I found the front desk to be less than helpful. The short breakfast hour was ridiculous, 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM and the idea that we had to use our room key to get in to it, plus we weren't allowed to leave with food for our roommates! The view was great, but I will never stay again.

The staff was very nice. The beds were so comfortable. I wasn't sure about the location when booking the room but once we got there and saw the outside and inside of the hotel we felt very safe. Would defiantly stay there again.

The hotel is pretty dated in most respects. There's a nice TV; but, it isn't setup properly and you get a small picture on a nice sized screen. If you don't have a car; this may not be the best location to be coming back after dark from the train.

Internet connection was not as convenient as wifi and we had connection problems throughout the week. My biggest complaint really didn't have to do with the hotel, but the restaurant Seven. The service was very substandard. The server was more interested in counting her tips than seeing to the needs of her customers. I finished my beer about 5 minutes […] into the meal and I didn't see my waitress for another 18 minutes. By the time she came back I was all, but finished with my meal and then I didn't see her for another 14 minutes. It was nice but the main problem with our stay was that breakfast was over by 8 am. When you are out until 1 in the morning at the casnio you want to sleep in. Overall though it was a nice room and I would go back but not expect to eat breakfast.

Right on the riverbank. My window overlooked downtown and the Gateway Arch. Free shuttle to the Blues game was convenient. Metrolink (train) station adjacent to the property was very handy. 3 food options in the casino. SPECTACULAR view from our room in fact I just looked out the window and ignored the tv. Hotel was fine but breakfast is kind of a joke. Towels were very rough but overall I would stay there again for the view.

I was amazed at the overall awesomeness of this place! I have always stayed at across the rive in St. Louis, but was very pleasantly surprised on how great the stay was at Casino Queen. You will be satisfied overall with the hotel. The hotel was nice. The room was clean and a good size overall. There is no WIFI in the rooms. The bed was comfortable . Its 5 mins outside the city by car. You can see the Arch outside the hotel.

The Casino Queen is located across the river from the Arch and downtown Saint Louis. And it is situated in Illinois, which means that the accompanying casino is entirely smoke-free.

The staff was very helpful in telling us about locations of where to visit. The hotel is close to the Metro-Link which was very convenient to use to get to the Arch, Forest Park, and other downtown locations. Our room had an amazing view of the arch and river.

We loved the view across the river with the arch and skyline. The hotel directional signs were great! It was cold and rainy and we wished there was a covered walkway from the hotel to the casino. other than that we were extremely pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very convenient to the bridge to take us over to Missouri. The room was comfortable except the comforter on one of the beds had a gigantic burn in it. The staff wasn't rude, but weren't exactly friendly either. I didn't like not having wi-fi access.
