The wireless internet was very sparse, thankfully I had a CAT5 cable to hook up to the room and was able to get my emails done. Also the noise and mess from the surrounding construction was aggravating, but this will pass once completed.

Hotel was very nice but shuttle, running once an hour was not at all good for us. Ended up waiting over over an hour to get from MIA to the hotel. Not at all good after a long flight. If I do not ever stay with them it will be the reason.

The service was great. But other than that we where disappointed. We reserved a mini-suite to get some privacy from the kids sleeping. The "mini-suite" did not have any seperation. For the price I paid, I was greatly disappointed. I called ahead of time for information and was on hold for a lengthy period of time, only to be eventually assisted with curt responses. GoogleMaps directions took me near, but not to, the hotel and when I called for further directions, I was put on hold indefinitely ~ would probably still be on hold […] had I not asked a local person. The carpet in the room was stained, walls had evidence of having had wallpaper boarder at one time, beds were saggy ~ the room needs a facelift and attention to detail. Arrived at about 8:30pm and had to wait to check in as they only had one person at front desk (not a problem). Went for dinner at a near by restaurant after dropping our bags. When I travel to Miami, this is my hotel of choice. The location is very convenient; various restaurants nearby, close to airport, close to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is very clean and it even has a small gym. The breakfast is an added bonus!!

The hotel is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The airport pickup was about 20 minutes later than expected. There was no early morning courtesy airport dropoff, so we had to hire another van for $50. Breakfast wasn't available before 6 am. Pool was kind of murky.

This was a decent hotel to stay in the night before leaving for the airport. I would not recommend it for an extended stay however.......it is what it is. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel could use some help, but it wasn't awful - mainly hallway from elevator to our room was littered with wadded up […] papers, newspapers, etc. scattered about that never seemed to be picked up by housekeeping staff during the 12-18 hours that we actually stayed at the hotel. We were surprised by the size of the king bed room, very spacious. Great bed, quiet room. The carpet in the room is a little old and dingy. I choose this hotel to be closed to the airport. Not really, more than 11milles according to my GPS. Another criteria was the POOL for my kids, which was closed those days, and 93 degrees. So, was not really a good experience but the team was very kindness.

the problem is not the hotel, its the shuttle service to and from the airport. Its an "Airport" hotel, but is a 20-30 min ride from the airport, and the shuttles only run on the Hour, and only til ten pm. from the time we landed at airport till we got to the hotel was 3 hrs. Had to use taxi also
