We have stayed in this Hotel several times while traveling to take a family member back/forth to College. The staff is helpful for the most part, though that has been spotty - one time outstanding service, the next distracted service. The rooms are very large for a hotel, the amenities, while not fancy, are more than sufficient. Our only complaint is that we have been unable to book this hotel our last two attempts even though we were traveling through during the work week - we are not sure why. Computer system was down when we arrived. Given king room when request was for two queen bed room. Pool was under construction. Room had window looking out to pool area boarded up. Pillows were like rocks. Over all really dissatisfied with stay.

My wife and I were in Greensburg for the night for an appointment the next day coming early just because of the time change, and a little away time at once. I passed the hotel because the sign was not very visible that evening. The Baymont sign was draped over an old Fairfield sign. A lovely hotel experience! Started out with plenty of parking, an excellent and easily-accessible location close to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. The lobby was lovely, well-lit and clean; the clerk was helpful, friendly, and fast. We were in our room within moments, and were so pleased with it. The beds were VERY comfortable, with plenty of pillows; […] there was a small closet which contained an iron (with a very-convenient extra-long cord), ironing board, and plenty of hangers; and the bathroom was large, well-lit and well-appointed, complete with a personal coffeemaker. There was a microwave and a large in-room refrigerator, as well as a very nice desk with a comfortable chair. The only possible critiques - and they're negligible - were that the lighting in the room, while soothing, wasn't quite as bright as I would have liked; and the light-blocking shades left just a sliver of open space. For the price, this is a clean hotel near the freeway. There are 2 floors, if you get a ground floor room, I find it noisy. If you get a 2nd floor room, you have to carry your bag up the stairs as there are no elevators. They do offer a free continental breakfast in the morning. It was a great place to stay, the only thing i would have to be mad about was that when they cleaned the room there was trash still left by the garbage bins. We had some pizza boxes that obviously couldnt fit in the trash bin so we put them by the trash bin and when we got back the boxes were still there, the garbage was changed but the boxes were not […] cleaned up. And the towels were just sitting on the counter not hanging up like they were suppose to. Other than that it was a great place quiet and nice room. Don't hesitate for a second to stay at this hotel- it offers everything that others do that charge twice as much. The fitness room was well-equipped, but the pool is currently under renovation. Easy -on and easy-off the interstate. I will be back!

We stayed a weekend. The pool and hot tub were under construction, so didn't have that luxury...but were never bothered by noise. Room was much larger than expected and very clean and comfortable. Room & hotel overall are fairly run down. Basically clean, but very old-appearing. Hotel right up against another hotel - suspect it used to be one hotel under a higher quality brand name. OK for spartan accommodations, but a bit pricey for the quality it currently is.

This Baymont had recently been a Fairfield Inn - the sign out front was temporary & our GPS system had it located differently, though still the same exit. It was easy to see right off the Interstate & had a good on/off location. The service at check in was a bit 'indifferent' - we had to wait for the evening check-in desk manager to finish a phone call, […] which was fine, but to not be acknowledged at all while we waited was not. This happened twice as we discovered there was not enough towels & had to request more. Again we waited for some time without any level of acknowledgement from the evening desk person. Our morning front desk service was MUCH better. Rooms were decent, room was clean though not 'sparkling', amenities typical. A full-service chain restaurant was steps from the hotel - very convenient - and other services nearby. In today's market, average bang for the buck & would stay there again when passing through. We use this hotel as a half-way point to visit family in Tennessee. It is very convenient from the highway, but there's not much to do in the area itself. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast is nice to have before leaving in the morning.
