the service and the attendants were excellent. They answered all of my questions, were interested in what are party was doing and going to do, The parking was very good in a crowded neighborhood, but we always had parking in our construction. We were at a wedding.

Hotel is ideally located 5 minutos from the San Francisco airport. It has all you need nearby and San Francisco is easily reachable by bart.

This hotel being close to SFO I'm sure is a plus for some, but during the day the planes take-off in the direction of the hotel. It was so loud sometimes it sounded like they were going to come through the walls. During the night they take-off and land over the bay, so noise wasnt to bad at night. It wasn't a big deal since we were gone during the day. […] The hotel wasnt close to restaurants, entailed a little bit of a drive. The mall with everything was down the road about 4-5 miles, not really walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean, nice beds. The bathroom on the other hand was a little gross. While taking a shower I noticed mold. Little patches on the white caulk in between the grantie walls, it was a little dis-heartening. Very good access to the freeway next to 101 and I-280 or I-380 (cant remember which one). The purpose of the trip was to do the Peir 39 tourist thing and go to the Zoo with 2 boys and my wife. It took about 12-15 min to get to both locations, depending on traffic. Parking at the hotel could of been an issue if it was busy. There are only maybe 15 parking spots, so if you came in late at night you had to double park behind another vehicle, then give your keys to the front desk. I didnt really like that idea. So I guess for the price we paid it was fairly good, but with a few issues. We most likely wont stay here when we come back to the San Francisco area. Read more

The airport shuttle was not frequent enough. In the morning time there were only one time shuttle to the airport each hour. Last time I stayed at Comfort Inn airport north, which is far from the airport than that of Comfort Inn airport west. The shuttle bus service was more frequent than this time.

There is a decent pizza/pasta place down the street. That's all there is food-wize. Good basic accommodations. Airport shuttle runs once per hour. Breakfast is good. A pretty good value.

Good value near the SFO airport. Immediate neighborhood is not charming, but there are decent shopping centers, restaurants and theaters within a mile and upscale shopping and food just a bit further away in Burlingame.

The Comfort Inn was perfect for us. We needed to be close to the airport for an early departure. Room was quite comfortable and clean. Staff was most accommodating. We would stay there again....and certainly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

We were treated well. The beds are lumpy and a bit soft for healthy sleeping, but we were moved to a better bed and supplied with boards under the mattresses. Porters and door men were gracious and helpful. The young hotel manager on duty during our stay was attentive and helpful.

Advertised as a suite but unlike any suite I have stayed in. The only thing they used to qualify this room as a suite it had a small couch and coffee table. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were like throw pillows. Will never stay there again or in any other so called "comfort suites".

It's right across the freeway from rental car return, terrific if you've got an early flight out but otherwise not much to recommend staying here. The neighborhood feels unsafe, the facility is minimally maintained, and the staff is surly. If it hadn't been for having a room two floors above street level, I might not have stayed. We've stayed at Comfort Inns before, but did not like the look of this one. It was rundown and in a noisy neighborhood. The room was small and outdated. We actually left and stayed in another hotel for the night, even though the room was pre-paid. It was somewhat close to SFO, but you could do better for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The rooms were great and the staff was courteous. The only problem I encountered was the parking. I realize this is most likely beyond your control. The only other negative aspect of our stay was that there were not enough bath towels in the room. We like this Comfort Inn. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is comfortable. Breakfast is 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. And at 8:40 AM there was no milk the Server brought out more milk right a way.
