We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient. We were able to park on the street and walked everywhere. It was nice to get back to the hotel and have such a pleasant garden area with a hottub, warm pool and cooler pool. several different sitting areas. A little oasis in the middle of town. Enjoyed talking with other visitors during the wine and cheese time.

We booked this hotel as a family weekend vacation to Key West in Feb. The good qualities of the Hotel: good price compared to other hotels in the area, confortable bed, nice hotel service, gives you free ride on the bus that takes you Duval st, and a discount of the restaurant next door (tried breakfast and it was really good). The bad qualities of the Hotel: The beds were double not queen, the carpet had weird stains, the pool was closed for renovations and it wasn't close from Duval st....Still if your trying to save and you dont mind driving to Duval, then this is place for you, i would have prefer a closer location where we could walk to the attractions.

Our stay was very enjoyable. the only concideration that i would stay somewhere else next time is the lack of a fitness center on the property. i was also dissappointed about being charged for a later checkout when the front dest acknowledged they did not hav anyone staying in the room after us and the house keeping did not usually come each day until after 3pm. We checked out at Noon. i think that is a little courtesy that could have gone a long way with me.
"Will Definitely Stay Here Again!"
This hotel is actually a condo setting. We had the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath arrangement. It was perfect for our family of 4 that included 2 teenagers - a girl and a boy. Each child had their own bathroom and sleeping arrangements. It is close to everything - 2 blocks from the Southernmost Point and you can walk everywhere. Mallory Square is at the opposite […] end of Duval from this hotel, but within walking distance. The staff is very accommodating and eager to help with any arrangements you need, or give you directions to restaurants, shops, attractions, whatever. They never steered us wrong! The pool is small, but perfect for unwinding and having a cocktail, which is a complimentary happy hour 4:00-5:30 for wine. Ambrosia, the sushi bar on site, is wonderful. The kitchen was appointed excellently, had everything we needed, including soap, sponge, hand towels, in addition to washing powder for the washer and dryer in the condo. Stainless steel everything. Refrigerator and freezer drawers, in lieu of a traditional upright, are the perfect size for this condo. They even have a wine refrigerator! Decor is very modern and very comfortable. Awesome hotel with resort like feel. Highly recommended by the adults and kids. Spacious rooms and a reasonably quiet location still close to some attractions and food. "Front desk a little Rude!!!!"
It was ok. I just didnt like how the front desk was a little rude. I got a 2 bed room villa i was only staying one night. I went with my cousing that just got back from Iraq and he's never been to the keys and he always wanted to go, so i decided to take him as a surprise. When i got there i went to go check in. The front desk saw my cousing with is […] girl friend and just started to tell me oh i have to charge you for another gues plus tax I was like hold up i got a 2 bedroom villa why would i get a two bedroom villa for if i was coming alone. He was very rude!! I mean i just came in and he was already barking at me and i was only staying one night not even 24 hr!!! like come on!!!! they charged me $ 76 extra!!!! That sucks first time that ever happend!! its funny how people are he said rules are rules when i came back that night i told a different front desk agent what time the pool close he said 10 pm it was 1030 he said i know you guys are on vacation and that he hates that rule and told me if your quite you can go in. This hotel is great! We were as comfortable as we are at home! Great location just a few minutes from the party scene. Wonderful location and outstanding value for the quality of the facilities. The room had everything that you could possibly wish for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Well-appointed 2-bedroom, bilevel suite. We were comfortable, but it was quite expensive and our expectations were high. There were no king-suites available during our stay, but the layout of those is much better. "Santa Maria Suite in Key West"
This place was great, It was like a condo with 2 bdrms each with thier own bath. "Good choice for Key West"
This was a very nice hotel in a good location. It was a bit of a walk to the heart of the actio on Duval, but not too bad. Parking spots in the hotel's lot were always readily available - and much appreciated. Very close walk to the Sounthernmost Point and about 6 blocks from the Hemingway House. Our one-bedroom suite was very nice, but we were surprised […] by all of the stairs. We were on the second floor so there was a set of stairs to get to the suuite. Once inside the suite, we discovered that it was on two levels, with the bedroom/bathroom a flight of stairs up from the kitchen/livingroom/powder room - a bit of an inconvenience. The kitchen was very large, beautiful and well-equipped. We enjoyed the mini-Dove bars that were placed in the freezer every evening, as well as the daily muffin delivery and bottled water. The livingroom had a comfortable couch, two chairs and a very large flat screen TV (maybe 52"). The upper level was not quite as comfortable. The bedroom was rather small, without very much room to maneuver. The bathroom had nice decor, but there was virtually no couner space. Towels were great - large and thick. The hotel's pool area and landscaping were lovely. Free smoothies and fresh fruit all day long and free wine and snacks at happy hour by the pool were a really nice benefit. The concierge , Nardi... was wonderful and gave us many hints and suggestions on where to go and how to see the Keys in the short time we had there.
