Fabulous! Fabulous boutique hotel.... great staff, well-located. Close to the railway station which also connects to a huge shopping mall. Highly recommended!

Room great dark wood accents with brown/green comforting furnishing. Bathroom great tub/beautifully titled shower. Easy to get to from Warsaw Central train station IMPORTANT to get across main 2-lane (plus trams) street you must stay in train station lower level follow underpass signs to cross to other side. Follow signs for Marriott hotel that lead […] you to right past shops down few steps, under street to escalator. Do not follow signs for Emili Plater street the main street you walk down until you get to Wilcaza where the hotel is. Once up the escalator walk past Champions Restaurant/LIM office building to the corner and to right main entrance for Marriott. Go past entrance to sidewalk for Emili Plater and walk 2 blocks (6 minutes) to lovely Rialto Hotel. Take advantage of the sauna/steamroom/gym on the 6th floor. Relaxing, they give you slippers and lend robe. If no one used sauna/steam they may be off just press on buttons give it about 10 minutes to heat up. Open til 10:30pm/GREAT! Also check out incredible really inexpensive restaurant 5 min walk down Wilcza to Marszałkowska & take right just a few feet large windows looks like a cafeteria. Home cooking by Polish moms and grandmas. Bar Zlota Kurka http://barzlotakurka.pl/ They have a button on the website for English menu. Accepts Visa/mastercard spend 10 Polish Zlotys $4.00 US For 11 Zlotys I had incredible soup, meat dumplings and crepes filled with a sweet cheese for $3.90 US. Very casual but GREAT! Read more

Arriving very late to the hotel direct from Airport. 2 guys from staff sits down and get our company signed in. As an Elite Plus member it is always exciting to see what a certain hotel can offer and in this case both me and my colleague was upgraded to a suite :) That was a very nice feature and a very nice suite we got installed in. The Hotel is kept in 1930ties style. I liked it very much. I got upgraded to a suite since I'm expedia elite member. The suite was very spacious and nice decorated. Everything retro style. The bathroom was huge and luxury. The only thing I would complain is that the bed and mattress were not 5 star standard.

The Hotel Rialto looks really nice both inside and out, but personally, the 5* rating is a bit of a stretch. The customer service is 5, the cleanliness is a 5, the location is a 5 also, but the comfort of the room and the overall style is closer to a 3.5. I have stayed in 5* hotels before, and what this hotel lacks is size and room comfort. Hotel was superb. We were upgraded upon arrival and were welcomed with two glasses of champagne. Hotel was minutes by foot away from the main train station and about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The taxi costs us about 12 dollars. Hotel Rialto was great. We only stayed one night, a Friday. The room was std size (maybe smaller than American hotels) and the beds were very narrow, but overall both were great. The bathroom was awesome. We didn't eat in their restaurant but it looked very nice. The staff were all very helpful and courteous and everyone spoke English, which helped. The […] location was 0.9km from the train station (walking distance) and a Starbucks was about 3 blocks away (important for me to get my morning fix). It was not within close walking distance of the Old Town, but the Metro was relatively close and we found cab fares to be very affordable in Warsaw. We used their shuttle to the airport Saturday morning, which I think was 75zl ($23USD), we had 3 people and 5 bags. I believe that's more than the std fare, but I didn't care. Their shuttle was a comfortable and clean Benz van with seating for 8, in comparison I recently paid $60USD for taxi from the St Louis airport to downtown in a dirty, dirty cab, so $23USD was a bargain. Beautiful classic hotels are hard to find in Krakow. This one is elegant, even if the location is a bit south of the center. Only negative is the high price of internet, about $ 25/day. Breakfast also overpriced.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. However, the room felt like an oven and the windows could not be opened. On the first night, when I requested assistance they said it was fixed and I could not sleep due to oppressive heat. The next day they opened the window. On the third night they called me at 11 PM and told me I need to close the […] window or change rooms. I told them they were out of their minds. At 1:30 AM they called me again to tell me to close the window. When I checked out and described my experience they offered an apology but no discount or service in consideration. We stayed in the hotel Rialto for four nights. A beautifully decorated hotel with very helpful staff. Décor is very 1930's, quaint. Nicely situated to central Warsaw. The restaurant provides great food with attentive, friendly staff. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent service, REALLY central. Nice little gym and spa that was empty the whole time we were there. Dinner in the restaurant was sublime! The Rialto was absolutely lovely. We stayed in a room decorated with wooden African statues and an old fashioned bathtub with feet on it, it was just gorgeous. The streets around it have a few gems too, a great cafe for breakfast (called Pikeska I think) is only a few doors down from it on Wilcza St. And the Indian restaurant further down Wilcza is […] also great if you want a break from Polish food. Our room was clean and comfortable with a proper double bed, not two single beds pushed together as you find in a lot of other European hotel rooms. There was free wifi which only worked in the lobby but this was fine as there were comfortable lounge chairs in the foyer and the staff were very helpful and didn't rush us at all. Central train station was a 5 min walk down the side street (Emilii). The location was fine as no matter where you stay in central Warsaw you will have to walk for hours or catch a bus or taxi as it's a very spread out city. The bus system is very easy and you can catch a bus only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Read more
