This was my second time staying at this hotel and both time when I check to the room I find hair in the bathroom. This is a turn off quit. Second wireless internet u must pay to use anywhere in the hotel. Taxis is a problem too unless you need to go some where between 9pm to 11pm that is when the Bars open and you can get one without waiting. The Hotel over all was good. Just had a bit of a problem with the Bed bugs. My first night i couldnt sleep in my bed because of some bugs. The whole night some things were crawling on me and in the morning i had to request them to change my sheets and bedding. They did that. Breakfast was good. The Internet was expensive 100 AED (dirham) for 24 hours. […] They didnt had bottled water.. they served water in a flask which was filtered and when i asked for some water they charged me 5 AED for a bottle..... water should be complimentary, which is the case in most of the Hotels. My room was on the 6th floor, the view was nice but the only problem was that there was a resturant on the 7th floor. They played the music till 3 am and if u r an early sleeper then u should chose a room some where on the lower levels or away from the clubs and resturants. The Shisha place by the pool was not so impressive. Not enough space and they r pretty expensive. They charged me 50 AED for Shisha.... which is very expensive. Read more

For this Hotel to be a 4 Star Hotel it doesnt live up to it. The Hotel is old looking and Dingy the rooms are extra small and Old Decor this Hotel needs a major upgrade but I guess for the Money it is ok Contruction starts early so there will be lots of noise and the Shisha Bar on the Rooftop was very nice

The transportation from and to the hotel from the airport were priced OK at 75D total, check in was smooth. Hotel lobby and rooms very nice, but the location was not in a very good area; taxi rides to get around were anywhere from $10 to $15. The buffet was meager with not very much variety. Wi-fi internet cost 5D per 30 minutes - should have been free. […] The Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent. The Arabic club was so smokey I couldn't stand to get past the front door. Room service was OK except I don't believe that they vacuumed the entire time I was there. Drinks in the bars were pricey of course; actually cheaper to drink from the mini bar. Some renovations were going on - hammering and hammer drill started at 7ish in the morning; not good for someone trying to relax on vaction and sleep in. Why couldn't they start at a decent hour like 9AM? All in all, next time I would spend more money to stay in a more convenient location. Read more

Plenty of restaraunts and friendly staff. About 10 -15 minutes from the International Airport. The Bar is more for the single unaccompanied male traveler. Live music is loud inside the Bar but barely audible on the upper floors. I had no trouble sleeping. Not really a place for families.

It did have a small pool which was nice but the view is basically blocked by the imposing Dubai Customs House right across the street. Had this not been the case would have rated the Comfort Level and Surrounding neighborhood higher. Hotel room was small but clean and functional. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Service quality was good and staff were friendly and helpful. I have extreme mixed feelings about this hotel....when I arrived, they did not have a room specific to my requests available. For example, I asked for a single (king) bed room, but they wanted to give me a room wih two twin sized beds in it and wanted me to just push them together. Then, they tried to give me a non-smoking room against my prior written […] request. The internet in the room was a little expensive for 24 hours but within reason, but the Wi-Fi signal was so weak, it would drop your connection. Luckily, after complaining to the duty manager, who personally came to my room to verify, I was refunded my internet fee. But it wasn't just my room, another guest and I chatted in the elevator and we both agreed that we got what we paid for, some things worked while others didn't. The location was okay...was centrally located between all the major attractions...and never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi. The picture of the gym is very mis-leading....barely larger than a broom closet. And every night club / bar attached to the hotel had an elevated door fee for international guests. While I will say that the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I can honestly say that I've spent my last night ever in that hotel. Read more

My family and I went to Dubai (4days 3nights) for the new year celebrations. This was when Dubai is so packed and busy that all hotels are full. Best to book everything in advance (hotels, restaurants, etc). The price for the rooms were reasonable with complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel though close to the airport and within close range […] of landmarks is still pretty inconvenient due to the fact that Dubai is not a city where you can just walk around. It is best to get around by car, bus, or taxi. With walking lots of obstacles in the way such as highways and bigger roads. Once checked in, I found one of our rooms to have a conjoined door to another room in which we didn't like. I asked the reception for a change and the answer I got was that they couldn't because someone else took another available room. I could have stopped there but just to make sure I went outside our room and looked down where the reception was visible. I saw no one checking in. I went down and asked again. They changed our room then. By phone they were reluctant to change but when talking face to face they changed. Our room was really nothing special, a major thing that put us off was the bed sheets and cover. They were old and looked very drab. The biggest problem we had was the noise coming from the night club which was around the 7th floor. We were at the 3rd floor. You could hear it pretty well through the night. The hotel itself didn't really seem like a 4 star but rather a 3 star. Maybe needs renovation? The breakfast buffet was good and the Chinese restaurant, or rather Indo-Chinese restaurant wasn't too bad except that the manager and his staff actually touch utensils with their hands, the part where it goes in our mouths. Not really hygienic. Overall, excluding the nigh club's loudness and the very worn look and feel of the rooms and beds, there were no other problems. Read more

Hotelli on ihan hyvä,sijainti vähän syrjäinen mutta taksit ovat halpoja. Aamiainen oli intialaistyyppinen.. Hotellin perusilme oli siisti vaikkakin vähän kulahtanut. Früstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Flughafentranfer hat super geklappt obwohl wir 1 Stunde Verspätung hatten stand jemand zur Abholung bereit. Zimmer waren sauber aber etwas abgewohnt. Das Fitnesscenter war eine Katastrophe, wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen geöffnet, war viel zu warm und Geräte […] total veraltet. Am schlimmsten war der Musiklärm in der Nacht durch den im 6. Stock gelegenen Nachtclub, Lärm ging bis 03.00 Uhr in der Früh. Wir haben beim einchecken ein ruhiges Zimmer verlangt und auch eines in der 2. Etage bekommmen, war aber trotzdem noch relativ laut. Read more

Je devais avoir une chambre non fumeur avec 1 king size et 1 lit d'appoint, et pour avoir la bonne chambre j'ai dû réclamer à 2 reprises ce qui m'a fait déménager de chambre 2 fois; et comme lit d'appoint pour mon fils c'était un matelas à terre. Having been traveling to Dubai for 10 years, it's a pretty good hotel - for bizz, leasure, families and all. They've got a great roof top bar/restaurant with pool -out- and indoor (AC) sitting possible. Great service and it's an overall pretty good middle class hotel at a very good price.
