Great small hotel, well...let me take that back: the room is actually a small one room apartment, so is quite big, compared to a regular hotel room. The area is perfect with great restaurants and places to go at a walking distance, very safe too. I wanted a happening place with city noise, it was perfect for me, but if you need a silent place that does not wake the kids up at night don’t go there (I mean the neighborhood or Mexico city for that matters, not the hotel)

This century-plus aged hotel is stunningly beautiful inside. Look in even if you don't stay here. My suite was large and well appointed, but the AC didn't really cool the room and the bed was very squeaky. In short, it looked great but functioned a little less well. That said, I will stay here again on my next trip.
Location.
Situated in the heart of Mexico City, Fiesta Inn Centro Historico is close to Alameda Central, Torre Latino, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. Also nearby are Museo Nacional de la Revolucion and Zocalo.
Hotel Features.
This Mexico City hotel offers a restaurant, a coffee shop/café, and a bar/lounge. Business amenities include a business center, small meeting rooms, and a meeting/conference room. "Great location; friendly staff; good value"
We stayed in 5 different hotels throughout our vacation in Mexico City. This was definitely the best location and staff friendliness by far!! Close to Bellas Artes, park and night life, bars, restaurants, etc. Safe parking lot. Hotel access through a small shopping mall level. Coffee, stores and food options steps away from the elevator. For the value […] found here, we did not care much for the only not so good thing: old-stained carpet in the room floor. Spotless bathroom, ice machine in floor and nice lobby. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, sewing kit and other things. Good service, free wi-fi, decent tv channels. This is a great place if you are looking to rest since the ambience was very quiet and peaceful day and night. It really feels like a corporate stay hotel. Compared to all other same-price places we stayed at, this one was the best value.!!! Read more

muy contentos!!!! la unica mosca en la sopa fue que el ultimo dia la senorita de la limpieza no nos dejo toallas ni jabones, fuera de eso todo muy bien, especialmente el checkout xpress!!!!

"bom custo-beneficio"
O hotel está bem localizado, um pouco barulhento. O atendimento muito bom. A cama é muito dura, nem todos os quartos tem vista externa e o sinal do wi-fi e fraco nos quartos distantes, um frigobar seria bom.
"Hotel Fiesta Inn Centro Histórico, Alameda"
Un hotel cómodo, limpio, seguro y ambiente muy tranquilo. Cerca de todos los puntos atractivos del Centro Histórico: Bellas Artes, Zócalo, Monumento a la Revolución, Palacio de Minería, Museos y muchos otros. Todo a distancias cercanas. Dentro del Hotel no se nota el estar en el centro de todas las actividades de la capital. Muy recomendable.

O hotel está super bem localizado, na parte de cima de um shopping, o que é conveniente. Entretanto, para chegar ao hotel você tem que atravessar o shopping, e aos fundos, pegar um elevador. Falta sinalização, indicação, e poderia haver alguém para ajudar com as malas. Nas quatro primeiras noites, meu telefone não funcionou. O drama se repetia. Eu descia […] a recepção, reclamava do telefone, eles mandavam alguém, que falava que era um "problema na linha" e que seria solucionado no dia seguinte. Assim ocorreu por 4 dias, até que fiquei bem nervosa, daí apareceu o "engenheiro do hotel" e em 5 minutos resolveu o problema. O secador de cabelos também não funcionava, foi preciso pedir a alguém para consertar. As janelas não abrem, o que é desconfortável para uma fumante como eu. O ar-condicionado é barulhento, e demorava muito tempo até aquecer o quarto. O sofá do quarto tinha manchas no tecido. Nem todos os dias o cesto de lixo do quarto foi esvaziado. O colchão é bastante duro. Quando reclamei, o hotel deixou de cobrar algumas refeições que fiz, como forma de se desculpar, mas eu preferia ter pago pelas refeições e não ter passado tanto stress. Após trabalhar 13 horas, chegar no quarto e não poder pedir room service porque o telefone não funciona é frustrante. Ofereceram trocar de quarto. Depois de trabalhar o dia inteiro, sem jantar, só de imaginar empacotar minhas coisas, ir para outro quarto e desempacotar tudo pareceu-me uma piada de mau-gosto. O buffet do café da manhã é bom, embora você precise ter paciência para que sirvam o café, que é servido na mesa. Também é caro, se comparado a média de preços da Cidade do Mexico. Os pratos que pedi do room service eram deliciosos, neste aspecto estão de parabéns. Alguns funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e cooperativos, enquanto outros parecem não se esforçar muito. Quick and friendly check-in, although we were a bit early. Clean and nice rooms with high standard. The hotel is placed upstairs of a small shopping mall. As the hotel breakfast was a bit expensive, we had our breakfast in one of the cafe's in the mall. Very good location by the Alameda Park within walking distance to Placa Zocalo with the Metropolitan […] Cathedral and Palacio Nacional. We also walked to Plaza Garibaldi with the Mariachi orchestras. However, maybe not recommended by night due to safety. Our flight back to Europe left late night so we left our luggage in the luggage room and got very good help by one of the piccolos (Israel) to get a large taxi that took us to the airport.
