The only issue we had during our entire stay was that, while my family and I were swimming peacefully and enjoying the hot-tub, several hotel guests came into the pool area and proceeded to scream and rough-house. This Courtyard was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I generally prefer to stay at Marroitts but sometimes it is just not possible based on the destination. The new Courtyards's just blow away the competion. This one was particularly nice.

We booked this room via Hotels.com, and glad we did. After reading some of the other reviews we chose this hotel. The area has some older hotels, that I am sure are nice, but this one for us was just perfect. It had it all. Conveniently located, close to shopping, and places we wanted to go (we had a concert event in Ridgefield Playhouse to attend), […] a number of resaurants nereby (pricey to cheap), and the hotel offered services from a place to eat, to a gym, to a pool. Bathrooms were clean and room amenities were perfect. Beds were comfortable and had enough pillows/linens for our needs. The price was a great deal for this level of service and availability. Wonderful hotel, the Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The +one of the best part was the Bistro, it was far better than the steak place across the parking lot. The food was wonderful and hot. Customer service was exactly what we were looking for.

In town for a funeral :-(. However - the room was clean & modern, the lobby was so warm (even with nearly 7 inches of snow just fallen - for this Southern -that was 6.5 too much). I felt that the hotel was overpriced. It was fine in terms of cleanliness and such, but for the money, I think there is better. Considering it was about $30 per night more than other hotels we were looking at, we picked this as we thought it would be a bit better. Just don't feel it was worth the extra money.

I consider myself a hotel snob and this was a very nice comfortable hotel for my family. We were visiting the area for a wedding and booked the breakfast package which was a great deal! We stayed with 2 small kids < 5 years. They loved the pool. Definitely recommend.

Staff needs review what service means. It could just be a smile or hello. The 2nd night we were locked out. So this made a trip down to service desk. Which could be a pro- blem for handicap person. When leaving called down for help we luggage no answer. Went down to ask for help. They send a woman with at which she left cart. So again NO SERVICE

The hotel was nice enough, and convenient, but we were disappointed with the hot tub. It was soooo hot we couldn't stay in more than a few minutes. My husband was really looking forward to working neck pain out with the jets, but couldn't stay in it long enough. Otherwise, the hotel was as we expected. Quite good for the price.

The hotel room was really nice, clean, well appointed. So is the lobby. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay again and recommend. The location is close to the highway and lots of shopping but not scenic. Room was completely quiet.

The room was clean but there were things that made it not 100% comfortable. In the morning I found that the coffee maker switch did not work so had to go to the lobby for coffee. I did not call the desk to report as I really had no time to waste but did leave a note in the room. The toilet seat was very loose...actually I tightened it myself as I was […] concerned that it might fall off. The pad and pen left by the phone had only one page left and that was the only one in the room...small detail but annoying when I was on a call and planned to use to write notes and had not enough paper. All the associuates that I cam in contact with were friendly and customer oriented but the room issues made it not a wow experiencee.
