A great newly renovated hotel near the beaches and pier 60 for those who want to go there. Parking is charged $10/day, no restaurant at the hotel but they have restaurant next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and you get a discount if mentioning that you stay next door. Also they have a sister hotel across the street with private beach access […] that you can use if mentioneing Coconut Cove. Supermarket and Subway around the corner, great if you want to make something in the fully equiped kitchen. Downsides where that there was no elevator, although it is just two stories high buildings. The cleaning was done well, although they came at all sorts of times to clean the place. One evening it was 6.20 pm when they came to clean... not good. Read more

Stayed here for 1 night during Spring Break 2012 with my wife and 2 kids. The place has been totally renovated and everything is new. Rooms were well setup.Great A/C. New flat screen tv's. New kitchens with stainless steel appliances. A bit pricey but that may have been due to 1 night during spring break week. This hotel worked well for us for a guy's weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The kitchens had a all the basics and then some. They did a really nice job with the renovation. We were able to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. There is a very small beach at the hotel's sister property, but the real beach is a slightly longer walk. […] If we all meet up at Clearwater Beach next year we will definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was beautiful. The lady at the front desk was rude. There was a bit of construction when we first got there, but it wasn't long. We vacationed with our 3 kids and stayed in a double queen suite. The facilities are stylish and you can tell they are new. The service was wonderful -- our hostess was professional and friendly, and even made a perfect recommendation for where to take the kids for dinner -- Jimmy's Fish Fry. We went on a Friday night and there was a live band playing […] great beach music (Eagles, Buffet, Clapton) and the food was great with a good kids' menu. I had read complaints about other hotels and the late-night noise from Shephard's. We were far enough away that we didn't hear any of that. Our bedroom's balcony faced the fantastic hotel pool and all we heard was the waterfall that feeds it. The pool is an oasis with a 7 1/2-ft deep end and the water was warm. Only thing missing was a hot tub. Coconut Cove is a sister hotel to the Quality Inn across the street, so we had access to its private beach which was quiet and relaxed. We also received a 10% discount to IHOP at Quality Inn, which was a nice savings. I understand we got it at a good rate because the hotel just opened in 2011 and is still building awareness. I would definitely stay here again, no hesitation, as long as the rates don't skyrocket. Read more

My husband and I just loved our stay at Coconut Cove Suites. The efficiency was large and very clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool, and the close proximity to everything we wanted to do in beautiful Clearwater Beach. Would definitely stay here again....

I read reviews all the time ...when it is time for me to book hotels....The hotel was great and very clean in some areas .....Everything was brand new....But the following mourning I discovered that both of our sheet on the queen beds had small stains ( And yes I did check the sheet, I guessed I did not not check them good enough) ...I was a little […] upset that I slept on the these sheets ...but overall the hotel was great.....They just need to stay on housekeeping a little more :) Read more

We loved our recent stay at Coconut Cove Suites!!! The room was spacious, immaculately clean and the staff was GREAT! We loved the heated pool, close walk to the beach and great Italian restaurant next door. We asked for a late check out at 3:00p.m. on our last day- no problem with NO extra charge! I really wanted to love this hotel but by the time we left the whole family agreed it was okay. Good location, updated room, beautiful pool area, they let us check in early which was great, but there were too many annoyances. Lack of storage area especially in kitchen area, had a bathroom leak from up above, didn't like the restaurant next door over […] looking pool area (odd), and the maid service was annoying. She was nice but I didn't like her peeking in through our window and coming into our room while we were trying to get ready. We did make a mistake and thought check out was at noon when it was 11 but that doesn't mean we need the maid standing at our door watching use take out our bags especially when the place was practically empty and there was another family checking out slower than us who told the maid they were was extremely rude and we travel a lot and never experienced something like that. We absolutley loved the newly remolded room at the Coconut Cove . We had a full kitchenette, front room and back bedroom with a door to keep out the noise of those in the front room watching TV. Excellent hotel...highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Beautiful location, beautiful rooms, (similar to a 1 bedroom condo), beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful bathroom/bedrooms...the sheets were super comfy and we loved the down blanket throw...Very nice location, next to mini golf and also had dinner/breakfast at […] the Italian restaurant next door (delicious food)...Highly recommend for families also (we had taken our 2 boys for the weekend for my husband's birthday, we live about an hour away, but grew up in Clearrwater)...nice accomodations :) and great staff! Wow - what a great place. They are remodeling there multiple buildings - and doing a super and professional job. Not only was it nice but it was really clean and comfortable. We had our own deck and a kitchen and located away from the main drag. Self parking is under the building and very easy to use - close to the room. This was a very clean newly renovated suites. We loved it! The staff were great.

Newly remodled so spotlessly clean. Still under construction so there are big dumpsters in the parking lot which my room looked over. So there really was no view and made the deck not very enjoyable. Mixed crowd of families, retired couples, and those into the bar scene. 20 minute walk to the main part of town. Staff was nice but clueless. Couldn't […] tell me about happy hours. There was no station guide for the tv and they couldn't even tell me what channel the guide was on for the tv. Channels change so slowly that it took an hour to find it (channel 99). When I asked 3 different times about a shuttle to the airport (Super Shuttle $24) they kept telling me about a car service ($55). They just lacked basic knowledge. But overall a nice hotel. The biggest drawback for me was the location but if you want quiet, this is your hotel. Private beach across the street. Beautiful swimming pool. Read more

My husband & I booked this night stay online not knowing for sure what we would get. As it turned out, our room was beautiful! Very clean & spacious! We would have spent more time there had we had the extra time. We will keep this in our files to visit again in the future. I hope they will continue to keep their suites clean & in good repair. This is an excellent hotel. Very new, clean and beautifully decorated. It's also very quiet. I would recommend it to couples and families. We would definitely go back .

Stort og flokk kjøkken men kun 4 av alt bestikk og servise, manglet vinåpner, ingen vinglass, ingen kjøkkenbord for familien på 5 å spise rundt. 10 dollar natta ekstra for parkering. Pluss for supert bassengområde. Kan trygt anbefales, men ikke ha store ambisjoner om kokkelering for familien.

Vi hadde ett kjempe opphold i en strøken suite. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste!
