Was kept up all night by a faulty AC unit to which I did not even receive an apology from customer service the following morning when I expressed my lack of sleep and concern. I demand that I be reimbursed reward mileage to my account for paying for total inconvenience.

I stayed in this hotel one night while in Tampa for business. Although they mistakenly assigned me to the wrong room and I had to change rooms a couple of hours later, I still give this hotel and staff the highest of marks. The staff was very friendly and helpful and extremely apologetic for the mix-up. When you check in, they offer you the choice of […] a free water or beer to take with you to the room. I chose the Yeungling and it was excellent! I thought that was a great personal touch. Additionally, they have free ice cream in the lobby every night from 8-10 pm. The room was very spacious and clean. The free Wi-Fi was very easy to set up. I was very pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tampa area. Read more

When we entered the room we noticed a constant humming noise. The management acknowledged it and guessed the sound must come from the big ventilators on the roof. The vibration would be transmitted through the whole hotel because it is entirely build of concrete. This hotel was super nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean and it was quiet throughout even with a bus load of teens staying at the hotel. Lastly the complimentary breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a new hotel in a nice area east of Busch Gardens and MOSI. It took us only 15 minutes to get to both attractions on Bruce Downs Rd. The breakfast was perfect, the lobby and lounge area were very comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and a movie theater across the road. The hotel is off of the main […] road, set back on a side road, so it is very quiet - a good night's sleep. There is only a SMALL sign on the main road for the hotel, and you can't see the hotel until you are there - we were happy to have our GPS, but the hotel does provide good directions. From the front desk to the room and then breakfast, this was a lovely hotel. We found it easy to get to and convenient to so much. Other than the construction, it was a fantastic place to stay. They offered us a cold drink when we arrived, ice cream mid afternoon, and breakfast in the morning.

Very nice Hotel best Holiday Inn Express Ihave stayed in. Nice clean rooms. The Staff is just awesome from the General Manager George Who actually was on the premises talking to the guests at breakfast during our stay. Great Hotel off the main drag of Busy Bruce B. Downs with easy access back to interstate 75/275.Just minutes from Busch Gardens and […] USF. Along with breakfast the ice cream at nice was a nice touch. The only complaint I have is be sure to call the hotel for directions or plug it into your GPS as the hotel is not visible from the main strip and there is on a very small sign you can see only headed south due to construction on Bruce B. Downs. Well worth the effort though. Overal all you can spend much more to stay at those fancy Hotels but why when you can save your Money for the real reason you come to Florida to HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!! My wife and I are locals who needed a place to stay while our A/C was being fixed. This hotel exceeded our expectations - it was quiet, clean and comfortable - all at a reasonable price. Good food variety and quality at breakfast buffet. This hotel is probably as good as it gets for a 3 star hotel located in a convenient area.

This New Tampa hotel was really very nice. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was actually very good. First time ever hotel buffet eggs were this yummy! Safe area with lots of shopping and every chain restaurant you can think of to eat in.

Had not stayed at a Holiday Inn before so was uncertain of what to expect. Had a two week stay and can honestly say I could not fault the hotel in any way. The staff were exceptional in every way and genuinely friendly the whole time. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily.we had clean towels daily and the maid service was friendly and reliable. […] The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety of different food. Nicole the breakfast waitress was lovely and went out of her way to provide what we wanted. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone coming to Tampa. We stayed at the holiday Inn for 5 nights after driving up from miami, on arrival we were greeted by the manager and receptionist who we very friendly and welcoming, and we were offered a complimentary bottle of beer or water. Our room was very clean and comfortable their were coffee and tea making facilities and clean towels were replaced daily if […] reguested.The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, that catered for all tastes and preverences. Each evening a freezer was located in the reception area with ice creams for guest, which we thought this was a nice gesture. All staff were friendly throughout our visit and they were more than happy to accomadate our every need. There were restaurants and a cinema in walking distance although you did have to cross a busy road to get to them. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and we would recommend it for families, couples and groups. Read more

After a hard day at Busch and being washed out, we headed to the hotel. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. All of us chose to have some water to drink, which was a nice bonus. Our two rooms for two families were near reception on ground floor 114 and 116. I was a little worried about noise later on, but was unfounded as neither […] family heard anything throughout the night. Dinner on both night was at TGI's nearby (discount provided). This was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was very good with good choice. Nice, clean, extremely friendly staff, got beverages for free when we arrived. Nice area with a very nice outdoor mall nearby, everything is very clean and new. Very pricy. If you have a car, nice place to stay in a nice area and to go to Buch Gardens or sightseeing spots, it is all fairly close by car. Would really recommend this place
