Very good hotel. Lovely location and staff very friendly. they could not do enough for you.

Positives: The hotel is easy to find and is generally a good standard 3* hotel. The shower room is probably the best I have ever seen in a hotel. It was easy to extend our stay by one more night as well. Negatives: Only one - but a big one. We were in a room right above a function room where a couple were celebrating their wedding day - loud music went on to 3am.

The restaurant was closed for the two nights we were there (Mon and Tues) so it was a 15 Euro taxi ride each way into Arras to eat. There was a bar snack menu available but that was very limited. That aside, we used this hotel as a base for a war grave tour of the Somme and found it to be clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. There is little to do or see in ANZIN-SAINT-AUBIN itself unless you are going for the golf. Would I return? No, I would choose a hotel in Arras itself or nearby Albert as there is more going on. That is not a reflection of the hotel or staff, just it's location. Good bar measures though!

We used this hotel as a base for our "homemade" battlefield tour, not for the golf - though the course did look rather tempting. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially at the bar, where my lack of french was not a problem. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was fine for our overnight stop near to Arras on the way to the Jura area. It was only 40 minutes from Calais and was easily reached - alhough the actual hotel was not shown on my sat-nav map - it was clearly close to the Arras Golf course which was located. Our arrival check-in was friendly and quite efficient - although a colleague of the receptionist had apparentlyt switched our 2 rooms last minute, no explanation given as to why.Nevertheless the rooms and facilities were fine, clean and suitable. Flat-screen TV, tea-making facilities in room. The night was very cold, and there was no central-heating in the rooms,but wall-hung convector heaters once switched on by us, were efficient and quickly warmed the room and bathrooms to very acceptable levels. Breakfast for 14 Euros per person is expensive but a fairly "standard" rate for French hotels. The buffet was good - plenty of fresh juices, cereals, hot and cold food, self-service tea and coffee. Good choice - as usual - of French style breads, rolls and pastries. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

heel mooi rustig gelegen hotel vlakbij het centrum heel vriendelijk personeel , doch GEEN frigo of kluisje op de kamer het hotel kan een renovatie of grondig onderhoud gebruiken als ik terug in de buurt ben zou ik zeker teruggaan is ook maar 3 sterren dus dit in acht genomen goed adres

salle de bain plus que dégradée, manque de prises de courant: 1 prise de disponible dans le couloir menant a la salle de bain. petit déjeuner moyen. cadre agréable malgré tout quand la chambre donne sur le golf.

Friendly people, nice service, warm temperatures inside hotel

Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit mais j'ai pu apprécier le confort, et la qualité de cet hotel. Les chambres sont "cosies" et propres, équipées d'une salle de bain agréable. Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié c'est le lit avec sa couette, et le chauffage par convecteurs dans la chambre mais surtout dans la salle de bain. Le cadre est superbe. L'hotel est calme mis à part les portes battantes dans les couloirs qui sont un peu dérangeantes dans les chambres situées à proximité. Dommage d'avoir terminé sur une petite note négative : le réceptionniste qui était d'une lenteur !!! le pauvre avait un peu de mal à assurer !!!
