Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it

Very good hotel for preflight stopover. Large, clean, very efficiently run hotel. Hotel shuttle fees to and from airport 4 pounds 50 each way, but they run very frequently. Check in/out was quick. Friendly, helpful staff.

I stayed at Premier Inn after spending 2 weeks in Uganda. It had everything that I could have hoped for and more for my one night stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a one day layover in London.

Hotel is nice, room is clean I was not provided with shampoo, dispenser was empty and room was cold, but after two hours it was heated up. I like unlimited internet for 3 pounds per day. hotel is close to the airport, so i spent just 10 minutes in the bus.

Had a great stay at the Premier Inn on Bath Road. We found out that transprortation to/from Heathrow is free if you walk a few hundred yards down the street and use the city bus system. there is a free travel zone in the area of Heathrow. Hotel is well situated close to the airport and has great transport services right outside. Only issue i had with the hotel was the quality of the food. We could not get a table in the restaurant as we were told we had to book ahead. The bar service was slow and it took some 30 minutes before we even got drinks. The food came out cold and the seasonal […] soup was made from a packet, cold and lacking flavour or seasoning. We asked for a baguette for my son and it was par baked and lacking any effort. Great if you need to stay near the airport. We flew in at 10pm and left at 6am. They have a 4 $ shuttle to go to the airport in the morning. Supoer clean rooms. Great little restaurant and bar downstairs. Wished we had booked Premier inn for the next week when returned to London. Def stay here!

Took over 15 minutes to get help from reception. If hotel wants to attract more American guests it needs to give Americans what they are used to, i.e. face cloths, bar soap, shampoo, etc. Lack of these makes hotel appear cheap. Stayed here on a business trip to London and needed to catch an early flight the next morning. The price was very inexpensive, especially for London and the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It's set up to be a self service hotel, but the staff were still readily available and very friendly and helpful. The only downside is it's not convenient […] to get into the city if you're staying for an extended stay - great for getting to the airport, but if you're on a budget, you can easily take a bus to the Underground and get anywhere you need to within London. "Great Location to Heathrow Terminal 3"
The Premier Inn was in a perfect location, I would stay there agin. The one disappointment was the resturant Thyme. Staff seemed to not have a clue what was going on, food was warm and many dirty tables left. The room was really hot, and the window could not be opened.
This is my 4th time staying here. I feel very comfortable.. staff are very courteous..rooms are very clean and overall it is very convenient for travellers both to/from airport as well as to central London.

Room and Hotel are extremely clean. The only bad part of the hotel was there was not enough check in or check out staff it took over 10 minutes for each just waiting in line. Their automated check in was broken when I arrived as well.

"LHR Premier Inn Continue to be Excellent"
(Bath Road) Amazingly well kept and clean considering the large and never ending volume of traffic. The high standards encountered on previous visits have been maintained. Good shuttle bus to the airport terminals at around four GB pounds each way. The restaurant is still very adequate. Staff continues to be very helpful.

Room was good size, close to airport. Beds on the hard side, pillows foam. Was fine for an overnight prior to going to the airport. Shuttle was not free, taxi for 3 of us cost the same as the shuttle and was much quicker. Staff were friendly, food reasonable. Basic but clean!

The UK's most popular no-frills concept hotel has a really great lounge, 24 hr cafe, and more, with easy in and out and "sufficient" rooms, but no wake-up service - or any desk service by phone, no power converters in rooms, and Internet extra fee set-up are the kind of by-design short-cuts that will limit my return.

Providing washcloths would be helpful. The very heavy blanket was too much. Even lowering the room temperature didn't help. The telephone alarm didn't go off. Room service should provide wake-up calls.

Had a 12 hour layover between flights at LHR. I choose this hotel because it was inexpensive, close to the airport and had shuttle service ($8-roundtrip). The room provided basic accomodations. The bathroom was small and showing signs of wear. The hotel lobby area was spacious and the bar served a much needed late night meal. WiFi is available at a […] cost of $5 for 60 minutes. We needed a reasonable hotel by London Heathrow to spend the night between flights. This hotel more then served its purpose. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a good restaurant on the premises and food was available 24 hours. The hotel does not have its own shuttle to the airport, but there is a "hotel hoppa" that […] services all the airport hotels on that road for a cost of 4 pounds. We only spent one night here but we felt very welcome. The pub stayed open fairly late which was great since we didn't arrive til after 10pm and we were starving! There seemed to be a miscommunication about our room since we got an extra bed plus a cot but only needed one or the other to accommodate my daughter. The hotel itself is fine--quiet, clean, a good hotel for early morning flights or overnight layovers. Staff are friendly, a Costa on-site. My only complaint is the crazy Hoppa bus service to and from Heathrow. The last bus is around 23.50 in the evening, which is difficult if one wants to have dinner in London, catch the Piccadilly Line out to Terminal […] 3/4/5, etc. It requires hours of pre-scheduling, and is limiting. Also the shuttle is a bit pricey given what I've dropped already for the room itself. It makes the hotel harder to get to, a bit more stressful for already hectic travel. Read more

Very nice, cozy place, had restaurant/coffee place/bar all open late, etc + good price!
We left a specific request for a wake up call. The attendant simply forgot, and we missed our flight, causing tremendous difficulties and expense. The hotel management were polite and sympathetic. they were "to investigate and get back to us. We are waiting, but not holding our breath.

Overall, a decent option if traveling from Heathrow. My main complaint was noise from above - I could hear every step. Also, I felt the shuttle service was a bit pricey at £4.50 each way.
