Only there for one night, it was okay, Beds were extra soft and bedding not very good. Booked it on Expedia's 60% off in which you do not know what hotel you are getting until you sign up for it. Don't think I try that again. Rather know what I am getting from the start.

It was alright room need to be upgraded a little. In one room phone didn't work for me to call the office to tell them that the heat didn't work in the first room I received. Hotel was clean as well as our rooms, there were 3 of us each with a seperate room. Hotel Staff were friendly. There is no exercise room or breakfast, although each room comes with a mini kitchen. Plenty of parking and Hotel was located in a nice area of town, in Concord, NC I would stay there again.

The Suburban needs to provide wireless internet. When I called the front desk for the wireless password, I was told I had to bring my computer to the lobby and use the hook up there, or depending on where my room was located I could use the Harley Davidson Store wireless connection. My husband called the front desk to confirm this info and he was told […] he had to come to the front desk and get an ethernet cable to be able to connect to the internet. ...There was a note setting on the bedside table that said they had wireless internet and to contact the front desk for password... The room was comfortable for the money. Getting out the hotel onto the main road was a little hectic. Lots of traffic, but that's always on that street. My only complaint is not having an iron! We had to reserve an iron each day and the irons were cheap, so they didn't heat well. THE HOTEL STAFF (HOUSEKEEPING) WERE OUTSTANDING WITH WONDERFUL PERSONALITIES!!!! The hotel was in great condition, everything was fine. It's very close to the Concord Mills mall. The only problem is u have to take ur coffee with u or u'll purchased from them.
