This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

It was a very nice stay. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Really delicious. The pool area, although was closed it had a dream view to the Cote D'azur ocean. A real dream!!!! No complains. Great stuff.I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Checked in too a two night stay here. Place is exceptional for the price and spacious room and bathroom. But the staff one older lady at the desk... inparticular the older woman with the glasses absolutely wrecked out stay. We got to our room at about five oclock and the television would not work. So i asked the older desk clerk if she could help us we had been on a train for 8 hours and just wanted to relax and watch the tube. She said she insisted rudely that she would not help us and that maybe someone could come help at 930pm. Very aggrivated with this we let it go. After asking her that question she was awfuly rude to us for the next two days we would say hi when we walked in and out and she would not say anything just give a stare. We asked for help sightseeing and she said she could not help us. Overall the hotel is very very nice expecially forbthe rate but this woman really killed the vibe for the first two days and made our timr there very unpleasant if not for her this is a 4star establishment by a Hotels.com guest on 03/21/13

This hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade in Nice. It is convenient to catch a bus, however, if you are traveling with luggage it is far from the train station with very uneven streets which make it difficult. I'd definitely take the bus. The best part of this stay was the woman working the front desk in the evening on October 21st & 22nd. […] We spoke very little French and she went out of her way to help us. This is an old run down hotel. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at 500+ hotel nights. There is no reason it receives 3 stars unless the criteria is subjective and has no consideration of quality. 4 walls - check, although they appear to have not been refinished in 30+ years. Alarm clock - check, it seriously was something that my grandfather […] might have used, cool antique that worked but a 10 euro alarm clock would have been more useful. Bed - check, sags 8-10 cm in the middle. Comforter - check, maybe 20-30 years old, I seriously have never seen one this worn, perhaps it is because they are washing it every day, but at some point you have to replace them. Shower - check, black mold in grout and in ceiling. On the plus side, it was cheap and was accessible to Nice. Would I stay there again, NO. We moved to a two star hotel that was much nicer, albeit more expensive the next night. Read more

I loved how close it was to the beach. It is however a bit of a walk from Nice, Ville train Station but there is a public bus that goes there or I walked the 15 minutes, very easy just go down the Via Congress and then go left on the Via France and your there in no time. And there are lots of shops to look at. I went to the beach only two short blocks […] from the hotel and I locked my stuff in the safe took a few towels and off to the beach and then back to shower, so easy. Loved Nice, it's magical and so easy to walk everywhere and great to go to their airport, so easy on public bus number 99. Hotel was clean and nice but the only issue would be the tiles on the bottom of the shower have a little mold but not much. Read more

Hotel is clean and priced appropriately. Breakfast is not up to much but is adequate. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Decor in my room was dated but not drab. Red light district is only round the corner, but doesn't impose in any way.

it is a simple hotel. i was pleased with reception. they were kind and friendly. the location is pretty close to center of city and just a minute from the sea. I would prefer breakfast included in the price. what surprised me was the city tax when i was checking out. I don't remember if hotels.com let me know if i need to pay extra when i am checking […] out. The internet connectio is terrible. It only works in the lobby and even there it doesn't work :-) . But I would recommend the hotel if you are staying for 2-3 nights and you don't have high expectations. it is a simple hotel but nice and clean. Read more

Première nuit très venteuse avec des volets en bois sur toute la façade impossibles à fermer et également impossible à fixer sur la façade donc battante contre le mur toute la nuit. du coup achat de ficelle pour "attacher" comme possible les volets la nuit suivante, […] ce qui a empêcher les miens de claquer et limiter un peu le bruit des volets des chambres voisines... enfin, mieux vaut pas de volets que des volets impossibles à fermer et aussi bruyants. très bon séjour, hôtel bien situé, aucun souci avec le personnel, bonne accueil,femme de chambre très sympathique ainsi que le personnel de l'accueil.Je reste plus déçue sur l'hôtel en lui même au niveau de l'insonorisation et pour un 3 étoiles il faudrait de la rénovation.mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble

wer ein Adlon in Hamburg oder ein Hilton in Singapur erwartet kommt hier in diesem Hotel nicht auf seine Kosten, aber schließlich sollte man an dem Preis/Leisungverhältnis festhalten. Hotel Vicino alla spiaggia, stanza un pò piccola, si risparmia un bel pò, anche se c'è da pagare il parcheggio, che però era pieno quando siamo arrivati, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare un pò lontano, ritrovandoci un finestrino spaccato e gli spiccioli per i pedaggi rubati (quindi è meglio pagare quei 13 euri in più e prenotare prima il posto auto). The location is great. Close to the beach and bus station No 23( from the airport). Take Bus No 10 and 9 ,you can go to downtown easily. and you can also take fifteen minutes walking to get there along beautiful beach.

la seule plainte est d'environ la concierge de soir / nuit. la dame est été le concierge les plus impolis et désagréable que nous avons rencontrés au cours de nos voyages. le professionnalisme du reste du personnel de l'hôtel est été superbe.

très bonne nuit dans cet hotel en amoureux, on a quand meme du tourner un petit moment pour trouver une place car l hotel propose le parking mais à un prix trop élevé pour des étudiants le lit était un peu dur et la chasse d'eau coulait mais la chambre était spacieuse et agréable
