Everything about this hotel was great. We enjoyed the rooms, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very nice. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel which the kids loved, but ate lunch and dinner in Jackson. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. My only complaint is noise. You can hear conversations from the hallway as though they are happening right there in the room with you. I also I highly recommend that you request a room that is NOT near the pool entrance (i.e. Rm 112 - 120-ish); I like kids, but the piercing shrieks of children […] coming from the pool was a real test of my patience. (I was in the room immediately next to the pool entrance.) Other than noise, I really liked the room itself, and the staff is very friendly. great proximity to all lifts...hotel was recently sold so it is now being refurbished.....food is great at this hotel......breakfast buffet was not included but well worth the price....nice large bar for apres ski....with bar menu. Restaurant has good dinner food, too!

Great location for Jackson Hole skiiing. Very nice and comfy interior. Nice room design. Courteous and helpful staff. However, my room (305) was possessed with a demonic stench (I suspect it was from a cleaning chemical....?) that was so nasty (10/10) I had to request a room change. They gave me #405 and it was significantly better tho the stench was […] still present (5/10). I did ask the front desk but got no meaningful answer wrt the cause of the odor. The elevator needs to be replaced. It's dangerous and annoying (the door slams on your finders, the door slams and makes loud noises, it's slow, it's small); it needs to be replaced with something more functional.

We went there for a ski week and everything was great!! The Valet guys are awesome!! They know where to eat, ski, and always have your car started and heated when it's -15 degrees out.

We love this hotel. The service was very friendly. We went in Winter and the hotel offers sky valet and is located by the sky lifts. I enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings.The hotel has a $25 resort fee which we did not mind paying. We want to come back next year.

Great place, you could tell they had just reopened as some things did not coordinate, as with any new place. The staff did an awesome job of making these items correct. very close to lifts, dining and shopping. Spa and pool area are very nice. Suite was spacious and nice.

This hotel is a beautiful retreat for everyone. The spa and pool facilities are lovely but could use a little updating. The indoor/outdoor pool with waterfalls is a hit with the kids. Our 2 bedroom condominium was very lovely. It was stocked with everything a family needs to feel at home. Beds, linens and pillows were all very plush and comfortable. […] However, the living room furniture was looking rather worn and in need of replacement. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend eating in the resaurant for breakfast unless you have a couple of hours to kill. We have found this to be true for all three of our visits. Great food but extremely slow service. We have stayed here because we love the quiet location and close proximity to the Jackson Hole Resort and the National Parks. The Hotel was great. The location was also great. It was only a couple mile from the entrance to the Teton National park. Jackson Hole was also not far away. The drive to Yellowstone south entrance was only about 50 miles away and great scenery for the drive to Yellowstone National Park.

The people at the front desk have been through the argument so many times they will be ready to ruin your stay with the on going headaches over calling their manager and having him call you or grab your family as your walking […] out. Only minor problem was the room was very warim and we left the door open all night with the temp in the 20's to30's. Realize it's the time of year when it is hard to adjust the heating/cooling because of the fluctuation during the day.

The hotel is very nice but unless you plan to only sleep in your room and nothing else I would not recommend this hotel. Our room only had one small club chair in the corner, there was only enough room to walk around the bed absolutely no floor space. We stayed at this hotel because so many friends have raved about the pool. Unfortunately when we checked in they informed us that their pool was closed. I double checked their website and the site we used to book no mention of the closure just great pictures of a relaxing pool. They still added the resort fee even though the resort part of the hotel […] was closed so the fee goes to cover in room coffee, bottle of water in the room, and ski storage (this was off season). Plus all the pool repair work was conveniently outside our window, they were mixing concrete bright and early. Without the pool this is no more than a super 8 with a nice lobby. Call ahead and check on what amenities are available. Note: that I did mention to the hotel staff that there was no mention of the pool closure and even suggested they put a note on their website (next to the paragraph about the relaxing pool) but they said it was out of their control. We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. We used the fitness center, which was great. The locker room was very nice with steam bath, sauna, and jacuzzi. The indoor pool was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay at Snake River Lodge again.

The included valet parking wasn't even needed. Your car is parked 75 feet from the front entrance. Everything was nice. Only complaint was the small rooms for a 4star hotel. I even got the deluxe room which I was told was bigger than their basic room. Comfortable beds. The swimming pool/hot tubs where the highlight of the hotel. My kids had a great time at the pool.

We reserved the deluxe room for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at our check/in with a complimentary upgrade to the Grande Lodge! We had an amazing stay. The Fall color was spectacular with lots of wildlife in the area! I can see how this would be a nice place to stay if you were here to ski. Facilities are very nice, and our room was plush, although a little cramped. Staff is somewhat incompetent. Upon arrival, the free and optional valet service was presented as mandatory. When the valet parked our vehicle, he didn't park it where he said he would [close to the building where our room was located]. The front desk had the wrong credit card […] number [based on the last 4 digits], both upon our check in, as well as at check out, after they had swiped our card at check in. We received an unrequested 3:30 am wake-up call one night during our stay. And although we thought we had paid for the room in advance through Expedia, we were charged an additional $25 per night "resort fee" + taxes, on top of an already high-priced room, upon check out. We were so disgusted with the incompetence of the staff, that we didn't bother to argue about the additional fees. Also, the clerk who checked us out didn't really know what he was doing.
