The service in this hotel is second to none. From the minute you walk in the front door to the moment you leave the staff are always there to help. The room was beautiful with plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you would ever need. The amenities were also top notch, the pool area is fantastic with more great service, I was also able to book a treatment at the onsite Day Spa which is by far one of the best spas I have ever been too and so reasonably priced. The air conditioning in the room and in the facilities were fantastic which is definitely required. The concierge was able to organise you a taxi to anywhere (I would suggest Dubai Mall!) and we also organised hotel transfers as our flights in and out were both very late at night. The free WiFi service is great, you can even use it around the hotel and the connection was excellent. We requested a ground floor room as it has direct access to the gardens and beach and the room was incredibly quiet, we didn't hear anyone walking around on top of us. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, we would stay here again in a heart beat!

You can't go wrong choosing this Hotel five star perfection in every way. staff, food rooms gardens all top quality this is on par with the Emirates palace in Abu Dhabi, the only thing they could do is drop the price of the wine.
"An amazing hotel"
Great hotel, nice staff lovely and clean. If you stay half board you are a bit restricted to timings. We were in the. Gold lounge and the service was great. Beach was like a bath. Loved this hotel. Great location for shopping, nightlife or just to relax. Food was so nice and fresh.

Dear Manager, This is the best hotel in the UAE and by far the best hotel i have ever visited, from design to atmosphere to service to food. All summarized into perfection. Most of all i was with a group of friends, we came at the opening of the outlet 2 Saturdays ago, we where 5 women and myself and we sat in the middle. I must say you have an amazing manager called Blaise! service is excellent and supberb. This is by far the most professional and friendliest manager in which i congratulate him. Your hotel is lucky to have a great team such as the team that works in Celebrities. Mr. General Manager, well done on this great experience and wonderful hotel. Blaise and the service team, keep up the great work! excellent... excellent... excellent...
"Not as we remembered it sadly !"
We have just returned from a stay at this hotel in Dubai. We have stayed many times before, but quite a while ago! The service was always very good but we stopped staying when they started building the Palm, due to the constant noise of construction. We were surprised to find on arriving that there is still ongoing construction on the Palm, so from the beach the view is not as good as it used to be, plus there is a constant hum of traffic noise now, which is a shame. For most parts, the hotel is still a lovely hotel, but some parts are very dated, especially the restaurants. They had no atmosphere and the service wasnt great in some of them (olives & Rotisserie, Beach Bar & Grill) Ninas was lovely, & Eau Zone. They need a facelift to bring them up to scratch with the rest of dubai!! Being the summer, (low season) we weren't sure if this was the regular staff or temporary staff as service was inconsistent. Beach staff did what they had to do, but didnt do anything more. We were one of 2 or 3 people on the beach and every day asked for an ice bucket, so you would have thought that after asking for it for a few days on the trot, they would have just brought one every day there on & replenish it with ice without having to asked!! !!. We also mentioned it was our anniversary whilst there, but the receptionist didnt acknowledge this at Check in at all. When we stayed at Easter at Le Royal Meridien,& it was my husbands 50th, they sent a Birthday cake, a vase of flowers & a bottle of champagne to the room, & this was the first time we had stayed there.!! considering we were returning guests, this was disappointing! Some of the rooms have been refurbished which are lovely, but the others (in Arabian Court) were being done whilst we were there. We were not told about this when booking, so weren't too happy with banging & drilling.It wasnt all day , but it was going on. The hotel had the nerve to say they were just doing "yearly maintenance", "painting only," but clearly there was drilling from re-tiling bathrooms or similar as our video showed smoke appearing from rooms !!!. Please dont insult our intelligence with such a lie !! We totally understand they need to do refurbishment in low season, but be honest & advise your guests!! We have stayed in many top hotels in Dubai, & I think this hotel needs to try harder, considering its close location to the Palm, which isnt the preetiest of views on beach, they need to make it better to entice people back.With hotels like the Madinat & Le Royal Meridien, Westin, there is too much choice to settle for less.!!!!

This was our second stay with One & Only, last year we stayed at The Palace and this year the Residence & Spa. Our stay exceeded our expectations and our holiday was perfect on every level. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially for those that want a comfortable, quiet and relaxing holiday with OUTSTANDING levels of service and food. Definitely a cut above all others! Keep up the amazing good work and we hope to see you again before too long!

I hope by writing this review things will change though I doubt it will be the case. In fact I made a booking to 101 for dinner (Sunday 1st September at 7.30 pm) and my partner and I were supposed to take the boat from the JET platform to go. It was a special occasion for both of us and we thought 101 would be the ideal place. I made the booking via the restaurant reservation of OOTP and all was taken care of. When the day arrived to go there, we asked for a buggy car with the security. Eventually he did his best for us to get the bus shuttle. When we arrived at the JET platform, the boat was still here and I requested them to hold on for 1 minute as my partner was wearing high heels and she cannot run. I was waiting for her when the 2 guys just pulled the boat and left me. I was surprised because that's the first time I experienced something like this in a "5 star resort". I was telling them I'm here and you just leave me like this. Their reply was I DONT KNOW. If this is hospitality and if this is how you treat guest, then for sure I won't even think of this hotel in the future. You turned my special occasion in an awful one and it's frustrating!! There is no empathy at all. The Philippino guy driving the buggy car was nice though and excused himself for that situation but that was not his fault. We later went to Grosvenor House, a 5 star hotel just next to your hotel and I must say that the level of service was excellent. We called them for a booking just after the incident and they took all our requests into consideration and they gave us a really warm welcome. Throughout the night, they really took care of us. Thank you in a way for making us discovering this new hotel. If you continue in this level of service. I'm sure you will lose all your guests. On my side I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and my parents had plan to book for their stay during their winter holidays to OORM, but for sure I will ask them to change their mind.

I use to come to One&Only Royal Mirage some years ago, and even if buildings have pop out of the ground since, it still gives a taste of haven. Tagin restaurant is the best I have taste so far : great team, joyfull ambiance and most important, the food is a delight. My recommandation : Tagine D'Jaj Kammama (chicken tagine with abricots)

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 day stay at the One & Only Royal Mirage and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. This is the second time I have stayed there and the staff, service and amenities are second to none. The pool area is excellent both for couples and families alike (they have an adult only pool for those looking for a quiet time by the pool) and the private beach is a nice option to have as well. The fitness centre and spa is absolutely spot on and likewise the wide choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner is great. Staff attention to detail cannot be faulted and they ensure that wherever you are in the hotel complex you are well and truly looked after to the very highest of standards. It's obvious why the Royal Mirage is a favorite of famous celebrities and sports stars. This was our fourth time in Dubai and the One & Only Royal Mirage is definitely the best of the very best. We will definitely be returning!
"Amazing experience at The Residence"

We stayed at the Residence last week to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff did such a fantastic job in making it a very special night. The service was very personal and we recived cakes and birthday surprises throughout the day. All the staff seemed to know it was my birthday and I was greeted everywhere. I really couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are beautiful, the food was fantastic and the pool was lovely and quiet. The manager introduced himself to us on several occasions and was very visible. This really is luxury and worth every penny!
