Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. Appointments were modern and comfortable. Free buffet breakfast was a welcome amenity. If in town for business in the old city, then it works well. If in town for pleasure it is a little further away from the main attractions than I would have preferred, but not overly inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to a lot of the sites and the staff was as helpful as can be. The room could have been much cleaner but the wall's were soooo thin that we were not able to sleep at night due to a family next door with about 4 kids who thought it was ok to yell, scream and take baths in the middle of the […] night! I stayed for 2 days at this hotel, but had to leave. The shower room light wasn't working, although I had asked for this to be repaired on first night. The girl in reception was extremely rude, she just has no customer experince whatsoever. The hotel manager can't speak any english, and the reception girl was acting like a manager when I complained, […] I asked her to tell the manager what I was saying, but she was rude she said I am manager! The room had a telephone, but I was told that I can only use this for calling another room, which i don't know why I would call another room as I was a lone traveller. Overrall there was other guests I also witnessed making complaints, so if I was you don't stay at this hotel, there is others that are much quality and better service than this one! Read more

Siamo stati accolti in maniera cordiale e sempre trattati con attenzione e disponibilità. La camera era abbastanza grande (anche se senza finestra), i letti comodi e puliti, il bagno anch'esso grande e curato. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, indipendentemente dall'orario in cui la lasciavamo. La posizione non scomoda, vicina alla fermata del tram e a 4 fermate (10 minuti) dal centro, 5 minuti dal Grand Bazar. Chambre plutôt sale, sanitaires peu fonctionnels (la cuvette des toilettes est en partie au dessus de la douche, lavabo non fixé...), peu d'information à l'accueil, couette à l'hygiène douteuse, mais bonne situation géographique... Correct pour petits budgets, mais pas digne d'un 3 étoiles

Hotel comodo per spostarsi e visitare istanbul. Le camere sono un po' rumorose a causa dell'aria condizionata, ma il prezzo e la posizione forse rendono comunque l'hotel appetibile.
