The service was great, the cleanliness and amenties were good. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning in rooms other than in the master bedroom. Normally, the breezes are adequate to cool the rooms. However, the outside temperatures were higher than normal.

The unit was comfortable and a good size. The area is beautiful and the condos are close to the beach. The unit was clean, but not deep down clean. Probably stuff that would only bug me and not others like dust on the tops of the electrical outlets covers and dirty finger prints around the front door handle. The staff were very kind and helpful. Dirty grill. Mildew in tub and dishwasher. Cleaning service only available every 4 days. We had indoor/outdoor carpet in unit 1405 even in the bath areas and chipped tile in the kitchen. Bonuses: great grounds and lawn area with beautiful views (not on beach), ample room in bedrooms and living areas for entertaining.

+ive. Liked the fact that they provided some beach toys, Body board and an umbrella which was included in our stay. Spacious balcony and BBQ grill was also included which we could never use. They upgraded us to a deluxe two room without charging us anything. Condos were nice and tidy. Kitchen had clean utensils. Extra kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, […] laundry detergents etc were provided - saving us the time and energy to ask for them. (haven't seen extras in other places - so thought of mentioning it) Also had a jacuzzi. Again something we were never able to use. They have facility to call anywhere in US - free of cost. When hubby said - nice facility - they themselves admitted... .but mostly no one ever gets to use this facility :) So true. :) Would definitely come back here. -ive One thing they called them selves eco friendly - which is very good. But they had way too many switch points. It was a pain to search for all them before leaving to save on electricity. There were two fans which I could never figure out how to close and were left on the entire 4 days of our stay. And we had no time to go to front desk to ask how to close them. The grounds are beautiful, the condo is very spacious and well maintained. The bed is comfortable. It is quiet and relaxing. The patio is large with a BBQ! The pool area is beautiful and there are great views of the ocean.

Wonderful location in the heart of Wailea and the beaches. Staff greating was informative, warm and inviting. Knowledgeable in all recommendations and suggestions for activities on the island. The condo was great had everything we needed in respects of the kitchen, living and bedroom areas. Stayed all around Maui, The Palms is on the edge of Wailea & Kihei. The location is perfect between the golf courses and the local open markets. Walk to the beach or shopping. Pool is small but well taken care of. Units are some of the best for relaxed atmosphere

Outrigger is located in a great location, next to beaches, shops, and a multitude of restaurants. The staff was helpful and our room was always clean when we got back. Amenities included in the room (dishes, cooking utilities, washer and dryer) are convenient for a long stay.

We called @ 10am & explained we were in Maui and asked to check in early. They explained that check out was noon & check in was 3pm. They didn't offer us to come use the pool or call back to see if they could accomodate us any earlier. The grounds & condo were very clean. The sun had been beating in all day. It would've been nice if they had the air conditioner running to cool the place down. Our view was not so good (parking lot and a teeny sliver of ocean if you stood in just the right spot) but we enjoyed the great property locaton and proximity to nice pool area. Room was quiet and clean, very comfortable. Could easily fit another couple or maybe small children (in the living room) […] even though it was just 1 bedrom. Since we were a little exposed, we didnt open the drapes completely or, so it was a little dark and closed off Appreciated having laundry, plus beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Easy walking distance to Shops and to the beach @ Keawakapu - wouldn't want to do it at night, but it was great for morning exercise. Also close to lots of restaurants - in Kihei and Wailea and close to the Pi'ilani highway. A very relaxing stay but would have liked to have a better view! Read more

We enjoyed our huge condo. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated, but very clean and spacious. We were within walking distance of the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We would definitely return, probably with friends for a longer stay.

Although the furniture, shower and bathtub were a little bit dated, the condo itself was clean and very conveniently located. The 2 lanai (off the living room and bedroom) were a nice bonus. The Palms at Wailea is a great place to stay in beautiful Maui. Our condo was very generously sized and the views out to sea were breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the closest beach was only a 5min walk away.

Older condo unit but was well built and still maintains a touch of luxury. Garden View Deluxe 2 bedroom units face into the grounds and the unit we stayed in even had a partail view of the Ocean. Complimentry Housekeeping service was a bonus and could be tailored to your requirements from everyday to whatever you required. Very spacious Lanai with doors […] from Master bedroom and sunken livingroom. Units had own Barbecues and a nice touch was the pass through windows from the kitchen to the Lanai. Air Conditioning only in Master Bedroom, but with centeral Air was not noisy like a window mount A/C unit. Additonal Air Conditoning can be purchased , but found that with all the units Lani doors open and screen s closed the ceiling fans in the areas without A/C kept the unit cool. Travelling with a child is so much easier in a condo type environment rather than a hotel room. We stayed in a two bedroom condo on the ground level and it was great. The master bedroom in unit 101 was spacious, the walk in closet and bathroom are bigger than at my house. The second bedroom was perfect for my son who loved having his own room to sleep […] in. The living area consisting of a living room, large dining area and a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave and oven and stove top were perfect for meal making. I wanted to take the full sized bbq home, but it wouldn't fit in my suitcase. Our lanai was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of the ocean. Waking up early in the morning to the birds and having my coffee in peace out there was heaven. I am really pleased with the quietness and ambience of the whole Outrigger Palms at Wailea experience. This hotel is very nice. Pros: We stayed in a two bedroom on the second floor and there was plenty of room with all the conveniences of home and the large deck was awesome! Grounds are beautiful and it is nice and quiet, restaurants and shopping are less than 5 minutes away. Cons: not all the units have air conditioning in the WHOLE unit, for example, […] our unit had AC in the masterbedroom but not in any of the rest of the condo, so......... when we checked in at 4pm, our bedroom was nice and cool but the rest of the condo was extremely warm, hotter than outside. We had to open windows(which were not alot of help) and turn on fans. I did call the front desk but there was not a unit available with AC in the whole unit so we made the best of it. Once evening came, it cooled off abit but we had to keep fans on 24/7. We only stayed 2 days so we put up with it; any longer and we definately would have moved rooms or hotel if necessary. Also, if you have kids that like to play in water, the pool area is not very fun, if they just want to swim it's ok but they do not allow any toys/games in the pool. Also there is no gym/exercise area but lots of nice walking paths. Read more

The Palms is a very nice condominion complex in Wailea. It suited us very nicely as it was a quiet location without being too far from the ocean and beaches. A car is pretty much a requirement for anyone staying here as it is at the south end of the tourist coastal strip. Wailea beach is very nice with walkway behind the beach running for a mile or […] so along the coast but it's a fair walk to get to the beach so again some sort of transportation is required. Wailea is a well manicured area and the Palms fits right in with nice grounds sloping down from the well maintained pool area. 7월17일부터 20일까지 3박했습니다. 우선 주변, 숙소단지 모두 너무너무 조용합니다. 대부분 가족단위 휴양객들이라 7시 이후면 너무 조용해집니다. 방이 2개이고 화장실도 2개여서 아주 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방안에 세탁기 및 건조기가 있어서 아주 유용하게 사용했습니다. 다만, 방마다 차이가 있는데 에어컨이 1개만 있는 방과, 2개 있는 방이 있습니다. 저는 에어컨 1개있는 방에 묵었고 방마다 천장 선풍기가 달려있어서 크게 덥다는 느낌은 없었지만, 혹시 더위를 많이 타시는 분이라면 에어컨2개 있는 방을 선택하시는게 좋습니다. 주차장도 객실마다 할당되어있고 공짜라서 더없이 좋습니다. 가족단위 여행객들에게 정말 추천 […] 합니다. 2Bの部屋を4人で利用しました。初め１部屋はキングサイズのベッド１台、もう１部屋はクイーンサイズのベッド１台の部屋で、クイーンの部屋は２人ではきついので、キングとツインの部屋に変えてもらいました。いろいろな部屋が有りそうなので、リクエストは初めにしておいた方が良いようです。 部屋の造りは少し懲りすぎかもしれませんが、ステキでした。 日当たりが良いので、昼間はエアコンが必要でした。別途、使用料が１日＄20かかると言われました。 キッチンも広く、バーベキューコンロが設置されたテラスに直接 食材、食器を出せる窓が有り、とても使いやすかったです。 テラスから夜、星空がとてもきれいに見えます。天の川も見えました。

リーズナブルで広い部屋はとても快適です。テーブルにアリがいつもいるのはご愛嬌。 カフルイ空港までは車で30分位です。 英語のみですが、レセプションの人達はとても感じのいい人達でした。
