Comfort Inn West Sunset Boulevard

Our hotel room itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and certainly spacious enough. The breakfast was lovely with bacon, eggs and belgian waffles in addition to the regular cereals, fruit, toast, and yogurt. We had a problem with the service however. We ordered a rollaway bed which did not arrive for 2 and a half hours (after midnight), and then broke […] when when my 120 pound daughter sat on it. So she slept on the mattress on the floor - no refund. Also, there was a pimp and his "ladies" in the parking lot. My daughter even spotted two sets of them, and the food at the vegan restaurant next door was inedible. Our room was very clean and located close to Dodger Stadium. We chose this hotel because of the location. The area was very quiet and the staff was very polite. It had underground parking and was free. I would definitely stay there again which I probably will as this will be an annual or semi-annual trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful with directions and forgotten essentials. The breakfast is totally complete with scrambled eggs, waffles to bake, fruit, juice, bagels, etc. The room was large with a mini fridge and microwave. We needed a place fairly close to the Kaiser Sunset location because of scheduled medical appointments and chose this Comfort Inn despite negative comments about neighborhood in some reviews. This hotel is not only very affordable for the location (close to hwy) but the condition, service & amenities were also pleasing. The staff was efficient & friendly, my room was updated & clean. The office staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast was very good. The rest of the experience was disappointing.
