This is our second visit to this Premier Inn. We use it for a final staging point the night before our flights back home to N. America. It is excellent for that purpose. We had a car this time and drove about 2o minuted to Windsor. Great for last minute sighseeing and restaurants. The hostess who checked us in even volunteered and provided a printout for road directions to Windsor. While not a destination in itself, I would highly recommend this hotel for a restful, economical, very comfortable night before or immediately after your flights. This was my first booking through Hotels.com and it did not work smoothly. The reservation was for one room for 4 adults. When we got to the hotel we were informed that the hotel policy did not allow four adults in a room and we had to pay for another room and that there was a warning bleeping in the computer system indicating we needed to get a second […] room. ( We booked the room because we had a 10 hours layover before bording our next flight). The hotel management indicated that Hotels.com new the policy. We should be refunded the cost of the second room. When the hotel was booked I spent good 30 to 45 minutes with your representative discussing the accomodations and it was very clear that there were four adults. The Premier Inn was perfectly designed for an inexpensive overnight stay for the business traveler with an early morning flight at Heathrow. We always stay here. The internet price was much better than a year ago when we stayed here. The lower public area is very nice and lots of places to hang out and visit with people. the staff was even friendlier when I was here before and we liked it then. The food and drink is a bit pricey but not bad for an airport hotel. the rooms are very nice. […] beds are comfortable and we are fussy. the parking was reasonable for the airport and london. location is great! Allowed us to easily get to heathrow for early morning flight ... Shuttle picks up right out back of hotel. Easy access to bus and tube station for london. Very nice basic hotel room. Excellent bed and the rooms are in great shape. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel has good facilities with restaurant, bar, and a coffee area. It also can be reached by a shuttle from the airport that is reasonably good although a little expensive. My only negative was that there were children running and screaming […] throughout the hotel. I complained and they gave me a new room. However, in the new location there was a similar problem. Apparently they would not talk with unruly guests so it was a little difficult to enjoy the hotel. This hotel was fairly close to Heathrow, and within the distance that Enterprise picked us up. The rooms are clean but no frills, and a clock with an alarm would be nice since my US phone didn't work properly. Bar and restaurant on main floor were accommodating and friendly. And what's the deal about no washcloths??

I was impressed with how nice and comfortable this hotel was. It was clean, nice lobby, helpful personal. The heater in the room was noisy, yet they usuallly are where ever you go. The bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick overnight on my way to the US from Italy. I recommend this to others that need a short stay. It's not super convenient […] to downtown London. You have to take a bus and the tube to get downtown. Not hard, yet time-consuming with switching. Next time, I'd stay downtown and take the Heathrow Express to the airport to get the most of London. Once we found the hotel, everything was ok. The reservation site didn't give good enough driving instructions, so we were lost a bit. Lovely couple on the streets instructed us where to go and which Premier hotel to watch out for. The Premier Inn at Heathrow was a very pleasant surprise and a place where I would stay again when needing to catch an early morning flight. The room was more than adequate and being on the "inside" meant there was no noise at all. The beds are good, there are choices of pillows already in the room, and there are a lot of very large towels of good quality. […] 30 minutes of free wifi in the room is also nice. The soap dispenser was broken for the sink, but the shower was excellent with a working dispenser and great shower head. The room and bathroom were spotless. The one problem was that they only have duvets so if the room is the right temperature and one still gets warm during the night there is no top sheet. When I asked in the morning they said they could have brought me one, but how was I to know ahead of time??? Suggest one looks around and anticipates needs before going to sleep so you are all set. I brought my own dinner so I did not try the restaurant, but was told by a frequent guest that it is good. With a 5:00am departure there was coffee available both in the room and a machine.
