Only down side of the hotel is breakfast was not included, also there was no extra sheets and blankets in the suit which that suit was rented for 6 people and we definitely needed to use the sofa bed. (we didn't ask either from the front desk because it was late when we realized, maybe if we ask they would provide)

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The room was NOT at all as pictured! It was an efficiency suite - the stove had 2 burners that didn't work; the refrigerator was so rusty I didn't want to put food in it, lights were burned out in the bathroom, and the sink broke while we were there and flooded the bathroom - it couldn't be fixed until the next […] day because maintenance had gone home for the day. the chairs were falling apart - my husband had to get his tool kit and fix them. These were the only seating in the room - no comfy chairs at all! The employees were very pleasant, but that didn't make up for the room! For the most part room was good. It did need some TLC but nothing that kept us from enjoying ourselves. Oceanfront room was perfect location for the most beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The pool was very nice, the outside tiki bar was great. The breakfast was a greasy spoon type dinner, which I was okay with. I didn't do the Luau thing, but that is okay. I had a suite, it was nice and clean with a nice view of the pool and beach.

We stayed here a while back during the outside remodeling, while the hotel looks nice overall, they put us in a room clear at the far end with no heat and turbines right outside our window with a 5 yr old and I am a light sleeper, I said something about it to them and was not even acknowledged. I felt the bathroom was not well cleaned ( tp holder had […] black dust on it). There were no dish towels or soap in the kitchen and only 2 of 4 burners on the stove worked. The house keeping staff was atroshish. We had to bring the garbage to the door to and after the front desk told them we needed blankets and pillows they asked "WHY". REALLY?! I was also asked to sign a form that we didnt request service so she wouldnt get fired. Only one gentleman at the front desk was nice. The view from our 3rd floor ocean-side room was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful - including everyone we talked to at the front desk and the cleaning staff. The room was basically clean but some areas need attention. The room smelled musty - which I expected after reading reviews of several hotels on the coast. The carpet is old, worn, […] and needs a good shampoo (or should be replaced.) The thermostat switch marked "heat" didn't work - the vent just blew cool air. Thankfully we were only looking for heat one evening while there. There was a large patch of peeling plaster near the heat vent and there were several large chipped areas on the bathroom walls. The bed was typical of most hotels - overly firm for my taste but that's what I expected. The pillows were extremely flat - no fluff left in them. I requested an extra pillow and that was not any better. The kitchenette was nicely outfitted with basic supplies - but with no dish towel or dish soap so we could wash the dishes we used. Those had to be requested from the front desk. The bath towels were very thin and should be replaced. The pool area and the front desk area were very nice - you can tell money was spent updating those public areas instead of the rooms and supplies. All that said, we had a great time, enjoyed the view from the room and time spent on the beach. The location was ideal for our stay and the free parking was a plus. Read more

The front desk was awesome! Very helpful and nice. The room was excellent and clean. I loved the view and the comfort. I did forget to tell them that the shower made a horrible noise when turned on and the faucet still ran while the shower was going, but other than that I will request that room again if we return to Daytona Beach.
