This hotel was very clean, quiet, and the staff were really accommodating. It was reasonably priced and very comfortable. The breakfast was not gourmet, but was better than many self-serve buffets at hotels. The hotel faces onto the Transcanada highway, but our room was located near the rear and the highway was barely audible.

Decent enough place if your in and out for a flight. It's a hike from the airport and I arrived late (11:30) and it was a $23.00 cab ride. Make sure to confirm shuttle departure times as I was told 4:30 am would be first of the morning only to discover that doesn't apply on weekends. Ended up taking a cab back to the airport.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms close to any destination in the West Island. Microwave and fridge in the room. Big flat screen TV, free wireless internet. I would stay here again for sure.

Though an older hotel, it is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and created a nice experience during our family visit. If you're looking for affordable accommodations with Todd features (pool, modern workout equipment, etc), I recommend.

I was amazed with the cleanleness of this room. seriously not a shower hair speck of lint or fluff anywhere. staff were amazing and we brought 5 kids under 5. Parking was nice and empty even for a weekend and we just had to go in the door and up to our room couldnt ask for anything more. The breakfest looked good but we couldn't stay. The two people i dealt with at the desk were not supportive as i had a disibility as I had spine surgery and I was advised on the telephone that I could come after 12pm and the room would be available and when I got there they said it has to be after 3pm and I advised them what I was told and that I was very tired and they were unable to support me. […] When I came back after 3pm I advised the gent what transpired earlier, he just kind of ignored what I said and kept on saying yes, you are here now and here is you key instead of acknowledging what had happened. I stayed in lot of hotels, this hotel is below average and doesn't keep the standard to have the Hilton name there. The carpet in the hallways are so dirty and never been vacuumed. So is the mat to welcome in, not a good impression when you walk in to the hotel first time. The room had a bad smell. The pool was closed, estimate time to fix a week […] or longer, and my kids always use it when we stay in a hotel. I wonder how long it was out of service to begin with or it's always is out of service to save money. So they hotel is not 2.5 star anymore, should be 1.5 star. Worst I was scratching after sleeping in the bed, I wonder if they really launder the sheets after each customer like they claim. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Looks like the management is trying to save money on maintenance and supplies. Not worth for the price, could stay in a motel and get the same feeling for 1/3 the price. Read more

On the plus side: friendly service, good included breakfast, 3 pillows of different stiffness, comfortable beds, good size room, clean. On the minus side: a little run down, no wi-fi, walls a little transparent to sound, a little pricey for the quality level.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel lors de nos vacances familiales à Montréal. L'hôtel est situé dans un secteur commercial mais facile d'accès de l'autoroute 40. La chambre était confortable. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Le stationnement était aussi gratuit.
