht und sind ziemlich weit von Metrostation Plaza Bologna bis zum Hotel gelaufen... Linie 84 ist auch perfekt, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen.
