Room was cold at night - particularly noticeable for those just arrived from US. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. It was also very kind of staff to let us check in early, as we had arrived at airport very early in morning.

The room is definitely one of the smaller rooms I stayed in on my trip to Ireland. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this room and it is on the main street. There was some construction going on during the day and it was warm so we had our window open so it was pretty loud but they did stop around 6 pm. I had no complaints about the staff. It was very conveniently located. There was a pub right next door and the bartender was one of the most friendly people that we encountered on our trip. We were only there for 1 night so the size of the room and lack of amenities didn't bother me. You can't beat the price of the Queens. That is what sold me on this hotel. For the price I paid, I would stay here again.

this hotel is the basic room for travels, pricing was excellent and the hotel is conviently located to the university of limerick and the new freeway road nearby. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. This is the place to stay if your are traveling and sight seeingand not hanging around the hotel all day long.

Chose this hotel because of it's location to Thomand Park for a rugby match & it was perfect for that! Very friendly helpful staff at Reception & in the bar area. Quite a long way out of town though so not such a good location for tourists without a car but bus service ok.

The outside of the hotel isn't much to look at but it's a lovely hotel, good food and lovely leisure centre. You would need a car to stay here however as it is 4 km outside Limerick city

I found the Hotel very nice. The waiting staff in the bar/restaurant were very witty and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable but was not sound proof. I could hear people overhead using the bath room.It was good value for money. The food was really nice.There was good choice for dinner. Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of limerick city but yet central enough to avail of all that limerick has to offer. the staff were friendly and very helpful and made one feel very welcome. the pool and gym facilitites were excellent and of a high standard. i would happily recommend the greenhills hotel to everyone.

Great pool & fitness facilities with heating flooring in the changing areas - great idea. Comfortable rooms, catering to all needs. Great week-end had by the family.

1st time staying in Greenhills. Food excellent but expensive. Staff-all staff-were top class. One complaint, we requested times for bus to city centre we were given the correct times but we were not informed (and we didn't know) that bus to City Centre did not stop at bus stop near Hotel. my room was double booked so that I was only about fifteen minutes in the room when two people entered the room thinking that it was there. Luckily, these people were understanding but it coulf have been otherwise. Room alocated to me had no heating electric kettle did not work shower not working properly room too far away from reception

Hotel was fine. We were in Limerick to see a rugby match so paid over the odds as the city was booked up with rugby fans. Hotel was close to the grounds and served it's purpose. No complaints.

Very close to shannon airport effortless check in. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast bit expensive but does set you up fpr the day. Nice pool and spa. Def recommend a stay here

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel, including the pool area. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only reason this hotel has not been given excellent score overall is the shower in the room was faulty. Other than that excellent.
