The only negative point for this stay was that with a check in as late as 4:00 they weren't ready to check anyone in until 4:30 or later. We ended up going for a bike ride.

There were some maintenance issues that needed tended to, and the pictures are slightly misleading. Overall though, I was satisfied and happy with my stay! Hopefully they will be able to fix the stove and shower!

Was a nice stay. Was perplexed by the facility charge added to my room cahrge. When asked specifics about the charge, the staff could not explain what is was. I do not know if this is a normal charge in the area or not. When I booked the room and got 2 queen beds, I did not know one was a pull out bed.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is not a destination itself, for sure, but the bed was clean and soft and the room was, well, roomy. It is close enough to everything that the short drive is not inconvenient and there are a few walk-able restaurants because of a nice path. Park Lane was very convenient to the many varying areas of HHI. Loved the fact that the room had a full kitchen, even though it was not utilized to its full extent. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again.

Setting is off by itself, not surrounded by other hotels or businesses yet close to beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was mostly carbs, no meats, nothing hot except instant oatmeal and pop tarts. Good bargain for a clean, safe, spacious room for the family after a full day of beach fun. Breakfast was adequate. Amenities, such as tennis court and playground, were in disrepair though the pool was clean and well maintained. good value for the price. traveling with a family of four, we chose the room with the loft bedroom. our friends did not. they were mighty jealous when they came over. their kids could not believe how much room we had. its a drive to the beach though not really a good walking distance. nothing else to do either within a walk from what we could see.

The hotel room was rather tiny; however, since we didn't "vacation" in the room it was o.k. The staff was friendly, the room and hotel areas were clean. The breakfast wasn't bad. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was conveniently located. What else can you ask for (especially for that pirce)? We will come back.

I booked this room for March 25 in January. I booked it for 2 adults and 3 kids, including the ages of the kids, 9, 11, and 13. When I arrived, I made sure the room could sleep 5, consistent with my reservation. I am not easily offended. I try to be nice with hotel staff. The clerk said, "each room has two double beds." I said, "okay then a rollaway […] will be fine." "We are completely booked. We don't have any roll aways," she said. "Where is my kid supposed to sleep?" I said. "I guess the three kids are going to have to sleep in one bed," she said. I said, "you have no roll aways?" "Nope," she said. "Well I will need a lot of blankets then for the floor." She gave me two blankets. "When will the I get more blankets?" I asked. "I don't know. In an hour," she said. She said "did you book your room online?" "Yes," I said. (Doesn't pretty much everyone these days?) She then shrugged her shoulders. Fuming, I tell the wife. The wife goes in and speaks to a different clerk (a nice man), because the other clerk was on her smoke break on her cell phone now. The nice clerk found a roll away for us. He actually checked. So that was nice. The hotel is decent enough, 2.5 stars is about right. The breakfast was good, the price was reasonable, and it is literally a stone's through from Legoland. I am a return customer and like the place a lot. This time around I stayed for 5 nights during spring break. The hotel was fully booked and the service was good in light of the crowds. Breakfast seating and occasionally the availability of breakfast items represented a challenge but the staff certainly put up all effort to help the situation. I had […] rented a Queen B--level loft for a friend and myself, assuming there would be 2 queen sized beds, one of them being a pull-out couch. And they were, only that the pull-out sleeper sofa was by no means not suitable for an adult. A kid might be OK with it though. Other than that, the suite is spacious, the loft offers some privacy and the 2 bathrooms come in handy if you don't travel alone. Read more

I absolutely loved this hotel! Great for the price! My only complaint is....if you're going to have a fee for coffee etc, then you should at least make sure it's there. 2 out of the 3 days I stayed there, there was no coffee in the lobby. I was a little upset to be charged $30 for something I didn't get. Other than that I will definitely come back.
