Great location...but never book directly with the hotel, they always try to put you as far away from Old Town as possible. We will definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess and convenience of our suite, especially for the price. We had a suite that slept 6 with a king bed, Murphy type bed and a fold out couch. The couch was a bit uncomfortable but almost all of them are. The suite was very clean although not as updated as it could have been. There was also a kitchen with a […] table and with Publix right down the street, eating in the suite was convenient. I was worried when I read previous reviews about the amusement park that was next to the hotel but it proved to be no problem at all. Old Town itself was a delight to walk through with a great variety of shops, a little bit of everything. The staff at Celebration Suites couldn't have been more accommodating. The negatives are all the little "nickel and dime" charges for services you may not use as well as charging for a continental breakfast even though that charge was certainly minimal. However, I guess that is how they keep the price of the room so reasonable. We would definitely stay there again. The convenience to Disney parks was wonderful and the area had a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Read more

I was put in a handicapped accessible room which meant all the mirrors were wheelchair height and the shower was hand held. Uncomfortable to apply make up. Room was clean but very dated with chipped paint and old furnishings.

Soda machines not working, a hike to get a refund, loud parties, drinking in public, key cards not working - - but despite all that the rooms were a bit outdated but have everything you need. Right next to Old Town and free shuttle service to Disney.

At check in I was told my room wasn't ready, come back in 20-25 mins. I gave them a few extra minutes, when I came back, evidently they gave my room to someone else and I had to wait again. Off to a bad start. The lamp in the bedroom was broken, only way to turn it off and on was move the nightstand away from the wall and plug/unplug it. After a couple […] days of that I called to have it replaced. I had to call again the next day. The sliding glass doors are almost impossible for us to use. Paid for a week of internet, after paying I learn it's only good for one device. For the amount, it should be good for the room, not how many phones/computers you have. The stay was decent. The room was clean and the A/C worked great but the hotel could use some updated furniture, appliances, TVs. The lobby is beautiful but th pictures on the web does more justice than the actual room itsefl. The hotel is directly next to a small amusement park / pubs which can be annoying when trying to rest unless you are exhausted […] and can drift right off to sleep. The continental breakfast was not included in my stay but it really isn't worth the fee. You are only allowed 3 items from the selection and the fee includes little kids (5 & under). The parking pass is a good idea but there are visitors there who use the hotel as a primary residence so parking can become a little difficult to be directly by your room. The appliances are okay - refridgerator was old and a little rusty but it kept the items placed inside very cold. The sink was small and had a slow drain so if you do stay here and select the room with the kitchen - remember to bring a small drying stand to dry your dishes and there is no oven. The staff was nice but many spoke little English except for checking in and out. The location was very convenient surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores so if you needed to run out to pick up a forgotten item you didn't have to drive 20 miles to do so. Read more

My family and I were in a family suite for five days and it was great. When we first arrived, our room was not all that great and in a secluded area. I called the front desk and they were happy to change our location. We ended up in building M over by all the action. It was great!! We were within walking distance to old town and restaurants. Even though […] places in old town were open late, we never heard loud noises. It was very peaceful and everyone was so accommodating. The rooms were a bit outdated but I still had no complaints. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. For the price we paid, we have no complaints. Hotel is not far from the Disney parks at all. We chose to drive and not take the scheduled shuttles because it was more convenient for us. We will stay here again when we visit disney!!! Read more

The hotel was dated for a better choice of words. But the staff was very helpful. Its located in center of everything. We walked just about everywhere. Didnt like having to check in then wait in line for parking pass, only to be hard balled about tickets and time share tours.

Suite was clean, comforable and very roomy. The bedroom had a large vanity & sink, closet & balcony. Kitchen was very nice, but does not come with any supplies at all. It was a great setup because it slept 6 easily. The location was good next to "Old Town Kissimmee. You could walk to the carnival and shops. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and stores. However, the music was so loud it sounded like it was in our room and there were contant reving engines all night long. You had to rent any kitchen utensils […] and dishes. Unfortunately, this hotel fails when it comes to location, because it's located directly next to a VERY LOUD amusement park. Like to listen to classic rock until 12pm every night? Upon my arrival we got there early and tried to check in and the rooms where not ready which is understandable bc check in is at 4pm and it was 1:30 pm. I tried to see if they can give me a different room because i had 2 young kids that were tired. they told me there was nothing available.They told us to come back closer to 4pm. We came back at 3:45 […] pm and still the room was not ready they told me 20 minutes more. I came back at 4:15 pm and still the room was not ready. I then was aggravated and asked to speak to a manager because my 1 & 5 yr old were tired and it was enough. The manager which NEVER came out to talk to me switch my room that they had previously had none available. The few times I saw the manager she was on a cell phone at the front counter. You can't beat the location to the Disney Parks and Old Town.They have been updating this for years now, wish they would finish.No natter if you pay for an upgraded room they are still the same except for the flooring.You have a gold mine there and would prosper more if you could at least put flat screen T.V.'s and new furniture.

This isn't the Ritz by any means, but it was very nice. Had two tvs, a pull out bed, bed in the wall, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove. Separate bedroom we slept in while son slept on pull out bed. Maid service kept room clean. Love the in room safe. Pool was nice to relax in after spending time at SeaWorld and Disney. VERY close to Disney […] and Orlando. I'd say within 10 minutes drive. Close to Old Town, which is a great place to walk around and has lots of rides, and shops. Ate at Flipper's Pizza twice! I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. But the first night we got there, the hotel gave us a suite with 2 bedrooms instead of 2 rooms. And the suite was wet, looks okay though, but the key card never worked. Then I cancelled the other two nights.

I arrived and the room I booked weeks ago was NOT available. I booked a king suite but got two full beds, the refrigerator did not work, and the tv turned itself on and off all night while we were trying to sleep. Reserved first floor inside entry did not get either. Travel for 12 hours did not want to fight for it. The heated pool was too cold even when it was 80' outside the area was rough, my grandson and I witness a confrontation and fist fight in the street. Not the hotels fault but need to be careful at night. Probably would not stay there again.

It's not the first time I stay at this hotel. I think it's a great location and you have the advantage to be just a few steps away from Old town. This time the rate was a little high than in the past. I understand they are doing some renovations (not my room). I asked to be in the renovated area but looks like it was not available. I was expecting a […] room with 3 bed. But we got one with 2 bed and 1 sofa-bed. I asked for a change but they told me they were sold out for all the days of my stay (I checked online and that day they were sold out, but not for the rest of the days, they don't give the extra mile with that). Person in the desk are nice except one young woman that looks like she hate been working there. I saw the way she treat a family doing checking and I don't like it at all. Next days we needed to print some tickets (they only have a computer you have to pay for that). We put the money and it was not working, we asked that same woman about the problem and she just reply "Oh I don't know anything about that, I can't help" ehh ok could you at least please give us options or give our money back? No, nothing she don't care. Lucky for us the other woman in the desk offer us to print the tickets from their computer, that's the way to go. I'm really worried about that other person in the desk, that can hurt the business. I wonder how other persons will have a really bad experience because of her and is not returning. Read more

Despite all the space it was dirty. The pull out bed in the couch was gross and not covered. We had to find a sheet to cover it ourself. The fridge was horrible. Old and made a lot of noise. We couldn't even sleep cause it kept making random banging noises. The cleaning crew didn't clean often and when they did it was like my 6 yr old could have done […] better. This is an old hotel that has been repainted and had a few updates. The best thing about it is that it has a living room, full kitchen (less oven), and separate bedroom with two double beds. We have used it several times. The staff is friendly and work to fill your needs.
